I am unable to receive any OTP in my personal email when i login to separation portal. It seems that the email address which you have is wrong. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Please sort this issue as soon as possible as I need my relieving letter and fnf settlement related documents.

        I’m not able to login to separation portal to access my documents and PF portal as I’m not getting the OTP. It was working earlier and it stopped working from the past few days. I have applied for PF withdrawal and I need to track it to closure.

        I have been trying to get my PF withdrawal from 6 years now, an year back they enables HCL PF site to withdraw the amount, but the portal gives OCR server down issue constantly, have tried for months, have escalated 100 times but of no use, I have tried in different PC's mobile, tablet, and private windows but of now use, I am now thinking to send a legal notice because of the harassment I have been facing with the team, I have the full history of emails from HCl denying the issue even though I have pasted screenshots continuously. if anyone here have similar issue contact we will think of going via legally as u have enough evidence to take it to the next level.

            Unable to get OTP during log in Separation portal

            I am an ex HCL employee and 9th Sep was my last working day. I am facing issue at the time of log into separation portal to download my relieving letter. OTP is not coming to my personal mail id. please help.

                HCL Technologies — Separation Portal login issue
                Can login to separation portal. Its asking for code which needs to be sent to me gmail id but not receiving. It seems that it is sending to hcl id which is not valid for me.

                    Offer on hold and still getting BGV torturous calls

Went long for two months and after salary diwcussion said they will roll out the offer in a day then the next day when I called asking about the time for the offer letter to generate she said went on hold.l, blocked my number.                     [protected] from this hcl technology Ltd i attended the interview for the work from home job they told me to pay the amount for joining process and after that told me to pay tha aggreement amount in that time I asked them this is the last charge or anything else but they told this is the last but after that they told me to deposit huge amount for opening account third after I padi second money so i told to cancel the process i send refund and cancel the process to cancellation department @ hcl they accepted my cancel and refund but after that they are not responding me not picking my call not answering my messages please please please refund my amount we are very very poor family now so please help me and refund my amount from hcl company in Noida please help me regarding this

                      I have been trying to transfer my pf since last 6 months. Whenever I raise a request in the EPFO portal it is getting rejected by HCL.

                              My SAP IS is 51812357.My LWD with HCL was 2nd September 2022 .
                              HCL had provided link for separation portal, When I try to access the link it says OTP sent to email . But i haven't received any email with OTP details . Hence am not able to log in to the portal to access any documents - salary slips, form 16, relieving letter, exp letter, FnF settlement or PF transfer related documents . Please help me with OTP issues,

                                    I am unable to download my relieving letter from the separation portal. I urgently require my relieving letter as I need to provide the same to my new employer on an immediate basis.
                                    My Employee ID is 51731007.My last working day was 30th May 2019.
