I received a mail through Naukri that and I was shortlisted and selected for Interview and details were given in the PDF file and the file contained training and joining the program for which they charged Rs.5150/- per program. My father made a payment of the same twice amounting to Rs.10300/-. Today I received a mail that the interview is held and to make a single payment of Rs.10300/- and the earlier payment will be refunded. A mail was also received with neft transfer details. To save time my dad once again made a single payment of Rs.10300/-. Post that neither an interview call was scheduled nor payment was refunded. We also checked these details on site and found it fake. Now Mr.Rohit Ranjan HRD Manager ([protected]) is not attending the call.

Its more than 20 working days but still PF Transfer(REQ-147949) status
shows as "Approved - Pending for Disbursement" and amount still not
transferred to the respective PF account.

Hi. I have received a call regarding an opening from HCL technologies on 28 December 2021, I proceeded further with the process the person asked me to pay the amount of Rs 2400/- for an assurance. I have trusted and paid the amount. Then they conducted an interview on 29 December 2021, which was a phone call, a conference like not directly. I asked the person to provide with his contact and he denied, So the next day I have been informed with the confirmation letter which was mentioned as HCL technologies only. They told about the next step that is verification of documents. So again a call has been connected by this naukri recruiter which was forwarded and that person told me about the process, salary, etc then he told that for the verfication process I need to pay RS 5800/- that my documents will be sent to the government so for that reason kind of assurance from my side they asked me to pay the amount. I then approached with others and felt it as totally unfair thing then I called the person from naukri which I have got a call they also told me about my resume has just uploaded on the shine.com as well which was true. I asked for a refund of my 2400 rs he told to put an email of cancellation. Requesting to please refund my money and letting this know to be more cautious and careful. Thank you

I received a fake offer job and offer letter from naukri recruit. They asking amount registration fee, security deposit etc. I sent around 70000, please help me to get back my amount.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the Pension service was transferred, nor did I hear back from HCL pf helpdesk.

Cleared all the rounds of interview and got a mail for documents submission. I submit my all the documents via mail after that got a call from HR for salary discussion, I agreed on all the hr requirements like salary, location etc. They told me that you will get offer soon but still I am waiting from last 2 months. I dropped multiple emails for follow up but no any response from them....

I had transferred my PF from HCL PF account to my current account and received the annexure K. However while checking the PF passbook I did not see any amount transferred on the mentioned date.

I have raised the grievance to PF office and have received the attached response. They said the provided Annexure K is not signed or attested by previous PF trust. Please see the attached screen shot.

I have also attached the Annexure K received from the HCL.

My last working day at HCL technologies was at 24/09/2021, its been more than 85 days and still I have not received my Settlement and My experience letter.

I tried following up with HCL team, no response.
Exit Portal says that its pending for admin clearance. I am not getting any response on what is the issue or whom I have to reach out to sort it out.

I might get into trouble if I don't get my experience letter soon enough as my new company is expecting the letter.

Kindly help me in getting me my final settlement and my experience letter.

I'm ex-employee of HCL and left the organization on 03-Dec-21.

I dont find UAN Number printed on my PF Statement or on Payslip.

In new company, I have to provide the UAN Number for PF Account generation, but I dont have it now.

HCL is not responding to my mails. No way I find to get the UAN.

Tried online on EPFO site, but it says UAN not mapped to my Aadhar /...

Sir, I joined hcl in March 2018. I applied for a week leave in March 2019 and was admitted in the hospital. I was in the hospital and my father was in touch with the manager. When I received final notice by post, I replied that I want smooth relieving. I was not well reaching home due to medication side effects and again was hospitalized for a year. After coming from hospitalization, I came to know that hcl moved me to absconding list.after talking to hr and different teams, I was asked to pay amount. I paid the amount. They issued experience letter but they are not ready to issue relieving letter which I asked for smooth relieving process in the beginning itself. Will I get my relieving letter?

HCL PF help desk not responding

I exited from HCL Technolgy and courier my laptop .I tracked the courier id and it is delivered.I dropped mail several time to Hcl IT Logistic team but not got any reponse so my IT clearance is still pending and am not able to download my reliving letter.

I am an ex employee of HCL and now need help in PF transfer, Company is asking for EPS annexure K document and I am unable to provide that document and claim is getting rejected. Kindly provide help.

I put my resignation and asked the management for early release, earlier they agreed but refused to change the date on my certificates.
