Hi, I am Raman using the airtel number [protected] post paid for last 3 years. I don't see any issues with the bills before last two months. Since last two months they added some bills on internet usage even if i not used that much amount in a day. They are earning in this cheating way from customers. There is no proper response from customer care also and they have been trained to support this company cheating. Please help me out to fix this issue.

    Hi, I have lost my mobile phone, a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro I 8552 while travelling from Bhogal to Okhla by bus on 11 July around 9 pm. The IMEI number of the dual SIM mobile is [protected] and [protected]. The SIM number in it is [protected]. I have blocked that SIM and got a duplicate SIM by the same number. FIR number 373 has been raised by me in Police Station Hazrat Nizamuddin for this case under . IPC 1860 Section 379. Please track this mobile phone for me.       A complaint was registered on 14.06.2014 through Tollfree number regarding the non-working of HCL ME Laptop of Department of Posts - India. But till 20.06.214 no response from them. While we are trying to contact customer care over phone they said that an engineer will approach you very soon. This is the worst service that we had never faced.

        Dear Sir, I had purchase HCL Me Tablet from Online On 19 March HCL ME CONNECT V2 WITH 2G CALLING Tablet of your company with Serial no.0813PCC2G2DIT58546 . From the very first day i had been facing Battery issue & PCB/USB issue after Some day speaker Issue.from the first week of Purchasing tab i am wondering only for the Service of tab after the service they told that it is working with the better performance but it shut down the battery and not Charging and i had not used more than 3day's and it's Charger also not Working and all the property of the Tab Battery Backup, USB port, Speaker And Charger Are Not WOrking. On dated 01-May-14, i submitted this to one of your authorised service centres located at Lucknow Place, at HCL INFO SYSTEM LTD C-150, Mani Chambar Opp.Touch, LUCKNOW Uttar Pradesh 226016 and i was told that the problem will be relosved with in 10 days from now. But I think days more than 10 have been passed and despite of several visits & telephonic request, i have not received any positive answer except that the parts are not available. Now i am frustrated from your service and request you to refund my money and i will not be compelled to kock the door of the Consumer Court

                With due respect I want to state that I had purchased HCL ME tablet Connect 2G via Star CJ alive on 14 Jan, 2014.Delivery was made on 21 Jan, 2014 at about 5 pm, On 22 Jan, 2014 we found that the ports of the device had a foul smell of burning & USB port was not working, On 23 Jan, 2014 we went to local care centre and asked for repair/replacement. They said that it was a DOA case & the replacement would make and asked for 15 days. Due to this we suffered a lot of inconvenience. On 15th Feb, 2014 the new tab was given to us but it was not the tab for which we made the order its HCL ME V3.Secondly, It was a dead piece and it was not working at all, So immediately we went to the customer care centre .They took the TAB and asked us to wait for 5-6 days for redressal. We have gone several times there to enquire but we get negative response.
                After that we called to Star CJ alive, they transferred our call to HCL customer care they asked us to mail all essential details with scanned copy of bill and ensure us for quick response but the result is negative,
                After two days they replied us for apologize and asked for few days.On 6th march, I mailed them and ask for refund and in response to that on 8th march they again apologize and asked for few days.
                Now I am fully frustrated by them and finally knock the doors of consumer court.

                  I would like to draw the attention of authorities of hcl towards the isssue that my laptop which i bought online from mr mohit jain; official of hcl through ebay had some problm and a complaint was registered in oct and even after more than 100days it has not been repaired

                  I have called countless times and mailed many times to hcl officials but hcl do not seems to pay attentions towards the woes and discomfort of customers

                  It is not suitable for a world class company.

