Bought a HCL me-y2 tab on in January 2014 and it suddenly stopped working within one month of purchase. Took it to the service centre where i was first told that is motherboard fault. They registered a complaint in front of me, Only know a few rehearsed sentences. No proper response to emails. No help provided.
Worst company with worst service ever possible. Till today I have not received my HCL me-y2 .Whenever I ask for my mobile in the Service Center, they tell me it will take more time. Its more than 7 months since I gave my HCL me-y2 for repairing.
So bad product and worst service.
HCL sucks. Never ever go for it.
