    I was never join HCL technologies still the name added in uan .Request you to please remove the name and do the needful .

      Ex-HCLitesLogin not responding

      I am ex employee of HCL, i am trying to login to the ex-employee portal for PF transfer and everytime its showing invalid otp . not sure what is the issue, I sent a mail to their helpdesk but no reply....

      I am unable to receive OTP on my personal email when I log into the separation portal. It seems that the email address which you have is wrong or it sending OTP to HCL mail id which is invalid now. My email address is kuldeep.[protected]@gmail.com. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible as I will need my relieving letter and full and final settlement-related documents.

        I have raised PF transfer request and request processed successfully.
        Claim status is showing settled on 26-JUL-2022 with approved amount 0.

        However I do not receive any amount in my current PF account.

        Could you pls transfer help me out on the issue.

          EIS IOnboard

          I was got an Onboarding process name was entered incorrectly . Also i was unable to process my details by submitting, it was redirecting to dashboard. To get an offer letter i need to submit documents and My Accomplishments and My nominations it was to getting to that page.

          i was not able to login smart verify portal if i give correct credentials
          Kindly solve this....

          Unable to login to HCL Ex Employee portal

          An OTP is sent to my personal email id, and even after providing correct OTP, website showing invalid OTP.

          The company is being unfair toward there training employees they are forced to do over time and their facing mental harassment from their team leaders and kindly help them their team leader are being unfair toward them and also they have to do the time schedule of 12 hour but in their letter its mentioned that they have to serve only 9 hours of duty but instead of 9 hours they have to serve for 12 hours it's unfair

            I have worked with HCL technologies from 2009 to 2012. I have raised request to withdraw PF multiple times. However, there is no response. I have also registered in one of their portal and have shared the registration Id. Still, no response. I have called the PF numbers mentioned multiple times but no one pick's up the calls.

            there were total of 34 email conversations happened simple to get myself registered in the portal and after that, I have called and followed up number of times with no Luck. my Emp Id : 51333640

              Please help to share revised Annexure K.
              I'm trying to get my PF transferred but EPFO team has rejected my request multiple times saying my EPS has not been received from previous service and I'm EPS member in present establishment. Please may I request my EPS is transferred and revised Annexure K provided to me.
              My SAP ID was 51424152
              Date of joining 08- June-2012
              Last working day in HCL was 16th Jan 2015
              Previous PF Account No. : GNGGN/005572/[protected]
              Previous Pension No. : GNGGN/005572/229770

              I'm unable to transfer PF as my previous EPS has not been transferred and I get rejection as service not received from previous office.

                      I have submitted multilple request HCL pf help desk to get my pf withdrawn but they are not responding.Also they are not providing access to employee sepration portal .I have submitted all documents to them.

                          I am facing some issues in trying to raise request for form 13 so that i can initiate PF transfer from HCL trust to my current organization.

                          The page requires me to enter MID/UAN and I have tried all combinations in this field. I even tried to generate the MID using the pop-up on that page for generating MID.

                          My PF No. is GN/GGN/5572/474542. Please help me with the correct format for MID or provide details like :

                          1. Establishment ID
                          2. Extension
                          3. A/C number

                          These three details are required in the pop-up for generating MID.

                          Please advise.

                          Also, when i tried with member id as GNGGN[protected] and try to fetch details it says that - ‘ No data found against this member ID’.. no idea what is the issue here.

                            Have initiated PF Transfer request thru HCL PF online portal. Request No. REQ-185790, that is in Disbursed State.

                            But UTR Number is not mentioned in my Annexure K. My Current Organization needs the UTR Number to process the transfer request.

                            Please update the UTR number of my PF Transfer transaction in Annexure-K.

                            Or Please provide UTR Number on my personal email register with SAP Id: 51422629.

                              I have cleared my interview and got the call from HR team for the salary discussion and now requested them to share the progress update on my application but I am not sure what is the reason behind that now the HR is saying we have not received internal approval for my application whereas the approval was already their basis on which I got the call for salary discussion.

                              This is not the 1st time I am facing this behaviour from HCL HR and upon asking the exact reason - I am not getting any revert from them.

                              I have also got welcome email from HR for documentation but unfortunately didn't received the offer letter.

                              This is very disappointing .

                                I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd. and my Employee Id # 51512941 with PF Account# GNGGN[protected], was employed for period 1st August 2014 to 17th September 2015. Then I joined Sandvine Technologies, where PF transfer was shown settled in EPFO portal. But when I joined another Company StockX then again when I initiated the online PF transfer it got rejected with reasons-
                                "1) REJ BCZ EPS SVC FROM 5572 ESTB TRUST NOT CD. PL TER EPS SVC"

                                Please help me out here to resolve the same. I am attaching the response in EPFO received.

                                I visited EPFO office to enquire the same. They said EPS SVC needs to be transferred from HCL. Reach out to HCL for the same.
