keypad problem

Hello Sir,
I am also using HCL Laptop. This is the very very poor laptop i ever seen. within 8 months my laptop's battery gone. i've to put charger even if it is 95% also. Else it will shut down. After 1 month 4 keys in my keyboard is not working. now it has increased to 12. HCL manufacturers. Please do not buy HCL laptop. Please. ...!!! . I have spend 35000 for this laptop.

HCL Laptop-AXML0301 — No display

Dear sir,
I have made a complain on 30/09/2008 at your S.Sarani service center. I was informed that motherbord needed to be replaced. It is a matter of regrate that one month have passed but the job has not yet been done. Please complete the job immediately so that I may not suffer further.

i have purchased in 14 july 2007 and after 8 months, there is problem in display when i go to service center and told about this problem they told that i am not understanding, if we will see now then we can take your laptop otherwise you go and use. after 1 month when the problem became more then i show them .then they belive and take my laptop .whe i ask what is they problem then they told it is only software problem it will take 7-8 day for repair. i tiold them that it is not a s/w problem you should change the display. But they did not do.after complition of the warranty period my display screen became totally blank nothing is visible.

this kind of service you are providing is not acceptable...just misguiding the customer..

I have repaired my leaptop 3 times from HCL service centre NOIDA, but it is not working properly yet.
It is my humble request to you, Please take action as soon as possible.

my laptop is in warranty period .they do not take any action on my complaint.this is the worst case of disconsedring problem.there is small problem in its display.please take necessary action on my complaint.

Myself Mr. Nishant, one of the customers of HCL is facing the technical problem in my laptop, the main reason for the problem is that whenever i open tne flip of my laptop it is not in the position to get opened smoothly ...on the other hand its screen shivers and get disappeared . this problem was meant from last 2 months but i was unable to find the customer care number.

And now since i am having some time to explain my laptops problem to u, i hope that there would be some kind deed from your side .

I agree, even i am facing the same problem with the laptop. they say that hinges doesnt cover under warrenty. and the sickest thing is to get new hinges they are charging 2100 + service charge of 1700 + Tax.

Even I faced the same problem with the hinges. It is a company defect but this fraud company is not willing to own upto it.

I paid 2100 as well for the hinges but they seem to have broken again. I THINK HCL SHOULD STOP MAKING LAPTOPS AND RETURN THE MONEY TO CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE CHEATED.

THEY GIVE INDIAN COMPANIES A BAD NAME.

HCL as employer very bad. They are showing TV adv. like HCL is heaven for employees but all is wrong.

I bought a HCL laptop 2 years ago .And my laptop hinges are broken and when i went to the service center they are saying that it will take 200 later 2000 then 2500 and they told that it will take around 3000. damn with this HCL laptop service and this company doesn't maintian a proper website for customers. i suggest you not to go for HCL laptop though it is cheap in cost it's response towards customers is not upto satifaction...

Hi Guys! Iam Sandeep from hyderabad. Even iam facing the same HINGES problem with my HCl laptop, many people advised me not to buy HCL but i didnot listen. My HINGES were broken once, I repaired it at the servise centre paying 1200/-, that used feviquick and 2 screws and fixed it. it again broken the very next time. iam fed up. I purchased HCL Leaptop 7(seven) months back with VISTA Preloaded Operating system.

This is Nikhil jain, i had purchased a HCL laptop on 02/08/2009, the serial no AXOP3821, i have already mailed out you people twice related to this issues, but didn't get any solution yet, didn't get driver cd along with PC, and i had some word with dealer he said that hcl will provide cd by itself or go through net, your website doesn't work it doesn't access if it accesses then driver creates problem, first change your service, because your service is really poor and now i have been completely fed up form this thing, logged so many complains to your customer service regarding this, my laptop is lying without driver installation nothing is running, neither net doesn't work nor any sound function. i shall go to consumer forum for this issue. if i don't get any solution with in 3 or 4 days period, then i shall go to consumer forum...

I have purchased my Lap Top on the Month of Dec 2008. After around 20 Days I was getting Battery Backup of only 20 min. On 17th of april 2009 my Laptop Hard disk was running but the TFT Screen was not Glowing.
On same Day I went to the HCL service centre, Jamshedpur and given my laptop but till date they have not done any thing. Today is 11th Day and they also dont know when they will be able to give me my laptop.
This type of survice your company is giving to public.
I have already said them that with out Loptop I am totally paralised as my job profile is, but they dont have any responcebility on them.

Ravinder he diagnose the problem and solved the problem same day and my laptop get good. one month it get again faulty and when i contact to Mr.Ravinder he said it will take 1 month to repair my laptop. and now 2 months has completed and my problem is same. And now he is saying he is having no spare parts for my laptop. Please help me.

