I was hired for Team Leader role in HCL but they are asking me to join as L1 agent in HCL.
I am team leader is my current organization.
I got Offer letter on 15th Feb. I have sent email started from 16th Feb till 10th March to get to know the project name/Job role/my designation .
HR did not clarify anything to me on call/email.
I had resigned from my current organization and my last working day is 14th March. After taking multiple follow-up and back back 50 calls to HR and interview scheduler and delivery partners, they told me to contact HR only.
At last moment, HR says that your job role in take calls. I got L1 job role in HCL however I am TEAM LEADER having 9 years experience in current organization.
So this is how they were spoiling my career.
I am very disappointed with HCL which is very good organization but making us fool.

I am ex employee of hcl technologies ltd. i have raised a request to transfer my pf account in august 2021, the same was accepted by co. it shows account settled but amount settled is Zero.

i tried to connect with hcl but no response was received from their side.

It is requested you to please transfer the fund amount to my current employer.

I am Ex-employee of HCL and my last working day was march 3 2023. I have missed downloading my latest compensation letter from the portal thinking it will be present in the alumni portal. But I don't see that in my alumni portal as well. I am in need of this on priority. Can you please help on this as soon as possible.

Submitted correction form to RPFC Gurgaon office, but no action taken nor responding, The feedback from others are also very poor, need some higher officials to intervene else there will be more suffering people who are mainly of old aged. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

Whenever I fill personal details like name and contact details its not going next page its goes back to home page and showing you just completed 10%. Please help me to complete the process

I made a mistake in the joining form, even though I entered second employer details it didn't show up in joining form, can you revert back joining form so that I can make changes and submit once again.

Hi Team,

I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd. and my Employee Id # 51560429, was employed for period 07-May-2015 to 08-Aug-2016. hen joined Cognizant Technologies. I transferred my PF amount to Cognizant PF Account where PF transfer was shown settled in EPFO portal. But when I joined another Company Pearson then again when I initiated the online PF transfer it got rejected with two reasons-
"1) PREVIOUS EPS SERVICE NOT RECEIVED. 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS."

I raised Grievance also to get more information but grievance closed with statement- "GN/GGN/5572 is an Exempted establishment and you are working in an Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization) that details of EPS from the previous employer(HCL) was not received & was not updated to my UAN number "

My current PF transfer request from Accenture to TCS is rejected by field officer as he mentioned 'EPs service details are not provided.
When I raised RTI I got to know HCL has not provided my service details to regional office Gurgaon.
From HCL to Accenture only Pf was transferred but HCL has not yet provided service details .

i am following up with HCL from last one month but they not understanding issue and not responding to my emails anymore.

I upload all the require documents two months before till now my onboard is not completed please help in this.

Hi Team,

I have been following up on the PF transfer request, but it has been continuously rejected due to the wrong Date of Exit in the Form-13. However, I have resolved the issue already by submitting the Joint Declaration form and got update in EPFO portal as well.

Also, reinitiated the PF transfer request by submitting the combined (Old) Form 13 & Approved Joint Declaration form. But PF team has rejected my request again. Transfer Request #: 207242

In addition, Team has provided me a number to call, but this number is either a wrong or not able to make a call. Number details:[protected].

Feeling so disappointed, even though there is no mistake from my side and still I'm following up on this request for more than a year.

I'm contributing to EPF for the past one year still my UAN is not yet generated.

I have been trying to login to the Separation portal to claim my PF amount. But every time I am getting invalid OTP error. I have tried to reset my pwd but then it says my PAN/DOB is not matching with the SAP record.

Please help me and resolve this issue ASAP

2. I enter login details and then enter otp. It says invalid otp.
