Since the UAN in hcl is not mapped to me properly also my service period is not transfered.

I am not havin an issue in transfering PF.

    I got interview in hcl after that i got mail in spam and for offer letter should we pay any security deposit for job confirmation.And she told she was calling from hcl.So see the mail is genuine or fake

        My LWD is 18-feb-2022. I submitted assets to the company on[protected] through courier. Consignment delivered successfully as per the AWB tracking number. But still IT and Asset clearance not provided as on today (02-Mar-2022). From[protected], I use to mail daily and remember them to give clearance. I contacted stakeholders for clearance through phone Balaji Ng and Natarajachary also. Still nothing happened. Even my reporting managers are mailed to them to check and provide clearance. But no response and update. Because of this clearance pending, am not able to get reliving letter and final settlement.

          I am writing this text because monthly bonus which am getting monthly it's deducted from my FNF. And i connected hr to discuss on this she got confirmation you wil get this in Jan month salary ut no Feb month also over but no amount received and no confirmation from payroll team in this .

            I got relieved from HCL Technologies on 31st January 2022. I have submitted my laptop to the company on 15th February 2022. But still IT Clearance is pending. I didn't even receive any acknowledgement regarding receipt of laptop or the status of IT CLEARANCE request even after mailing everyday asking for the details and clearance. Due to the pending IT Clearance I didn't receive my relieving letter which is hindering from joining the other companies. Also I didn't receive any F and F or the experience letter due to the same issue.

              I have selected in hcl technologies on jan 23 2022. after that they asked for documents for verification. I have provided all the documents they asked for. till now i did not receive any mail or no one contacted me regarding offer letter. so im the place to knoe about the stage of the process of my offer letter and when will i receive it.

                I have at Hcl Technologies Ltd from 22/12/2020 to 24/01/2022. My LWD was 24/01/2022. I have got all clearance from all stakeholders. I have also received Full & Final settlement. But, it's now 35 days from my LWD they haven't released or upload my experience and relieving letter on my seperation portal. Also, I haven't got my November month on hold salary till now as I have resigned there in November.

                Kindly help me.

                  Hi,
                  I have resigned the HCL on feb-18-2022. I have completed all the approval in EMS page. But still final settlement is not completed from your side. In separation portal, I couldn't download the experience letter and final settlement letter. I need this certificate for current organization. so kindly do needful for same.

                        My last working day was 23rd February 2022. Though I have submitted the ID card before the last day, I have not received the Admin clearance. I have acknowledgement for the ID card submission from the reception. After contacting the executive, he said that my request for Admin clearance does not reflect in his queue. Checked with other folks from his team, they too were not able to see my request in the system. Seems to be some gap in communication. As a result, it is causing difficulties for me due to absence of relieving letter.

                          Hi Team,

                          My LWD with hcl was 11th Feb. But IT clearance was not done due to assigned thin client from secured odc. I have been following with people from 11th Feb for Getting IT clearance so that I will receive relieving letter but no progress. Everyone is saying another name when I call and no mail reply from the responsible people.
                          Really stress out and highly disappointed to see no action taken till now and no one taking initiative to resolve this issue. I have served for HCL for Nearly 10 years from[protected] and[protected].
                          Please do the needful asap..

                          Finally Received Relieving Letter after IT clearance. But it would be great to have channel other than mail for communicating with hcl team like creating ticket until IT clearance done.. similarly like Separation portal.. It was very hard to get response with only personal email.

                            I got recovery Letter (AMPB arr., EPB arr.) from HCL Technologies Ltd with amount INR 20291.48 I the month of Jan 2022. HCL already deducted INR 72000.00 in full and final settlement. Also they have not release my experience letter. This is quite unethical steps by the Company. Please release my experience letter. Recovery Letter attached.

                              My current organization is unable to process Annexure K Document against Claim GNGGN[protected] which is under process as on Dated 1st Feb 2022 but i received Annexure K document in HCL separation PF portal 3 days back .

                              Details which are missing in Annexure K as follows : -

                              1.) Date of Transfer
                              2.)NEFT reference Number

                              On receipt of above Details my current organization will process annexure K for PF amount transfer to my PF account.

                              Kindly assist me in getting above details.

                                I worked for HCL from 2011 to 2016. My service history appears in the EPF portal but it does not show the EPF and EPS joining date. Because of this, I am unable to do the e-Nomination?

                                Could you please update my EPF and EPS joining date?

                                  I have transferred my previous company PF amount to my HCL PF Trust last year. In EPFO portal it is showing the amount is settled to HCL PF account successfully. But the latest PF statement is not showing the correct net balance ( it is just showing the HCL amount but not along with transferred amount).

                                        I had started raising this discussion prior to my resignation, however despite my repeated emails to them, I am still receiving an unseemly response from the HCL HR & settlements Team.

                                        Please find below excerpt of the clause in EPB policy, added in 2021 to supposedly to contain attrition:

                                        If the employee resigns and the last working day is during (1-Sept-21 to 31-Mar-22), EPB amount paid from 1-April-21 till the last working day will be recovered in full.

                                        And recently HCL has conveniently removed this policy effective from 1st Jan. Why do employees who left the organization between 1st Sept 2021 to 31st December have to face the brunt of this?

                                        This policy was a hoax from the beginning, which is now being removed due to outgoing employee outrage.

                                        Requesting you to take further actions on this matter.

                                        Also attaching PMO complaint details along with this mail.
