I had initiated the transfer of my PF from account number (HCL technologies) to current account number (Persistent Limited) through online transfer (Epfo). I got the message stating, transfer is complete and amount is been credited to current account number. But this amount is not reflecting in my current passbook.

Below are the details and find the attached screenshot of current status.

I am a former employee of HCL technology,
I have put down my resignation on 25th Nov my last working day was 22nd Feb.
I have submitted all required documents and assets to them (laptop charger id card access cards everything), I have been waiting fir my Fnf and experience letter and relieving letter.

My FnF amount was around 62k but today 30th March I have received some money which is 3800 rs I am not sure if it is my fnf money or something else because in my separation portal admin clearance still shows pending.

I am not sure whom to get to as wherever I mail i get no response from them, I have been associated with this company for almost 4 years I am just really disappointed that for such a big organisation there is no proper chain of command and no communication links.

Hi Team,

As per Rohit Rajan Thakur(HCL HR Manager) and got mail from HCL [protected]@hclcampus.com to deposit money. I have deposited total rs 21000 in HCL Canara Bank account to attend the interview.

Yet I have not received any interview call or mail and money also not deposited in my bank account trying to call Rohit multiple times from Saturday(26th Mar, 2022)he is not receiving the call.

Kindly do needful refund my all total amount in my bank account.

I have raised a PF transfer from my previous organization HCL Technologies to new organization Doosan Bobcat India pvt Ltd.

Steps followed:

1) Uploaded signed Form 13 duly attested by the current employer at the HCL separation portal.
2) Request No. : REQ-153336
3) In the HCL separation portal, the request status shows Disbursed.
4) PF Transferred account not yet updated to current employer Passbook.
(5) Contacted back to HCL team; HCL team is having technical problems with the EPFO non-pension payment.
6) HCL is trust, EPS, and PF details not updated in EPFO site
7) Alternative dates. I am sending an email to HCL Team, but have not received any response.
(8) no option to resubmit in HCL separate portal. On the EPFO site, PF & EPS details do not appear.
(9) I need your assistance to transfer my PF account; I don't have an EPS service number and all deductions are included in the PF itself.

I left HCL Technologies in 2019 & my PF got transfer also after lots of follow with last organization & HCL technologies.
Recently I joined in new Organization. I have requested to transfer my PF from Last Organization to current Organization. But that transfer request rejected saying that Your claim has been rejected due to EPS Services in R/O GN/GGN/5572/321485 not received which nothing but EPFO Pension No. of HCL Technologies.
I tried to put transfer request through UAN Portal under 10C/10D options but there is not option to submit form 10C/10D since HCL is trust & trust details not reflect there for EPS transfer. How can i apply for transfer of eps (Pension) service from hcl trust to my current organization?

Hi Sir
I am cleared all technical rounds in HCL, While creating iOnboarding Profile creation they are providing wrong information like First Name and Last Name.
This field are disabled, This field are enable for only HR

they are properly not responding for Emails and Phone calls

My LWD with HCL was 16/03/2022, I have got Admin & IT clearance but HR clearance is still pending, I have approached the concerned HR person many times but no response. without getting my relieving mail or letter I'm unable to join my next job. Further to the below mail. I have sent all the related documents through DTDC courier way bill ni.C22017831. Dt. 06/03/2022 and C23017213 dt.01/03/2022 and the same was successfully received by HCL Noida office and all were become waste paper. Can you pl. tell me what action have you people has taken on this? More than a year I have been fighting for this to get my pension and with draw my PF. But no one is bothered about it. I dont know what for this mail forum is meant for? just to pass time? or really wanted to do some thing for the people who are struggling?. If my case is not resolved, I am going to escalate this to higher level and publish the same in the news paper. I am not joking. Really I am going to do if you have not take action against my query.

I have sent father name correction in last December. Till now it has not yet been updated. When I send out amil i got a reply saying that we have filed the from in the PF office. But more than 4 months has gone why no follow up from your PF Department. Are they sleeping?
My service record has not updated previously. I have submitted my previous companies service details. But only my HCL service from 01/04/2010 to 17/03/2016 alone get updated. Because of this even though I have got 20 years of PF contribution, my previous service i.e

has not yet been updated. I have sent so many mails, grievances for both HCL and Gurgaon EPFO all are becoming toilet paper. I am sorry to mention this word. If it is in Chennai EPFO office, I could have got it done long back itself. But my bad luck it is in Gurgaon and I have only source is HCL PF department and believe that they will help me on this. But nothing is happened for the past 11 months. sent so many mails, couriers. I don't know what they are expect more.

My sincere and humble request. Pl. somebody help me on this to over come this issue and get pension and withdraw my PF by sharing your contact number who is responsible person and interact with the EPFO office.

More then a month ago I applied for an internship position with your company and received an invite for an orientation and after a test. After I took the test I was supposed to receive an answer by the 14th or 15th of Feb, answer that never came.

On the 18th of Feb I contacted via e-mail, Mihai Mariciuc, from the HR department that I kept in touch with and asked about the status of my application because I hadn't received an answer.

The program was supposed to start on the 21st of Feb and he contacted me on the 23rd of Feb saying that he will check with his colleagues and come back with an answer to me, thing that also never happened.

I will attach a screenshot from the email so you can verify the dates and the conversation is in Romanian but it's short and easy to translate with any web translator.

So what I would like to say is that you have a very "professional" team of people working in your company and I hope that stuff like this never happens again to anyone else.

I am in need of my latest compensation letter copy which I couldn't find in my separation portal. I have contacted HR and he routed to fnf team and after multiple follow ups, I am not even getting any single response from the team. Urgently, I need my compensation letter copy. Please help to get the letter.

I have been relieved by hcl on 25th January 2022 as per the mail of hr.

However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin & IT clearance is pending.

My salary is on hold. My fnf is not settled yet. And my relieving letter is also pending to be shared by hcl. I am not in a very good position to apply further in other company due to this.
