Hi, I am trying to login to HCL separation portal but not able to receive OTP on registered email ID, I also requested to share the PF details but till date no-one replied to those emails.

This is Debarpan and I was working working with HCL Tech and my last working day was 22/12/2023. All my clerances has been done but I am not receiving my resignation letter on the portal.

I have mailed, dropped text to HR, mailed to FnF Team but no one is replying or reverting back.

I want the relieving letter as a proof to new organisation.

Please look into this.

I am unable to login hcl my seperation portal as it was asking for an OTP but I am not receiving OTP to the registered email id despite on multiple attempts.

I was a customer service rep in one of the groups. I'd opted for company benefits but didn't register for in a local gym to use gym benefits and resigned in a month after opting. Amount of GBP 366.0 was missing from my last salary. I emailed HR but its more than 3months she's waiting for a response from benefits team.

Submitted asset, am not able reset the password on offboaring link password not receiving to my personal email id, still not got the reliving letter.

Hi Team,

My last working day at HCL was on Nov 10th 2023. But whenever I'm trying to login to the offboarding portal, it says that an OTP is sent to my email id, but I am not receiving them. I'm unable to view any of the document.

Please resolve this issue

OTPs came arrived 30 minutes late to my email after my first successfully login. I am locked out of the offboarding portal.

I also did not see anything under the relieving letters or the other letter links on the profile page.

I am unable to login to HCL OFfboarding portal to access my PF. I got an email stating I need to either withdraw or transfer my PF amount. Could you please help me with it.

I am unable to login to HCL EX-Employee portal. I am entering correct password after which it generates OTP. After entering OTP, it says incorrect OTP.

I get my PF transferred from HCL tech to my current employer, however the transferred amount is not reflecting in my Passbook on EPFO portal and also service history is not updated. When contacted EPFO grievance, they asked to provide EPS annexure K from previous employer HCL tech.
I am following with HCL PF transfer team for last couple of months to get Annexure K with UTR details, but the same is not provided so far. Also when contacted HCL EPS office team to provide Annexure K for EPS, they said it can not be provided. Here are my details. Please help to get Annexure K for EPS as well as Annexure K with UTR details for PF.

I have been an ex employee of HCL and wanted to transfer my PF account to current account in order to withdraw it.
I raised request on EPFO portal for same but request was rejected but no reason was given.
Based on form 13 that was submitted i could see that my father's name was wrongly updated in my HCL account.
I sent out multiple emails to HCL PF help desk in order to get it updated. But there was no response.
Finally tired of waiting, I went to HCl office in sec 126 Noida and was not allowed to meet any one but given one help desk no and email id. It took three days before i was able to reach a person on ph no. Anyhow when I contacted them it was like hitting a wall again and got the response that only the pf team can help in it and they are only accessibly on mails.
Now i have been trying to chase them but getting no response at all.

I am an ex-employer of hcl and worked in hcl for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

Is there a way to get a copy of Provident fund statement(Provident Fund account number: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676), Payslip & Form 16 for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

I had my pay slip and form 16 copies in my pendrive but it got corrupted. Any help is highly appreciated.

HCL has created two member IDs for my pension during my single tenure 26-Sep-2013 to 17-May-2016 (HCL Bangalore):
GNGGN[protected]: This is Valid and transfer is done to British Telecom.
GNGGN[protected]: This is the duplicate ID which does not exist in UAN portal one which is causing problems with PF transfer from British Telecom to Saama Technologies, companies I worked in after HCL, which is weird.

With difficulty got this email from friends in Noida although I worked in Bangalore!!: ([protected]@hcl.com) who First said all transfer done. And later said, Pension is not transferred and now they did and nothing pending. Told to raise grievance in EPFO, but with no clear input as to which office, which address. And have blocked my email also now.

I went to Regional PF office in Bangalore, they clearly said it is HCL issue, they need to sort this although they are rejecting it.

Now, when I figured out two member IDs, wanted step by step method to solve the issue but the Great HCL, is like one prison, no access anywhere. No contact number or email also.

I have been chasing from 6 months and no resolution. I have quit job and need PF for survival. PF office rejects the claim saying that Service not received from that Duplicate HCL member ID.

Why Should I pay 50k to a PF agent for no fault of mine to get something sorted caused by HCL? why can't HCL maintain one group to have a proper communication with ex-employees? British Telecom is a small company but still responds in less than 2 days for HCL issues also! but HCL, being Indian Company, can't maintain one proper channel or share proper email or contact numbers? Even security guard didn't allow me to enter HCL office, gave me some email IDs who never responded. Please raise this with HCL please. If needed, I can give more details if needed.
