          I am unable to Login HCL Separation Portal.
          Actually i unable to login with my Password, so tried with forgot password.
          When i checked my Email details submitted by me was Client Mail ID PRANAYA.[protected]@AXALTACS.com, by mistakely i have done, now i didn't have Access to that Client Email because i am not with HCL Currently. So help me to reset my password by adding my personal Email ID -- [protected]@gmail.com

                I've been facings issues with login to Separation tool from many months. Sending mail is not getting any traction. I just keep getting mails, that I need to transfer my PF. But if I'm unable to log in to Separation tool, how can I do that I'm unable to understand. Sending mails does not help at all. No one responds so have to raise complaint in consumer forum sadly.

                  Hi all,

                  I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on Oct 20, 2022 that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

                  In HCL PF portal it is showing transfer is done but EPFO portal is showing 0 as approved amount and the request is complete.

                  However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk on Annexure K.

                  I request you all to take the necessary action & transfer the amount ASAP.
                  Details are furnished below for your reference -

                        Hi, My name is Chackravarthi. I left HCL Technologies on 27-Jan-2023. Even after 3 months I am not able to transfer my HCL PF to my current employer as my PF is not linked to Aadhaar.
                        They have also not updated my Service History in the EPFO Portal.
                        I have been sending more than 20 emails since Jan 2023 but their response is 'You are not a pension member. '
                        They are not interested in understanding my problem though I have very clearly explained it to them via email. Please help to get it resolved asap.

                                    I am here to raise a complaint regarding the relieving letter.
                                    In HCL my joining date was Jan 18th 2021 and last working day was Apr 24th 2023, all the clearance was completed on Apr 25th 2023 and also they informed by end of Apr 25th 2023 I will receive my relieving letter in separation portal. But not yet received the relieving letter which is very important for me
                                    Without relieving letter I couldn't join the new organisation

                                      I have been trying to log in to HCL separation portal from a long long time. But it does not work. Neither it allows me to use forget password. Sending mail to help desk [protected]@hcl.com is of no use. No one responds. It's pathetic.
