HCL Technologies — First Career Program-Interview Amount Deposit

As per Rohit Rajan Thakur(HCL HR Manager) and got mail from HCL [protected]@hclcampus.com to deposit money. I have deposited total rs 5150 in HCL Canara Bank account to attend the interview.

Kindly do needful refund my all total amount in my bank account.

I have deposited money to HCL company 3 times total
First time deposited: rs5150
Second time deposited: rs 5150
Third time deposited: rs 10300 and cancellation charges rs 4600

Team kindly do needful and refund may money. I received fake offer letter and call from HCL

I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 29th april that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

I received a job offer from hcl and they asked to pay 5150 rs so i paid then he said its 5150 rs per program so i paid 10300 in total then next day when interview was to be held he said u paid in two instalments so its not valid so he took my account details to refund the amount but didnt refund the amount said companys put ur application on hold I even wrote a cancellation mail to cancel my application process and refund the amount but he said its on hold and u pay 2300 rs extra then ull get ur 10000 rs back

My last working day was 31sr March'22 and the laptop was picked up on 14th April and I got the clearance on 3rd May'22.

It's been more than 45 days however, I am yet to get the service letter and FNF.

Please assist immediately.

My employee id is 51806706 and my last working day with HCL is 8th December 2021. I raised a PF Transfer out, request number 165095 on 18th March 2022 and the same was marked as Received and Under Process on 22nd March 2022. As per the communication received from the portal, it mentioned that the entire transfer out process takes 20 working days. However, I have not received any further communication from the PF portal as to the status of the request. When I checked the epfo portal it mentions that the transfer was completed on April 27th 2022 and the transfer amount shows Rs.0/-. When I am accessing the PF Portal from My Separation portal an error "There is an Internal Issue. Please contact with App team." displayed for few days and later a message that the PF Portal is under maintenance displays. I am writing to the PF team however there is no response from the team.
I request you to kindly let me know the status of my PF Transfer out request.

My request was pending with them to transfer the pf amount. It's been 5 years and no one is acting on that.

I am also not able to login to their separation portal as it's sending otp to an email address to which I don't have access. Can someone please take this wit priority and do the help.

I am very disappointed by seeing my fnf sheet, I served my notice period 90 days without single LWP and how can 14 LWP days added into the FNF sheet.

I suppose to receive my fnf Rs 57, 810.65/- where as I received only Rs 33, 096/- from HCL today.

Please check and credit my original fnf amount Rs 57, 810.65/- I.e remaining Rs 24, 714/- .

Note: Company didn’t offered any assets ( 2 Desktops, 1 Dell PC and 2 Inverters) pickup since I carried the assets from Hyderabad to Coimbatore by Bus and surrendered my assets at State street HCL, Coimbatore. For dropping assets I bared from my pocket Rs 5900/-.

I raised asset surrender request as a part of Exit formalities and upon request shared the address for pick up over official email. But after my exit I didn't get any communication for pick up . I have been writing mails to the concerned Team daily but no one is responding. Even the the HR personnel are not responding.
Even they are not responding with address so that I myself can courier the System.
How to get clearance and reliving letter. Didn't expected such a reluctance. So may people in loop but no one responding. what is happening I am not understanding

As per EPFO site my clam status is showing settled and amount is showing zero( PFA) and annexure K also not visible on EPFO site.
When tried to login my hcl sepration portal, its asking for OTP but i am not receiving any OTP.
