I am the wife of one of the employee of your company. I am hardly requesting the HCL to please end work from home. Its for the sake of someone's personal life, family life as our personal life and relations are getting disturbed due to staying our husband's 24×7 at home.

But ab 2 years se 24 ×7 ghar pr hi rhna, iske wajah se I can't explain u ki kitne problems kitne fighting or life disturb ho rhe h. WFH working women k liye bhi problems ban gye h. Office mein to hm sirf office ki hi tension lete the pr staying at home means ek saath sare tensions or phir personal fighting etc.
Office environment se hat kr or ghar pr rhne se mere husband ki thinking ( for personal and family life ) kafi change ho gye h. Jisse hamara family life kafi disturb ho chuka h. Main bhut dhukhi ho gye hun. Or aise bhut sare baatein h jo WFH k wajah se family life mein problems ho rhe h.
Ab to chote babacchon ki bhi school open gye h, covid bhi normal h, sabhi double vaccinated bhi ho gye h, sare offices schools collages khul chuke h. Sirf IT company hi kyun apne employees to wapas nhi bula rhe h. Please please, think on my words. Please call your employees back to office. Please save my personal life. Please get everything back to normal as earlier. Hoping from HCL to think and work on my request.

I didn't received the username yet because of that not able to open the offer letter

I had initiated the transfer of my PF from account number (HCL technologies) to current account number (Persistent Limited) through online transfer (Epfo). I got the message stating, transfer is complete and amount is been credited to current account number. But this amount is not reflecting in my current passbook.

I am a former employee of HCL technology,
I have put down my resignation on 25th Nov my last working day was 22nd Feb.
I have submitted all required documents and assets to them (laptop charger id card access cards everything), I have been waiting fir my Fnf and experience letter and relieving letter.

My FnF amount was around 62k but today 30th March I have received some money which is 3800 rs I am not sure if it is my fnf money or something else because in my separation portal admin clearance still shows pending.

I am not sure whom to get to as wherever I mail i get no response from them, I have been associated with this company for almost 4 years I am just really disappointed that for such a big organisation there is no proper chain of command and no communication links.

Hi Team,

As per Rohit Rajan Thakur(HCL HR Manager) and got mail from HCL [protected]@hclcampus.com to deposit money. I have deposited total rs 21000 in HCL Canara Bank account to attend the interview.

Yet I have not received any interview call or mail and money also not deposited in my bank account trying to call Rohit multiple times from Saturday(26th Mar, 2022)he is not receiving the call.

Kindly do needful refund my all total amount in my bank account.

I left HCL Technologies in 2019 & my PF got transfer also after lots of follow with last organization & HCL technologies.
Recently I joined in new Organization. I have requested to transfer my PF from Last Organization to current Organization. But that transfer request rejected saying that Your claim has been rejected due to EPS Services in R/O GN/GGN/5572/321485 not received which nothing but EPFO Pension No. of HCL Technologies.
I tried to put transfer request through UAN Portal under 10C/10D options but there is not option to submit form 10C/10D since HCL is trust & trust details not reflect there for EPS transfer. How can i apply for transfer of eps (Pension) service from hcl trust to my current organization?

I am cleared all technical rounds in HCL, While creating iOnboarding Profile creation they are providing wrong information like First Name and Last Name.
This field are disabled, This field are enable for only HR

they are properly not responding for Emails and Phone calls
