My last working day was 4th March 2022. Though I have submitted the ID card before the last day, I have not received the Admin clearance. I have acknowledgement for the ID card submission from the reception. After contacting the HR, clearance executives, they said that my request for Admin clearance does not reflect in their queue. As we discussed that my joining date as per offer letter was 31/01/2022 and i already said during interview process that i do have 3 months of notice period to serve.
therefore i am serving notice period and waiting for your extension letter please help me to get it, my joining date would be 11/05/2022....

My LWD with HCL was 16/03/2022, I have got Admin & IT clearance but HR clearance is still pending, I have approached the concerned HR person many times but no response. without getting my relieving mail or letter I'm unable to join my next job. This situation is ruining my career & my mental health.

I am unable to download my Experience letter FROM Exit portal, it says "Experience letter not found". I have attached the error here as well.

my Last working day was on 24 MAY 2019, and my Full and Final settlement is also completed.

My last working was March 1st . I have handed over all my assets on 25th Feb. to company . Still I did not get IT clearance on Assets. I am stressed out in dropping several email and doing multiple calls to concern team member but left out with unanswered. They are not even bothered to call back or provide any update/status.

I have attached proof of IT asset handover.

Because my IT clearance, my Full and Final...

Iam Tamil selvan R, I've attended final interview with HCL and i got cleared in that and also recieved mail that confirms i cleared the final selection process and also it mentions that i will get offer Letter soon.Iam waiting more than a week till now i didn't get single update about offer letter.So please give any update about the hiring process it is a humble request🙏

Further to the below mail. I have sent all the related documents through DTDC courier way bill ni.C22017831. Dt. 06/03/2022 and C23017213 dt.01/03/2022 and the same was successfully received by HCL Noida office and all were become waste paper. Can you pl. tell me what action have you people has taken on this? More than a year I have been fighting for this to get my pension and with draw my PF. But no one is bothered about it. I dont know what for this mail forum is meant for? just to pass time? or really wanted to do some thing for the people who are struggling?. If my case is not resolved, I am going to escalate this to higher level and publish the same in the news paper. I am not joking. Really I am going to do if you have not take action against my query.

I have sent father name correction in last December. Till now it has not yet been updated. When I send out amil i got a reply saying that we have filed the from in the PF office. But more than 4 months has gone why no follow up from your PF Department. Are they sleeping?
My service record has not updated previously. I have submitted my previous companies service details. But only my HCL service from 01/04/2010 to 17/03/2016 alone get updated. Because of this even though I have got 20 years of PF contribution, my previous service i.e

has not yet been updated. I have sent so many mails, grievances for both HCL and Gurgaon EPFO all are becoming toilet paper. I am sorry to mention this word. If it is in Chennai EPFO office, I could have got it done long back itself. But my bad luck it is in Gurgaon and I have only source is HCL PF department and believe that they will help me on this. But nothing is happened for the past 11 months. sent so many mails, couriers. I don't know what they are expect more.

My sincere and humble request. Pl. somebody help me on this to over come this issue and get pension and withdraw my PF by sharing your contact number who is responsible person and interact with the EPFO office.

More then a month ago I applied for an internship position with your company and received an invite for an orientation and after a test. After I took the test I was supposed to receive an answer by the 14th or 15th of Feb, answer that never came.

On the 18th of Feb I contacted via e-mail, Mihai Mariciuc, from the HR department that I kept in touch with and asked about the status of my application because I hadn't received an answer.

The program was supposed to start on the 21st of Feb and he contacted me on the 23rd of Feb saying that he will check with his colleagues and come back with an answer to me, thing that also never happened.

I will attach a screenshot from the email so you can verify the dates and the conversation is in Romanian but it's short and easy to translate with any web translator.

So what I would like to say is that you have a very "professional" team of people working in your company and I hope that stuff like this never happens again to anyone else.

I'm ex employee, I need help with my PF account details. They have not provided for my PF slips from joining date till my leaving date.

I have right to have all my details of PF trust account. I have tried contacting multiple contact person regarding PF query for ex employee, but no-one cared to respond.

Nothing shows on EPFO website under my account xxxxx989511 since HCL has trust PF account....

I am in need of my latest compensation letter copy which I couldn't find in my separation portal. I have contacted HR and he routed to fnf team and after multiple follow ups, I am not even getting any single response from the team. Urgently, I need my compensation letter copy. Please help to get the letter.

I have been relieved by hcl on 25th January 2022 as per the mail of hr.

However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin & IT clearance is pending.

My salary is on hold. My fnf is not settled yet. And my relieving letter is also pending to be shared by hcl. I am not in a very good position to apply further in other company due to this.

I got interview in hcl after that i got mail in spam and for offer letter should we pay any security deposit for job confirmation.And she told she was calling from hcl.So see the mail is genuine or fake