                  It was told to me that:The processor rem and motherbord were defective but the store has stillnot shipped processor to the working technitionI m facing a lot of problm without laptop

                  No one is providing me a final answer

                  If hcl cannot repair it; it should be replaced

                  Every one seems to b coldblooded and no one is interested in taking the customer grievance seriously

                  Please get it done with priority

                  Otherwise

                  Clearly state that hcl is not able to repair it and neither they will replace it so that i buy a new laptop

                  In the process:-

                  I called customer care around 40 times each time the call costs is rs 20-30 ; they say they can only update me with the present status and escalate the complaint. On multiple requests they provide me with number of area manager silajit biswas who picked my phone only once and said it would take same time.. How much time now?.. Thereafter he never pick my phone such a busy person i am really amazed!

                  I have mailed to hcltouch.dtlt many times only the answer come back is, "please take care of this escalation" nothing happens.

                  The nodal officer seems to never read the complaints as no response other than autoreply from their point of view.

                  To mention names of a few customer care executives:Mr Sneh Bhardwaj: said to me 2 month back that my problm will be solved in 2 more days definitely... nothing happend...

                  Miss Nilesh 21 days back: Spoke to Mr Lovekesh Kumar and assured my problm will be solved in 7 days.. nothing happend

                  Mr: Sashi: said to me one week back... my problm will be solved in 2 days... nothing happened

                  Miss Priya: assured me that she will arrange a call back, , , , no call back...

                  there are a few other people i dont remember their name... all said more days... its already 100 days!

                  Mr Mohit Jain at least consoled me every-time in his words but my problem is still persisting...

                  Please answer me if hcl will repair/replace the laptop or not...If not i should buy new one so that i should not suffer


                  The famous hcl advt where a person wearing hcl shirts is greeted and thanked by many seems to b a complete blasphemy by hcl ; where a company least interested in customer satisfaction is boasting of improving life of their customers!

                  I again repeat please state it clearly i[censored] ppl cannot do anything for a customer u can clearly say "we will not do; how hard u try" and i will buy new laptop but "please wait 2 more days" doesn't seem to fascinate me...

                  I m really irritated with hcl and its response to customers. If someone can provide me number of nodal officer please provide me... It would b great help from your end...

                    I had purchased my HCL Y2 tablet with lots of expectation but after 15 days it started showing problem.I gave it to the retailer for service with zerox copy of purchase sheet as he told me, after 15 to 18days later he gave it to me and said that it is ok now.But the problem was still there now it started hanging and it will get locked and wont again start until you click the reset button.I gave it for 3 to 4 times for this type of problem but it was not solved. THE HCL COMPANY IS JUST A MESS WHO SELLS HIS PRODUCT AND CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM.I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ALSO DID NOT HELP ME OUT OF IT.AND THE TOLL NO WHICH IS NOT IN USE. In spite of this he is curing the patients & prescribing them Allopathic medicines. This may cause a serious health problem to the patients & can be very dangerous. We have reminded so many time.                         There is no response from hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com, service center people says there is no update on the device.customer care says they will arrange the callback which never happened.

                        From 16th Oct i am waiting for my tablet. Please refer to earlier communication and revert back. Also i am requesting you to take this complaint seriously. Please don't test my level of patience. i was told by ctm care on record that Mr Bharat will call me in 24hrs. But there was no call i again contacted ctm care they said within 2 hrs i get call . All . I[censored] want ill mail you all the recording.

                        I am raising a case against HCL Infosystems via ICRPC. And ill seek help from the online forums.

                          I am Loveneet Rathi S/O MR. Sohanbeer singh rathi and want to file a complaint against the HCL, their Service Center and Area Manager of HCL. I was purchasing a HCL ME LAPTOP (Machine s/no : 7121AE300081 and Model no. : L1024) on 15/6/2013 with 3 year warranty. but unfortunately I was face the problem in my laptop so i was going to the HCL service center which are located at meerut (EXCELLENT TECHNOLOGIES) and submit my laptop on 6/9/13 which are comes in warranty period. so they can received a laptop with adaptor and give me a job card (Call id) whose no. is 1094 but till now today they can't give my laptop and also can't receive my phone call if they were pickup my phone then they give excuse and tell a lie (like your parts will send in 1-2 days). the service center told that they don't have any information my laptop and the area manager was can't pickup my phone if by chance he was pickup my phone then they give excuse like " today i am on holiday or your part will send". now, the condition is I am very Harrased and depreesed or face a lot of problems due to both of them. I am also coming in a big loss. So, I request you to file a complaint against EXCELLENT TECHNOLOGIES (Service center) and MR. Sushinder Mishra (Area Mangager, UP) and, please solve this complaint and provide my laptop as soon as possible.

