Hi,

PF amount showing disbursed in the portal but amount not credited to bank account. Multiple emails have been sent to HCL but PF team is not responding to my emails.

Please help to credit the amount or share me the transaction details so that i could check with my bank.

Hi I applied for PF withdrawal from hcl technologies 1 week ago and i am not getting withdrawal status from their end.. Even I sent mail to [protected]@hcl.com but no response

Am unable to login to myseperation portal by using the following link:

It is asking for OTP and it is sending OTPto my hcl email id which is not valid anymore. Now I am unable to access my pf account and sent couple of mails to [protected]@hcl.com

Please let me know to whom I can reach to get my personal email (ganeshdw[protected]@gmail.com) to get updated on this portal.

Gave an interview in HCL and after clearing all the rounds had the salary discussion. A few days later, I received an email stating that my salary cost had been approved, and I was advised to wait two weeks to receive an offer letter.

1st Round held on 14th June,
2nd round held on 16th June.
Cost approval mail on 20th July.

I announced my resignation from my current company. Right now, jobless.

No response from HR, I have called so many times and so many emails. I am following up with HR continuously but he is not replying and didn't receive any updates from the management.

I am currently mentally very stressed and depressed.

I raised PF withdrawal request - 181391 on their HCL PF portal on 29th July and since then there has been no update/acknowledgement on the request.

Neither anyone is responding on the reported mail ID - [protected]@hcl.com on which I have dropped 3 emails for now.

I am Selva Muthukkumar. I have attended interview on 2nd July on HCl for the active directory lead role . On 4th July I have recieved a mail on which I have got selected. On 5th July received mail to submit the documents and had an HR discussions. After that I didn't receive any confirmation mail. I am following up with HR continuously but he is replying didn't receive any update from the management. It's been more than one month since I have received this update. My Name is Anji Reddy P, I done with my 2 rounds of Interviews in HCL and in final round Interviewer asked to join August 1st week and I am ready to join, but afterthat i didnt receive any communication from HR.I called so many times and so many emails to the HR, but no response.I dont know what type of culture and ethics follows by HCL.This is not the correct way, why the HR people's doing like this and it will effects the job seekers future.Dear HRs Please dont do that if really require a person pls do the proper way and proper communication.The Management of HCL, Pls resolve my issue.

CHEATING ALERT!
i would like to bring to your notice that I’ve been cheated by first careers staffing team. I was demanded money stating that this programme is a paid programme but as I’m eligible i would just have to pay for the interview process and that would also be refunded. I Paid them and I have all the screenshots for the same. The mail having all the information was also very genuine but now no one is responding to my emails, calls and messages and the HR manager which was in touch throughout the process is not receiving my calls. I really request to look into the matter as i have borrowed money to pay it to them as i was assured that it would be refunded but now I’m stuck

My Name is Anji Reddy P and I faced 2 rounds of Interview.In Managerial round also went well and Interviewer asked me to join August 1st week 2022 and I am ready to join, but afterthat there is no response from HR, I called so many times and so many Emails, no response from the HR.I dont know what type of Culture and ethics followed by HCL.This is not at all good, even respond the calls or emails are good practice right but HR never boughter about it.Pls take this complaint and resolve the issue.

I am currently mentally very stressed and depressed and don't see any hope in my life.
I was expecting from HR to be professional and be specific onto what happened to my candidature.
Please help me resolving this.

I left HCL 60 days back. as per the official communiation within 45 days they will credit my fullandfinal settlement. I keep followup the team but i dont received any response. i fond the same scenario with few people in the forum, Please be responsible to ex-employee.

Respected sir/ mam. Iam mohamed shafeer. i have taken an online assessment in HCL and cleared it and called for an interview on july 30th. I went to navallur branch and was ready to attend the interview but they made me to wait for hole day and later sent me out for lunch break. when i came after break. they are telling me that we will send you an virtual online meeting link so that you can attend the interview in your home. Post my LWD, I was supposed to join another organisation for which I was asked for relieving or resignation acceptance/acknowledgement. I requested my HR for an email which have the two sentence that is resignation acceptance and LWD, she denied, I called her she ignored, I reached out to my HR head he ignored my call and emails.

All I have requesting to acknowledge that my resignation has been accepted and my LWD is ... because of their in cooperative behavior my joining date was pushed and I lost on my Joining bonus which was a huge amount.

Also it has been 10 days, admin clearance is not provided and when talking to admin people they are pretty rude and absolutely not helpful. The relieving letter as per policy says will be available after LWD. However, yet to get that.

This kind of ignorant HRs and even more ignorant behavior that they are displaying by not taking calls and responding to emails or texts is how far justified, please examine.

My LWD in HCL Jigni Bangalore was 9 May 2022. However still i am struggling to get my FNF amount. I dropped many emails to FNF team.
Once they reverted like my 3days LWP is pending for approval but no one fixing the issue from last three months. please have a look, resolve this and clear payment.
