Hazrat Vision — A/c compressor leak within warranty period | |||
Hi Team, I have bought your Window A/C Estella on 15/7/2013 from Vijay Sales and my Customer ID: 91127283 which is very much under warranty. I have raised a complaint of the air conditioner not cooling with your customer service on 29/5/2014 for which your vendor representative checked on the 30/5/2014 at 1930hrs who was from Goregaon (E) Mumbai service centre. I have been asked by the representative to call his supervisor up that is Abhishek and speak to him to have the A/c picked up and repaired. I called Abhishek on 31/5/2014 as instructed by the vendor representative to discuss about the A/c pick up which he said would happen on Monday 02/06/2014 for the a/c to be picked at 2100hrs which never happenned. I had nobody call me for the pick up and when I called Abhishek he never answered the phone that night. I and my wife both tried calling him on 03/06/2014 from different numbers he never answered my calls but answered my wife's phone and promised to pick the a/c up. Now 04/06/2014, I get a call for pick up at 1300 hrs saying we are coming to pick your a/c I said I am in the office you may come at night at 2130hrs for the pick up as promised but still a no show. I called the driver who promised to pick the a/c last night and today, however, no body answered the phone. I called Abhishek today 07/06 at 934hrs without any surprises he has not answered his phone as always. I no longer need your under warranty defective a/c and need a refund of my money. I cannot chase your engineers and customer service and drivers anymore. You are just customer service but I am escalating this. You have lost a true supporter of Carrier products and will endorse your brand. If you cannot do anything, I will have this mail pushed across to your CEO.
