I am an ex HCL employee and 30August, 2022 was my last working day. I am facing issue at the time of log into separation portal to download my relieving letter. OTP is not coming to my personal mail id. please help.

        PF portal doesn't work and HCL doesn't care

        Hi all,

        I've been looking to withdraw PF amount which is due. While I keep trying to upload required documents through the PF portal, I only get to see a message which says "OCR Server issue". Initially, I had login issues, then OTP issues, and then OCR Server Issue. The portal somehow worked sometime back for once and so, the documents got submitted, but in vain; my withdraw claim got rejected stating the documents Form 19...

        My Last working day in HCL was on 20-June-2022. I have tried to raise a transfer request from EPFO for Form13. But I am not able to see HCL in Service Details itself.
        Kindly help me what is the procedure

        Hi, you were not a pension contributory member in HCL basis your declaration in Form 11 you have submitted at the time of joining HCL hence your details are not reflecting at EPFO portal as no UAN was created for you for HCL service period. UAN gets created only for pension contributory members.

        You can drop pension related mail at [protected]@hcl.com for further clarification/information.

          I am unable to receive any OTP in my personal email when i login to separation portal. It seems that the email address which you have is wrong. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.                 I’m not able to login to separation portal to access my documents and PF portal as I’m not getting the OTP. It was working earlier and it stopped working from the past few days. I have applied for PF withdrawal and I need to track it to closure.

                I have been trying to get my PF withdrawal from 6 years now, an year back they enables HCL PF site to withdraw the amount, but the portal gives OCR server down issue constantly, have tried for months, have escalated 100 times but of no use, I have tried in different PC's mobile, tablet, and private windows but of now use, I am now thinking to send a legal notice because of the harassment I have been facing with the team, I have the full history of emails from HCl denying the issue even though I have pasted screenshots continuously. if anyone here have similar issue contact we will think of going via legally as u have enough evidence to take it to the next level.

                            [protected] from this hcl technology Ltd i attended the interview for the work from home job they told me to pay the amount for joining process and after that told me to pay tha aggreement amount in that time I asked them this is the last charge or anything else but they told this is the last but after that they told me to deposit huge amount for opening account third after I padi second money so i told to cancel the process i send refund and cancel the process to cancellation department @ hcl they accepted my cancel and refund but after that they are not responding me not picking my call not answering my messages please please please refund my amount we are very very poor family now so please help me and refund my amount from hcl company in Noida please help me regarding this
