I got selected in hcl in month of March 2022, i submitted all the documents and got welcome mail from the team,
But while talking about offer letter HR is giving false excuses and saying you will get offer letter it is 1 month now till now did not recieve offer letter .
I am not sure hcl will release offer letter or not.

        I am not able to login into my separation portal in HCL. While accessing portal it is asking OTP since last week and sending to HCL mail.I am not able to access HCL mail due to EMS.Kindly help on this issue.

          Hi Team,

          I have to submit a request to release my PF amount which I can do from HCL Separation portal. Unfortunately HCL Separation portal is not accessible to me. When I'm logging it's sending OTP on my personal email address. I used this OTP with 2-3 minutes, it always says, it's Not a Valid.

          I was able to access HCL Separation portal sometime back. I believe it's not working as my email address has been assigned to someone else to new joinee.

            I have submitted for the separation from the company by the end of feb and was ready to serve the notice period meanwhile people from the HR team called and just informed that March 16 would be my last working day and even without the proper consent they have ended up the employment which is totally involuntary from my side and wouldn’t let me serve the notice period and they have not even paid me for the no of days worked in the month of March 2022 and the separation portal is saying that I need to pay in return to the company for not serving the notice period. I have drafted n number of mails to the relevant people but none of them cares to respond to at least one of them. I am so fed up daily drafting mails to them. I am not even asking for any additional pay I am just requesting them to pay for the days I have worked.

              Unable to login to my separation portal asking for otp

              Hi

              I am unable to login to myseperation portal by using the following link:

              It worked for about 1 month but for the last 1 week it is asking for otp and it is sending otp to my hcl email id which is not valid anymore. I have contacted hcl servicedesk but they are unable to help me. They asked me to send an email to '[protected]@hcl.com'...

              On clicking the HCL PF portal for withdrawal, getting this error. The amount also not credited yet.

                I'm an ex-employee of HCL with EMP ID: 51481405 would like to withdraw my PF contribution in HCL trust PF number: GN/GGN/005572/[protected]

                I have submitted the request and the request "REQ-165058 Status Update - Received and Under Process",

                But I have not received any update post month ago.

                I have already emailed hcl pf helpdesk. No response

                              BGV and HR Team forcing to resign without valid reason

                              HCL hired me on 13th Dec 2021 and I submitted all documents asked by recruiter. After 2 months, HCL BGV (Background verification) Team said my BGV is red because I did not show previous company experience. They asked me to resign on this point but I resisted and told them that I have submitted appropriate documents. They kept on telling me that BGV is red and I need to resign. I resisted and involved HR team. HR team repeated same statements...

                              Hi,

                              My SAP ID 51995129. My LWD with HCL was on 04.04.2022 and until now I have not received Admin Clearance I informed many number of times before leaving that I have no ID card or access card to submit as my joining was virtual and I was working from home. I am trying to mail the responsible stakeholders for providing the admin clearance but there is no response from them. After numerous mails no one is taking care to reply or update on same. I am not able to view my Relieving letter on separation portal because of this and is causing lot of trouble in my new organization without relieving letter. My FNF is also on hold. I was told that by EOD on my LWD I will receive all clearance and Reliving letter but now after leaving no one is responding. there is no proper channel to communicate other than personal mail where no one cared to reply. There's no way to escalate the issue.