Every Time in the 2nd of the mOnth This People Used To call us For THE money. They ll ask to pay a aminimum Amount I used to pay tht but Still They are Charging all sort of late payment Fee.
1>I used to paY in time but its not reflecting on the statement on the same day ,they used to deposit after 15 to 20 days .& Also for they are charging the late payment fee.
2>Now Im ready to pay the Full amont they are not accepting it they are keep on saying to deposit the mInimum amount for the shake of their own Interest.
3>The coustmer care people are really harasing me like anything.

HCL — Unable to load theme

I would like to inform you that I am not able to load themes on my profile. When I try to put the java script on URL it says "Please wait while we process for ur request ..." and "Please Wait for 4-6 Minutes, While Your Theme is Being Loaded." and this never ends. It takes tooo much of time.

My p28 laptop's keyboard and touch pad freezes when i play movie or connect it to internet within 10 min. when i play games it's works fine and after K/B and mouse freezes and i connect the USB mouse it works fine...HCl said it is a problem with OS i ahve reinstalled it 2 times, still the same thing..they are not helping.

I purchased a HCL laptop from P&P HCL shop - Vellore - Tamil Nadu.
in the month of Nov'07, now it is out of warranty.

Whereas now my laptop stopped functioning, which has been handed to the
same shop where i purchased, for repairing, Which has been forwarded to
Vasavi Computers - the so called authorised service people for HCL at vellore,
attended by Mr Yuvaraj who claims that the board has to be
replaced which will cost 19000 /- Rs.

How come such claims from the customer without even sending it to the HCL service
center and know wat exactly is the fault and get it rectified instead of a baseless claim of 19000 /-

Talking to the HCL touch center... ther is no proper response,
Receptionst Ms. Kavita coudnt talk anything technical, when asked to transfer the call,
she refused and said, talk to - Mr. Mohan who is the Service Manager when called, who was least bothered to attend the call... no one is there to respond ????

Wat you people expect, becoming you customer and running behind you for everything ?
Please reply how to solve my issue... Already spend 45000 /- to purchase this laptop,
within one year just after the warranty is over the display gone blank...not functioning, and
now the main board has got a problem...

Wat service are you trying to render your customers...
Sales talks are sweet and Service talks are Sour... Is this the way you function ?

Please revert and give me a solution for my investment in this laptop, instead of just making me spend more money on the same and run behind you people leaving all other works...

hi, my HCL leaptop has become "HELL LAPTOP"..its 3months old now..my os messed up and i just called the tech dept since it had issues charging..and also it was not booting up and gave an blue screen..and the tech asked me to arrange an os disk since he cant get one with him..my first question is..if had a disk for OS ..i uldn have gave a call..and is it not ur responsibility to just get the os installed even i[censored] are not able to get one for my own..how come there can be no OS disk given to the cx..wat if my OS crashes...and now the tech came home..and i got the disks from friend...and he did installed the OS ..but the drivers disk which was alraey on my computer and the drivers disk which u sent me ..is not compatible and not able to hear my AUDIO, , and even tried loadind online..still no go..now u would be shocked to hear..i have vista loaded on my computer with the drivers of an lenova computer...:)i trust, i will get atleast and reply...from u team...

I have bought A HCL laptop last december. The serial no. of the same is 9084AX118339 (D24 C2D). I have reported my complain regarding DVD drive related problem to the HCL Service Center in Varanasi. One months has been passed and the Service center has yet not corrected the problems related to the laptop. Infact their approach is also of dilly delaying type. I hope the required instruction to the concerned authority must be provided to clesr the matter at the earliest.

Sir i live in Rishikehs Uttarachal. last year 2008 december i reqested one of my friend who lives in Delhi to perchase me a laptop and he did it he braught me a laptop from Hcl and i was happy with it .after taking it to rishikesh after some days i tryed to make DVD on it and it failled with spoling many of my costly re-writable DVD's i asked my friend and he suggested me to send it to delhi and i did the same and he arranged to correct the prob and sent my laptop back to me after around 40 days and the guraranty seal on the back side was gone and many of its screw were not present there and its switch to make the the writer's tray was gone ok i thought i will manage any how .but i found its mouse bottons were also changed and now it was not working as easily as it worked before and as the other laptops mouse button work.
sir after some time there was an another problum with it that its battery started to reduce its back up time slowly as perday one minute and it reached around 10 minutes back up i was surprised and had to take helf from hcl costomer service center .as i live in rishikesh and cant go delhi for every prob and i made call to delhi to ask if there is any service center near to me and they suggested me to go Dehradun for it. I did the same there in dehradun center Mr Manoj helped me and replced my battery in a week . so nice but Sir only after some hours of getting back to my home i found that battery was failled to be charged and laptop denied to recognize the battery at all again Mr. Manoj replaced it and ran properly for one week and again the same prob arised to reduce the battery back up timing . again i complaind it to Mr Manoj dehradun and perhaps he will say me to leave my laptop there for a check up and i m helpless i will have to do it as its under warrenty till december 21 -2009
not only this its right mouse key is almost not working and service center dehradun says its broken and will not be replaced and now for some days i found its power switch is also making the same prob as it doesnt work as smoothly it should work ... My God i m bothered with such a laptop .

