Im an ex employee of HCL Chennai,

its been more than 40 days i came out and exited from the HCL Chennai location but my full and final settlement not received not confirmed writing mails but no one responding
Could any one give best suggestion the same

When amount will be reflect into my bank account?

Hi, I have raised a request for withdrawing my pf amount from HCL trust. I have submitted my request REQ-153796 on Dec-14, 2021 and it is still showing " Received and is under Processing". I have not yet received Annexure K form as well. Could you please let me know what is the current status on this ticket.

I am trying to transfer my PF from HCL to New company. When i tried to submit transfer request, it asks me to please upload the FORM13. Where can i get the FORM13?

I was selected in hcl and was asked to submit my documents 2 weeks before.but now there is no response from the hr and I haven't recieved any offer letter.what to do now?

I need help in getting my PF transferred from HCL which was my previous company.

I left company in 2012 however I was not able to get PF transferred till now.

I tried to reach out to them no help so far.

I wanted to know the procedure as when I left the UAN was not introduced and that is why HCL is not updated in EPFO portal for PF transfer.

I am [censored]al Nathuram Pimpalkar.Due to covid-19 situation I have financial problem.So my father is not ready to pay for hcl training program.My family is not ready to give permission of loan as well.So I request you for refund.I have already made the payment in advance Which is 11800Rs and now would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same. Before 2 month I had requested for refund.But still I have not received My first installement which is of 11800 rupee .Now its almost 2 months are over but there is no response from your side.Please Consider my request . I have ordered a Sony bluetooth neck band ear phone and JBL ear buds from Electrobeats through gratbazaar.com for Rs.1599. I have a order confirmation email from gratbazaar and also the delivery notification email and SMS. But I have received a cheap normal earphone which is dirty, damaged and not working and the MRP is Rs.749. I couldn't contact the number given in the delivery slip as the phone number is not working. I want a replacement with the one i have ordered or the refund. The ekart /flipkart delivery person is not responding when I reported that the product delivered is not the one i have ordered for. His tone sounds as if he is aware of this issue already and this is a repeating one. Pls can you look into this and send me a replacement head sets with what i have ordered and paid for. Otherwise pls help with the refund of the money paid.

Its been almost 1 month since uploaded documents, received salary confirmation call 28 days back. After that no update and response. Offer letter is not released yet. In 3 months notice period 2 months completed. Don't know will offer letter be released

We are minority religion. Christianity. The complaint is on behalf of my sister. After my sister joined this corrupt company HCL having previously she worked in Cognizant Technology for 1 and a half years as a Program Analyst with very good remarks when she resigned. In this company, the employees and superiors, as it's a BPO were totally uneducated and had no good manners she was continuously facing discrimination by her male colleagues and also female colleagues. They started humiliating her by derogatory remarks, comments on her body, her faith on christianity was questioned and she was repeatedly abused by calling her 'Hypocrite', some of the male employees tried to outrage her modesty sexually, also as per my sister somebody has hacked her computer and were spying on us. My sister got so upset and faced severe depression and lack of sleep for months, they are sending a notice aftera year shamelessly and having no remorse and empathy and no humanity, as she quit the job without serving a notice period, she has to pay an amount. Since we didn't respond today they have sent another notice, this time by an uneducated, unethical lawyer to fraud us. Seriously, some companies don't have dignity neither fears God for their actions. We will go to court by hiring a top lawyer to file a case against the company and sue them for abuse, also against the employees who were involved in harassing her. In her previous company, she was respected and the colleagues were all cultured. 1 and a half years. She was sent good wishes too. Within 2 months, in this corrupted company with no moral code, they shattered my sister 's soul and now they want money for breaking her soul. This is no joke. As we are Christians, they think we are Jesus Christ who will forgive them how much ever they wrong us, do injustices and generously accept being sued for no fault on our side. If they want money, before outraging my sister's modesty, humiliating her every way, they should have respected her. Such uneducated low lives, material obsessed.