                            i have bought a HCL laptop form a dealer a few months back, after few days a line vertically was appeared on the screen after that i call to customer care and lodged a complaint with them, they advice me to contact service centre. i approached service centre and give laptop to them, but till date neither they are giving any response nor giving my laptop to me and also they are not answering my call. kindly help me to resolve my complaint.

                              Sir/Madam, I have an HCL laptop which I use very carefully and gently for my academic purpose. Recently I have noticed that the right hinge of my laptop has got cracked and therefore the locking system of my laptop has become loose. Moreover whenever I am opening the lid, the whole system is becoming rather unstable due to that cracked hinge. So I went to Vijay Enterprises - HCL Authorized Service Center in Kolkata, located at 25 Princep Street, Kolkata – 700072, on 9th october, 2013. They have told me that the right hinge of the laptop is broken and they have charge Rs. 1800/- for repairing the same. They also told me that it will take 1day for observation after repairing. On the next morning they have informed me that my laptop is ready and I took my laptop back. Now on 21st october night I found that the same type of crack is happening at that REPAIRED BROKEN HINGE and it is extending. Now my query is "Is it the customer service provided by the HCL Authority where after paying Rs. 1800/-, one will get the uninterrupted service for only 12 days? ".

                                Dear Sir, I purchased a HCL ME Tablet 2g connect with SERIAL NO 0513PCC2G2DIT19264 on 27th July'13 and after that i was facing regular Network Disconnection problem in the set. I visited the Customer care centre in Janakpuri 3 times for that and i was told thay they have checked the set and its not showing any problem but even then when i used it i was facing the same Network disconnection very often. finally i had given the set for repair and for 15 days it was lying at Janakpuri service centre for want of new mother board. i contacted the direct customer care number and i was told that the Janakpuri centre person would contact me after checking the set again and if possible the set would be replaced by a new set but i never received any call from those people anytime/ after receiving the set within few days it started showing display problem and when i contacted them they said the display had to be replaced. i submitted the set on 16/09/2013 with Jobsheet No [protected] and till date i have not received the set from the customer care. They said that the screen is broken and had to be replaced but it was not broken and some lines were formed in the middle of the screen. i even said that i will pay for it but give my set in good condition. when i contacted them every time they said that the part is not available. its been more than 30 days but i have not received the set. i said that i will complain to consumer court and they said that what they can do ????? Iam totally embarrased now and don't know what to do. I request you to pls provide me remedy. either the set should be replaced or my money to be refund back. i received calls from the general customer care people about my visit at customer care and when i explained them my problem they disconnected the call every time.                                   My HCL laptop bearing Machine Number - 9084AX125836 was purchased in the month of January 2009 from Kroma Stores, Pune. There were two problems which happend in my laptop in the month of Oct 2009. I went to the authorised service centre of HCL at Patiala, Punjab on 20 Oct 09. These problems were DVR Drive was not working and low battery backup. The senior Manager of Service centre Mr Navin Garg had then send my laptop to service centre Chandigarh.when i received my laptop on 17th nov 09 my DVR drive was repaired but the battery backup came down to 03 minutes which was earlier 35 mins(within one year of purchase of my of laptop). I tried to contact Mr Navin garg on his mobile [protected] but he did not attend any of the calls.I spoke to Mr Sahil and Mr Ajay mishra at HCL service centre about my problem. I was told register my complain on net. I would request you to kindly look into this matter as it causing me great problem since last one month.
