EPS Annexure K required for PF transfer in current company

Hello Team,
I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies and requested for a PF transfer in my current company, but for that they requested EPS Annexure K from HCL PF team.

I already had received PF Annexure K from HCL when I left the company but my current company PF team has requested for EPS (Pension) Annexure K details.

    I am an ex employee of hcl technologies, then moved to CTS and now working for another organization.

    I had epf and pension in hcl. The epf successfully got transferred from its 'hcl trust' to CTS epfo account but pension did not get transferred.

    I realized it very recently after applying for claim, it got rejected with reason that the pension not received from hcl technologies to CTS epfo account.

      MID/UAN for PF transfer

      Address: Jigani, Electronic City

      [protected]@hcl.com sent email asking either to withdraw or transfer PF else they would tranfer to EPFO. Transfer request need MID/UAN of establishment which is not present in payslip.

      Email communication is tough and hence it talks about whatsapp number to get help - [protected] last seen is 2 days ago!

      Separation portal is so separated that inspite of 2 password resets (reset not change) in a span of 30 minutes,...

        Hi there,

        I was your employee 3 months ago on a 3rd party payroll. My salary is still stuck for one month because of my manager as he changed my code in the portal which shows that my attendance isn't complete, earlier he approved the timesheet but then again I don't know what made him think to change the code. My SAP ID is 51858855.

        Kindly look into this as I'll escalate this now to consumer forum or labour ministry.

                          I was an employee of your organization on 3rd party roll. My SAP ID was 51858855. I left the company 2 months ago. But my salary wasn't credited as in the portal the timesheet was reverted by the system. I have submitted my timesheet till 11th of April and it has been approved by my manager(ss attached). But on 20th of April somehow my timesheet was reverted. Now the finance team is saying that I've to get the L1 head approval which in this case doesn't reply as he the senior most person in the org. Now I don't know how to get my salary. Please help in this issue.

                              I am not able to login to HCL My Separation portal, it is asking to enter OTP and getting a pop up like "OTP has been Sent successfully on email and Valid for 10 Mint.!!! " but I am not receiving OTP on my Gmail .

                                    Sir, Actually I have got offer letter on 22 JULY 2021 and as per your instructions I have paid Initial amount Rs.35400/- on 24th July 2021.Due to Pandemic situation my PG exams were delayed so I didn't get any training session and onboarding also. At that moment, I had faced financial problems also and informed to drop from the offer in the month of January 2022 and sent required documents along with exit form through mail on 10 March 2022.
