Could you please confirm when can I receive my fnf as the admin clearance taking more than 45 days. I don't understand how much more time will they take if everything has been cleared from my end. There ar no dues, system has been submitted but why they are taking so much of time. If they cannot help me then please let me know so that I can take legal actions against this inconvenience and the employer will be liable to pay the penalty for this.

    I have attended a HCL hackathon interview for an automation tester opening on 15-Oct-2022(Saturday). I spent whole day in the hackathon call and completed at 5.30pm. Immediate monday i got call and informed that i have cleared interview. Then i shared document for offer discussion. We had offer discussion and agreed to a package on 17-oct-2022.
    But i haven't get the offer letter yet. I don't know the reason. Everytime they say, they are waiting for approval. how can I get update or solve to get offer letter

      I have attended a HCL hackathon for Automation Tester opening on 15-Oct-2022(Saturday). I spent whole day from morning 8.30am to evening 5.30pm. Later, immediate Monday, I got call and confirmed about that i have cleared the interview. So they asked to share documents for offer discussion and shared immediately. Next day 17-oct-2022 we had offer discussion and they said they will release offer letter upon approval. But i haven't get offer released. They continuously saying that they waiting for approval. How to solve this issue

          I’m not able to login to separation portal to access my documents and PF portal as I’m not getting the OTP. It was working earlier and it stopped working from the past few days. I want to apply for PF withdrawal.

              I am unable to receive OTP on my personal email when I log in to the separation portal. It seems that the email address which you have is wrong.                       I am unable to receive OTP on my personal email when I log into the separation portal. It seems that the email address which you have is wrong or it sending OTP to HCL mail id which is invalid now. My email address is kuldeep.[protected]@gmail.com.                         I have raised PF transfer request and request processed successfully.
                        Claim status is showing settled on 26-JUL-2022 with approved amount 0.

                        However I do not receive any amount in my current PF account.

                        Could you pls transfer help me out on the issue.

                          The company is being unfair toward there training employees they are forced to do over time and their facing mental harassment from their team leaders and kindly help them their team leader are being unfair toward them and also they have to do the time schedule of 12 hour but in their letter its mentioned that they have to serve only 9 hours of duty but instead of 9 hours they have to serve for 12 hours it's unfair

                            I have worked with HCL technologies from 2009 to 2012. I have raised request to withdraw PF multiple times. However, there is no response. I have also registered in one of their portal and have shared the registration Id. Still, no response. I have called the PF numbers mentioned multiple times but no one pick's up the calls.

                            there were total of 34 email conversations happened simple to get myself registered in the portal and after that, I have called and followed up number of times with no Luck. my Emp Id : 51333640

                                Please help to share revised Annexure K.
                                I'm trying to get my PF transferred but EPFO team has rejected my request multiple times saying my EPS has not been received from previous service and I'm EPS member in present establishment. Please may I request my EPS is transferred and revised Annexure K provided to me.
