Dear Pizza Hut Customer Support,
I placed an online order on 30-Aug-25 for Rs. 426.30 via Paytm, as advised by your executive at the RK Ashram Metro (Ground Floor) outlet. The payment was successfully debited from my ICICI Bank account (UPI Ref:[protected], and Pizza Hut was credited.
However, upon visiting the RK Ashram Metro outlet to collect my takeaway, I was informed that no order had been received. Despite waiting at the location, I received no assistance from the staff. As the order was not fulfilled, I kindly request a refund of the amount to the original payment source.
Please treat this as an urgent request and advise on the next steps.
