I got selected in hcl in month of March 2022, i submitted all the documents and got welcome mail from the team,
But while talking about offer letter HR is giving false excuses and saying you will get offer letter it is 1 month now till now did not recieve offer letter .
I am not sure hcl will release offer letter or not.

When I try to login my seperation portal it is sending otp to email but I am unable to get the otp please help me

I am not able to login into my separation portal in HCL. While accessing portal it is asking OTP since last week and sending to HCL mail.I am not able to access HCL mail due to EMS.Kindly help on this issue.

Hi Team,

I have to submit a request to release my PF amount which I can do from HCL Separation portal. Unfortunately HCL Separation portal is not accessible to me. When I'm logging it's sending OTP on my personal email address. I used this OTP with 2-3 minutes, it always says, it's Not a Valid.

I was able to access HCL Separation portal sometime back. I believe it's not working as my email address has been assigned to someone else to new joinee.

I have submitted for the separation from the company by the end of feb and was ready to serve the notice period meanwhile people from the HR team called and just informed that March 16 would be my last working day and even without the proper consent they have ended up the employment which is totally involuntary from my side and wouldn’t let me serve the notice period and they have not even paid me for the no of days worked in the month of March 2022 and the separation portal is saying that I need to pay in return to the company for not serving the notice period. I have drafted n number of mails to the relevant people but none of them cares to respond to at least one of them. I am so fed up daily drafting mails to them. I am not even asking for any additional pay I am just requesting them to pay for the days I have worked.

On clicking the HCL PF portal for withdrawal, getting this error. The amount also not credited yet.

Hi,

I'm an ex-employee of HCL with EMP ID: 51481405 would like to withdraw my PF contribution in HCL trust PF number: GN/GGN/005572/[protected]

I have submitted the request and the request "REQ-165058 Status Update - Received and Under Process",

But I have not received any update post month ago.

I have already emailed hcl pf helpdesk. No response

I have submitted request for PF withdrawal and it was approved and Annexure K was provided mentioning that Amount created in 20days. It's about month but yet I haven't received amount.

My onboarding process is 50% completed. Recruiter clearance is pending and the Hr mentioned Sakkshi.[protected]@hcl.com is not responding to my calls or emails. Please look into the issue and do the needful to release offer letter and further update.

My father residing at the permanent listed address in HCL records recieved a Legal Notice for recovery with Penalty interest @24%pa.
The notice was dated 11/Oct/2021. Dispatched from EMS post Noida on 16/April/2022.

I have applied for HCL Technology for Software Engineer post. My joining date is 26/04/2022 but I am still working in my old company in the notice period, my notice period is ending on 03/05/2022. My SAP ID 51995129. My LWD with HCL was on 04.04.2022 and until now I have not received Admin Clearance I informed many number of times before leaving that I have no ID card or access card to submit as my joining was virtual and I was working from home. I am trying to mail the responsible stakeholders for providing the admin clearance but there is no response from them. After numerous mails no one is taking care to reply or update on same. I am not able to view my Relieving letter on separation portal because of this and is causing lot of trouble in my new organization without relieving letter. My FNF is also on hold. I was told that by EOD on my LWD I will receive all clearance and Reliving letter but now after leaving no one is responding. there is no proper channel to communicate other than personal mail where no one cared to reply. There's no way to escalate the issue.

I am the wife of one of the employee of your company. I am hardly requesting the HCL to please end work from home. Its for the sake of someone's personal life, family life as our personal life and relations are getting disturbed due to staying our husband's 24×7 at home.
Phle jb hamare husbands office jte the to unko ek alag work environment, different peoples milte the or phir ghar aane k baad home environment or family time milta tha. To balance aacha bana hua tha. But ab 2 years se 24 ×7 ghar pr hi rhna, iske wajah se I can't explain u ki kitne problems kitne fighting or life disturb ho rhe h. WFH working women k liye bhi problems ban gye h. Office mein to hm sirf office ki hi tension lete the pr staying at home means ek saath sare tensions or phir personal fighting etc.
Office environment se hat kr or ghar pr rhne se mere husband ki thinking ( for personal and family life ) kafi change ho gye h. Jisse hamara family life kafi disturb ho chuka h. Main bhut dhukhi ho gye hun. Or aise bhut sare baatein h jo WFH k wajah se family life mein problems ho rhe h.
Ab to chote babacchon ki bhi school open gye h, covid bhi normal h, sabhi double vaccinated bhi ho gye h, sare offices schools collages khul chuke h. Sirf IT company hi kyun apne employees to wapas nhi bula rhe h. Please please, think on my words. Please call your employees back to office. Please save my personal life. Please get everything back to normal as earlier. Hoping from HCL to think and work on my request.