Contained herein is the HCL notebook B38 C2D (Sr. No : BQ84AX194933), purchased on 23.02.2009, which is still under warranty.
The problem that I am experiencing is as follows:
1) Hanging Problem
2) Boot up problem
3) Battery Back is not proper, it is just giving 45 min. to 1 hour back, need replacement with new battery.

But at above address we have observed that this is a Guest house which you have declared as your service centre without having proper resources and even your person are unable to tell me when I can get my Lap top after rectification of all problems.

problem arrived as it was in warranty HCL front line division changed part (after 15 days time period), again after 2nd month same problem of Dark display occure again front line division has

Now again this same problem held after 8 month again same they asked to change the part but this time u have to pay F L Invetor 450/- and service charge 1685/- as ur laptop warranty expired and the product which we have changed for Dark Display(FL Invetor) has no warranty u have to pay.

If we give u waiver then you don't have to pay for the product but you have to pay service charge 1685/- which is four time than the product charge.

I simply say this is way to harass the customer in any way.

We are simply feedback o[censored]r terrible services & charges. Hope we aware our friends, relatives that never go for HCL brand any time.

I purchased a HCL laptop from Kolkata on 20th August 2009. It is only 3 months old Since from the day one I am facing issues like blue screen when booting up and then lots of error messages when I try to play movies using Windows media player or even with the cyberlinked DVD. The main issue is that the notebook will heated up after about 15 minutes o[censored]sing it. So I checked it with the only servicing center at Shakespear Sarani, Kolkata. See after 27 days of repairing, now I have taken my laptpp back home again. I feel very sad that the condition has worsened than before the repairing. My laptop is having 3 years warranty including the extended warranty plan. So I want a replacement or a full refund for it. Because I can't use the laptop for any purposes due to the error messages that I need to shut it down manually. To whom should I ask for this replacement or money refund. Please suggest.

I have placed an order in HCLSTORE.IN on 30 th Jan'2010 ( Invoice # 10143) .the sales excutive said with in 72 hrs shipping will be done. But upto now, i didn't get my laptop. The Customer Care People are really dumb and no one care about it saying we deal only techinical complaints. we dont know about sales.

I wish i shouldnt ordered HCL Laptop at that time. Imagine if sales dept. is that much careless about customers, then what about after sales, Repairs...

My Laptop screen got damaged and I aws trying to get in touch with the service centre for three weeks now, at last I got thru today and tried to place a complain. The lady at ythe customer service refused to take my complain saying that since its a damage the complain as to be done by e-mail. I asked her why a phone complain cannot be taken as it would be very convenient, the lady then was extremely rude. I wonder what training is given to CS by HCL. Its a shame that the staff has such rude attitude towards customers. I am not surprised that most people prefer other brands to HCL.

On 04.07.2009.but now a problem is created.when my laptos is start, 1 minute later it's screen becomes automatically blue and laptop is shut down.then it was restart automatically.But when i start the laptop in sefety mode, this problem is not visiable.pls tell me what can i do for solve this problem by mail to my e-mail address? sir i have purchased my laptop 1 yr back from jallandhar(impel infosys).1 week ago, i was working on my laptop, i suddenly stopped working and its display was switched off.i took it to ur shimla's hcl dealer.he told me that ur RAM, hard disk all are fine, problem might be in port..so u have to go to chd service centre..is the prob same as the dealer told me??.plz tell me how much it cost..and how many days it take??

sir i have purchased a HCL Laptop this year there are some problem with using the laptop .Its keypad is arise the problem. We typing a letter in word then some key type the alphabate but some key write numbers i.e typing the key k it not print key t print 6 etc
so plz give solution abput this problem.

i applied for tata-indicom wimax broadband coonection on 21 augest 2008, but because of low connectivity it was cancled after 10 days, and according to tataindicom money refund policy, customer will get money back in 15 working days, but today is 20 december 2008 and still i didnot get my refund..

Suddenly one day my laptop was not starting. I tried last configuration, safe mode but it was not starting. so I loaded the Operating system (ie Windows Visto Home Premium 32Bit) and now my laptop camera is not working. In device manager I have installed the driver and it shows that the device is working properly, but the icon on which i used to click to access the webcam is not available. Also please inform me about the touch pad setting like scrolling. The touch pad settings are not available to me, Please help me.

) i have baught hcl laptop s.no-a084x142532 on26jan2009.after that i find its battery back is only one hour, after that i complained on its customercare but they didnt take it seriosly and told me to contact nearest service station. i contct thr and they replaced battery in about one month, but problem is as such.icontct them again and they said to bring the laptop to them. i am 100 km away from service center, and abusy doctor, what shoud i do?
