I did an internship at HCL. I need my Experience Letter and Relieving Letter for background verification.

I tried submitting joining letter & payslip but HCL background verification team is not accpeting. Also they're ignoring my request to provide contact info of the concerned department to get Experience Letter.

I contacted multiple times on Employee Helpdesk but they hung up on me.

Hi Team,

I have been following up on the PF transfer request, but it has been continuously rejected due to the wrong Date of Exit in the Form-13. However, I have resolved the issue already by submitting the Joint Declaration form and got update in EPFO portal as well.

Also, reinitiated the PF transfer request by submitting the combined (Old) Form 13 & Approved Joint Declaration form. But PF team has rejected my request again. Transfer Request #: 207242

In addition, Team has provided me a number to call, but this number is either a wrong or not able to make a call. Number details:[protected].

Feeling so disappointed, even though there is no mistake from my side and still I'm following up on this request for more than a year.

      Hi,
      I Joined HCL on 7th Sep 22 via third party roll. I was relived from project and HCL on 1st Dec 22 by my RM and my last working day was 30th Dec. I have filled all my timesheet on regular basis, and it was approved till 28th Dec 22. I have submitted 29th and 30th Dec attendance on 30th Dec. My access to time sheet was disabled 31st Dec so I could not take the screenshot of my attendance of Dec month.

      Invalid OTP Error for Separation Portal

      I have been trying to login to the Separation portal to claim my PF amount. But every time I am getting invalid OTP error. I have tried to reset my pwd but then it says my PAN/DOB is not matching with the SAP record.

      Please help me and resolve this issue ASAP...

      I am an ex employee of HCL. I am unable login into the portal.. kindly support..

      1. I enter login details. It sends the otp to email.
      2. I enter login details and then enter otp. It says invalid otp.

        I am an ex HCL employee and last week was my last working day.
        I am facing issue at the time of logging into separation portal to download my relieving letter.

          PF Transfer and Withdrawal - 51863152

          Hi, I have raised a PF Transfer request from Wipro to HCL as Wipro is my previous employer. Wipro have confirmed that they have credited the previous PF amount to HCL Trust. After raising request for PF Withdrawal, HCL Team has only credited the HCL PF Amount and not the Wipro PF.

          I have a considerable amount of PF money with Wipro, which is nowhere to be found. I am concerned where the amount is stuck and now HCL PF has closed...

          Login issue with ex-employee portal- OTP is invalid

          My employee id is 51393015. I am unable to login on ex-employee portal of HCL. The OTP I receive over email is being told by system as invalid every time I try login. Plus not able to even reset password as it shows that the login id or user doesn't exist

          Please rectify the situation asap!...

                I haven't received my food wallet amount from the month of May 2022 and also the amount is reflected in my full and final settlement.

                  I have been trying to login since mrng. I tried using my old password.. At first during the mrng times, it said "password expired", reset password. I tried resetting password by giving pan and dob. I get the error msg that it doesn't match the records. I never had this issue in the past. The last I used this portal was two years back. Now I need to take documents from the portal and it's giving issues.

                  Now at night, I gave forgot password and tried to reset. This time it accepted the same PAN and dob that I gave in the mrng and sent a new password to my email. I tried entering that password, after that it asks me to type captcha, then it goes to the same login page without any error. If I try old password instead of new password, it again asks to type captcha and then says "OTP sent to email". I either get OTP but when entered, login page says invalid otp OR I don't get OTP at all to my email and hence fail to login to the page. Please resolve this issue

                      Hi, I have received the offer letter and joining date, accordingly joined and uploaded the docs accordingly and profile percentage was completed 60% on i onboard portal. However the approval was pending with recruiter . However tried calling them multiple times, no response from HR .
