[Resolved]  Havells — Regarding installation of water geyser

I had purchased Havells 25 litres Puro water geyser from snapdeal.com and i had placed the order after confiming four times regarding the installation of the same in Pathankot Punjab from Havells customer care. Everytime they had confirmed that the installation will be done within 24-48 hours after raising the request of installation through havells customer care. I got the delivery of the product from snapdeal on 17.12.2014 and i had raised the request of the same on the same date on havells customer care but till 20.12.2014 after calling approxitmately 35-40 times on custmer care it has not been installed after giving different reasons. These people are not at all clear on their rules, regulations and policies of their company and giving different different reasons. At the end they had refused to install the geyser saying it is not free of cost as it has been purchased from snapdeal and we were not aware regarding this policy. I got the worst experience from havells and will not suggest anybody to them. Some of the persons to whom i had talked on their customer care are Vijay, Loveleen, Dushyant, Sunnaya and many more whose names may be i dont remembered. Finally i installed my water geyser after four days of delivery at my own cost.
