I am HBL employee name Kishor Tare, my id is K09215, working with Mumbai Personal Loans Team, under ZSM Naveed Sir. I have my March months incentive pending. Sir, i have logged 14 files one file is booked under direct by mistake of Data Entry Team due to that i have to lose my 10000 incentive. I have logged it in branch only, then why should not i get the incentive.

I have dropped several mails from coordinators generic id, but our ASM and ZSM have not replied a single mail.

When my Sales Manager discussed with them regarding the incentive then they replied "why your BDR required old incentive while he is getting incentive every month".

Month on month they claim their travelling expenses, conveyance, then why should i forget my 10000 incentive.

The ASM's and ZSM's are there to grow business and help staff or just to get the salary ??

My self Datta Mohan Dhaware, submitted PF withdrawal form as on 30th Jan.2009 in Bandra office,
i have received PF settlement as on 9th April 2009 Amt. Rs. 959/- and Rs. 2462/- credited in my account.

As per my concern the PF settlment Amount is higher than the amount i have received.

LTD. i apllied for pf in the month of august 2010 and was promised that i will get the pf in 45 days i have been waiting since 6 months bt still no update about it. i am very upset about the service of HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD. i will take further action through consumer court if not receive it with in a week i have all the proof with me, moreover i dont have establishment code so that i can check online its absurd having such a wonderful brand name this type of service sucks. donot test patience because its legal work cant play with that.

Poor and Worst service. HDFC representative agents calls from the company hbl pvt ltd to sell credit card..they talk very polite and make fool around. The representative comes home for documents signing and after their work is done then there is no response from them. I have been calling the customer service as well as the representative from last 2 weeks but there is no proper response from them. This is how they fool around after they make their sales.I am very Disappointed with this kind of customer service and in future will never recommend to anyone to take any kind of offers from call centers.
