    Project Allowance not added in FNF.

    Address: HCL Jigani

    Hi Team,

    I was awarded a project allowance of Rs 1 Lac out of which, 50K was supposed to be paid in the month of April 2022. Since April salary was on hold it should be given in FNF.

    I don't see a project allowance added in FNF.

    kindly have a look.

    I am trying to follow up with FNF team since 45 days and I am not getting any response.

    Hello Team,

    I am ex employee of HCL Comnet[protected] to[protected] My employee code was 51649931.
    Again i interviewed with HCL Technologies in Jun-July month in 2022. after that on 6th Jul, i got an welcome email and call from HR that i have cleared both the technical interviews and asking for documents for my offer processing.

    after that i followed up multiple times with HR and she sad your profile was not approved from management end and we can't proceed further with your candidature.

    again on my request HR proceed with approvals again asking me my previous RM and SDM details. Today i.e 22 aug 2022 HR told me that my profile got rejected again.

    I was honest and dedicated during my complete tenure with HCL, unable to understand why my profile is not being considered even HCL says they welcome candidates who are willing to rejoin.

    I want to know the reason for dropping out my candidature.

      Hi Team,

      I raised request - 181391 on 28th July and post that received a response from HCL team on 8th Aug that request is under process and shall get the amount soon.

      But on 16th Aug I received and status changed to disbursed but nothing got credited to my bank account. Can you please apprise me on the status? Where is it stuck? What is the delay for?

          I have submitted my pf withdrawal request and it's been more than 20 days, I got mail stating that the amount has been credited to your bank account and status as disbursed. Till now I did not get any money credited in my bank account.

            PF amount showing disbursed in the portal but amount not credited to bank account. Multiple emails have been sent to HCL but PF team is not responding to my emails.

            Please help to credit the amount or share me the transaction details so that i could check with my bank.

                Sir/Madam,

                Am unable to login to myseperation portal by using the following link:

                It is asking for OTP and it is sending OTPto my hcl email id which is not valid anymore. Now I am unable to access my pf account and sent couple of mails to [protected]@hcl.com

                  Gave an interview in HCL and after clearing all the rounds had the salary discussion. A few days later, I received an email stating that my salary cost had been approved, and I was advised to wait two weeks to receive an offer letter.

                  1st Round held on 14th June,
                  2nd round held on 16th June.
                  Cost approval mail on 20th July.

                  I announced my resignation from my current company. Right now, jobless.

                  No response from HR, I have called so many times and so many emails. I am following up with HR continuously but he is not replying and didn't receive any updates from the management.

                  I am currently mentally very stressed and depressed.

                        I received a notification on 16th August that your amount is disbursed. But the amount is still not reflecting in the bank account.

                        What is the reason? How long does it take for money to reflect in the account?

                            My LWD was on 8th July and also got my full n final settlement document it is mentioned some amount of recoverable am ready to pay that so I need some information regarding how to do it and needed account details to do transfer i have mailed regarding this I didn't get reply for the fnf team so please consider my request and respond on this and do the needful

                                I am Selva Muthukkumar. I have attended interview on 2nd July on HCl for the active directory lead role . On 4th July I have recieved a mail on which I have got selected. On 5th July received mail to submit the documents and had an HR discussions. After that I didn't receive any confirmation mail. I am following up with HR continuously but he is replying didn't receive any update from the management. It's been more than one month since I have received this update. Could you please look into this and provide update asap.

                                  My Name is Anji Reddy P, I done with my 2 rounds of Interviews in HCL and in final round Interviewer asked to join August 1st week and I am ready to join, but afterthat i didnt receive any communication from HR.I called so many times and so many emails to the HR, but no response.I dont know what type of culture and ethics follows by HCL.This is not the correct way, why the HR people's doing like this and it will effects the job seekers future.Dear HRs Please dont do that if really require a person pls do the proper way and proper communication.The Management of HCL, Pls resolve my issue.

                                  2nd Round Interview on 11th July 2022.

                                    CHEATING ALERT!
                                    i would like to bring to your notice that I’ve been cheated by first careers staffing team. I was demanded money stating that this programme is a paid programme but as I’m eligible i would just have to pay for the interview process and that would also be refunded. I Paid them and I have all the screenshots for the same. The mail having all the information was also very genuine but now no one is responding to my emails, calls and messages and the HR manager which was in touch throughout the process is not receiving my calls. I really request to look into the matter as i have borrowed money to pay it to them as i was assured that it would be refunded but now I’m stuck

                                      My Name is Anji Reddy P and I faced 2 rounds of Interview.In Managerial round also went well and Interviewer asked me to join August 1st week 2022 and I am ready to join, but afterthat there is no response from HR, I called so many times and so many Emails, no response from the HR.I dont know what type of Culture and ethics followed by HCL.This is not at all good, even respond the calls or emails are good practice right but HR never boughter about it.Pls take this complaint and resolve the issue.
