    As per the new guidelines on the internet HCL should provide all the bonus to the employees who left the organization between September 2021 to December. My last working day was 27th December 2021 however they are denying to give it back.
    Even they are not providing official document.

      Relieving letter - 51755775

      Hi,

      My last working day at HCL was 28th jan 2022. It's been 4 days and i didn't get relieving letter on separation portal yet.
      I have clearance of all the stakeholders....

      I was in need of financial emergency so I was in need of my pf amount and trying for the transfer from my previous organization to HCL.

      Rule for PF transfer in HCL for trust to trust.
      1) They are accepting only manual forms that to we need to send it HCL PF Noida.
      - I filled the form 13 as request by HCL and sent to HCL pf office for that I need to wait a month because of transport and HCL will not provide feed back on receiving and we need to chase them and finally they will surprise back saying that your form 13 is not valid and rejected saying " part b is not filled. but I was sure that I filled but still I gave other chance and followed again by sent it HCL office again(which took another 20 days for me ) but this time I double checked the form 13 and sent it PF office and I was not expecting the same answer and I thought it will be success but I got same reply again. This time I asked for the evidence but I was shocked for the answer saying that they are not allowed to scan (I was asking my own form13 that I filled manually and asking for the guidance where I went wrong but I did not get proper reply from them)
      I was asking for single point of contact for PF person in Hyderabad to validate form13 before I send but they did not give me relevant reply . I tried escalating to manager but no reply from them as well and finally decided that its waste of time to initiate transfer from HCL.

      Because of this I have chosen my previous organization which is Wipro I was surprised and felt great about my previous organization and they took only 20 days to generate annexure K . Daily they will respond to my mails (but In HCL they will just fill SLA with irrelevant answers and they never respond to existing tickets.)

      After getting annexure K, I submitted to HCL I thought it will be completed but same thing is happening . no proper reply . In December I submitted the annexure K to them but still my pf transfer did not happen and I mentioned the financial emergency as well. I never faced this kind worst pf department team in my life. Please take care of my problem.

        Date of Exit is wrongly updated in EPF (UAN) portal

        My PF transfer request in HCL portal was referred back to me stating that Date of leaving is incorrect in Form 13/UAN portal.

        In PF portal, Date of exit is updated as "29/12/2017" instead of correct date, i.e., "04/03/2017".

        Unable to reach the concerned team for mitigating the issue....

        I had raised a PF transfer request to HCL PF department. It's been more than a month now and i havent received any update from them. As per their request, i had even sent Form 13 to HCL Noida office, PF dept.
        I have been trying to reach the whole PF dept. but no response from anyone. Now i have put down my papers and on np.
        I am really concerned and want to make sure i get this PF transfered from my prev. company so that i can avoid issues once i leave the company...

          So I left the company on December 7, 2021. It's been 1 and a half month since which I am fighting with HCL so called HR team for getting clearance and full and final. So last Friday my full and final amount is credited and almost 9k is deducted from that. This says 'Arr Epb Recovery'. I am not sure how the hell can they deduct a component which is part of CTC. No such information was written on offer letter as well.

            I got a call from this numbers([protected])([protected]) that they are calling from HCL technologies and was selected for an interview for that I should pay 500 to them their account number is [protected] and IFSC code is CBINO284512 afterwards he said that I got selected and asked me to pay 2500 as training security fee to send the offer letter I didn't pay after that I got multiple calls and messages from them so I didn't proceed forward.
            I'm requesting a refund and to make sure my documents are safe

                Request Number (REQ-) is different in Form 19, in form 15G & in PF Portal. Please upload form 19 and form 15G with request Number (REQ-) should be same on Forms and in PF Portal. Please upload forms to their respective slots. Please read the remarks carefully

                  I didn't get the money for the month of October which was on hold. I worked on that month but didn't get money.i have mailed to fnf team but they are saying according to company policy you won't be able to get amount.very disgusting. Never expected this from HCL

                    Recovery of ampb and epb which was part of CTC component

                    I would like to start with the timeline of events that happened.

                    My one month salary was kept on hold when I put down my paper in HCL.
                    As per the policy, this would have been reimbursed along my full and final payout. In the provisional fnf statement it was mentioned that they will recover the ampb part for the complete year which was part of my salary component.

                    Its been 6 years i have left HCL technologies and still waiting for my PF to be transferred / claimed. I have send so many email to PF help desk. There is no response from HCL help desk.

                      I had been following up with PF helpdesk on my pf withdrawal but I never revert a reply.
                      I have been folowing up with them via mail from past 4-5 years, sine 2017 but no use.

                      However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

                        Relieving letter not found issue

                        Hi
                        I am unable to download my relieving letter from hcl separation portal.
                        My sap id is 51622669 and my last working day in hcl was on Jan14, 2022 and all clearances has been done.

                        While trying to get the relieving letter, the portal is throwing a pop up showing "relieving letter not found".

                        I need relieving letter on urgent basis.

                        Kindly upload relieving letter asap or let me know...

                              While joining HCLT you had given a written and signed declaration in mandatory Form-11 that you were a non-contributory Pension member in your previous establishment, since your basic pay at the time of joining HCLT was INR 15K, thereby based on your signed declaration, you were exempted to be enrolled for Pension in HCLT. UAN is generated for only those employees who are pension members, in your specific case...