To all women, never join this company. Only immoral women and men will support this company. Beggar company who lure innocents to exploit and backstab.

I am an ex-employee of HCL and had applied for PF withdrawal from HCL trust. I have been following up with them since last 2 months and not getting a reply. My Annexure K is generated on the myHCL portal but the amount is not yet credited to my account. Their said SLA of 20 days has already exceeded. The status of my request is "Received and under process".

I had an interview on 6 may but i got mail from HR that interview has been cancelled when i asked reason she told me client put position on HOLD. Seriously! One day back HR called me and scheduled interview for same position then she was not aware with it?

Its just a game . HCL is hiring the people who has been referrd internally. Then why wasting our time.

I had initiated the transfer from my PF account to RPFC trust under request REQ-79339 :[protected] My Sap ID. I was told to connect to my current employer. My current employer asked me to raise a grievance in EPFO portal. Now the EPFO office needs annexure K with UTR number attested by issuing authority. I don't have the annexure K with required information. I am trying to get hold of both my employer but both them ask me to connect to each other. I am attaching the comments I got from PF office for not transferring my claim yet

I got a email from HCL on 26th june 2020 stating that my PF has been disbursed and it has been credited to my Bank account, but till now (6th july 2020) i have not recieved the money, i did not get a sms notification from the bank and i even checked my bank balance and it showed signs of no credit.I even went to my bank branch and enquired about it and they confirmed that no credit or transaction has been made from the company side.My Employee sap ID is 51751334.When i ask about the matter and email them, they ask for Annexure k, which they havent provided to me.

I got offer from hcl on march 18th. I was forced to take immediate relieving and i got relieving on march 27th. I was promised for immediate joining once i gt the relieving. My offer letter states the joining date as april 13th, but till now i didn't received any extension letter or information. I understand that covid have caused a bit of delay. But its been one month of my relieving and im sitting over without any information. When im trying to contact them, they are simply saying that they are stuck with background verification. I have completed my b. Tech and m. Tech from government colleges in kerala and i had uploaded all my relevant certificates and documents on march 14th itself. I don't understand why there is so much of delay in the verification.

I don't understand the one month pending document verification process of hcl, that too after forcing candidate to take immediate relieving from previous job. I even doubt that they have cancelled my offer for someone else. If that is the case ill be in great trouble as i got relieving from previous company. I came to know that one of the team member joined in same project, but i didn't get any updates on my on-boarding yet. I could have taken a two months notice period, but hcl folks forced me to take immediate relieving.

This is like cheating an employee in the name of hiring. I have a dependent family and have financial commitments (Loans and emis). I cannot sit like this without job and salary in this difficult times. I request you to kindly look into the case and make my on-boarding as soon as possible. I have a laptop with good internet connection, so i can join remotely.

One of your employee named ashwin doss working in hcl navallur branch who is treating me and his daughter badly along with his parents and all were using abusive against me. He is the person who never takes care of his family and his baby as she is girl. So i request you to take action against him and i am going to file a case against him. Thank you

I am nivedya s and i have attended job fair on 13th december 2019 at sree krishna adithya college, coimbatore. I got selected in gd of our company's interview and submitted my resume. However, i have not yet received any further information regarding the interview results. I am curious to know the status. Would you kindly look into it and update me?

Today i got a mail from hcl tech (Heading), mail id : ([protected]@gmail.com) and in this mail they have asked mobile number and then i got a call from one number, he told he is from consume department and he is telling me that i will get my pf amount now only in 3 times in my upid itself.. And he is asking me to innitatiate 25k amount to pay on google pay... And he is stating that once i will comeplete this process, the amount is going to credited into my acount from government side.

Just want to know, is this the process... I have never heard about this process.

I want to complain against a person. He is network engineer in siliguri branch. His name is ujjal chakraborty. He is continuously harrasing me and stalking me, and also saying vulgar and abusive things to me. I want to logde a police complain against him but going to a police station and complaining is too much for me, since i belong to a very simple family.
It's my sincere request that you take action against him since he is bringing a bad image to your company.
