Hi all,

I had been following with multiple attempts. I had a signed copy of my present employer to hcl technologies jigani campus.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

    I was working with HCL Comnet from Jan 2007 to Oct 2011 and after that they transferred me to HCL technologies payroll, my PF amount was transferred from HCL Comnet to hcl technologies account but my HCL Comnet details were not shared with EPFO and that why till date it's not updated on EPFO portal. I am continiosally follow with HCL PF team for my issue but till date didn't get any positive response, see below complete mail trial.

    On 29th July 2021 My PF transfer process on the portal was showing in submitted state and it says 20 working days to be settled and showing up under your EPF passbook.
    So 20 workings + 10 days weekend off = 1 month approx.

    Its 10th of Sept now and still i haven't received the PF transfer amount reflecting in my EPF passbook.

    I emailed the following people :

    [protected]@hcl.com
    [protected]@hcl.com
    [protected]@hcl.com

    and most of them have set an auto-reply of PF process explanation.
    I doubt if any of them read the actual query of an ex-employee related to PF or not.
    I still have no response over my email. I want to know if the amount has been disbursed from HCL side and they can share the screenshot of the same so that I will get in touch with the EPF office .

    I dont know what's in there to acknowledge someone's email. You are working in such a big MNC and doesn't have basic etiquette to at-least response over a query.
    If you have resource crunch let your mgmt know about the same.

    I would wait for a few more days for a reply from HCL doing the basic follow up. And then would escalate this matter.

      As I've transfered my previous company PF amount to HCL PF account through online transfered, the status also shows settled. But current PF statement shows only HCL contribution.

      I relieved from HCL on August 11th 2021. I've raised SSD for this regarding while I was in HCL, they also requested me to submit Annexure K. But at the time I didn't have Annexure K, then I've raised EPF grievance and got the Annexture K.

      Where I need to submit Annexure K? And whom do I inform/submit this Annexure K?

      Or when it's reflecting to my PF account

        I got a reply from HCL technology for my complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/hcl-technologies-b102538#get-cl2967605) and the email id is displaying [protected] email. How can I see the original email? I logged in using my account and its still displaying as protected.

          HCL HR not responding

          I am very disappointed as the behaviour of HR is very rude, my concern is that after clearing all the rounds even live interview session completed conducted by HR itself her name is Remya V.

          But after that she is not picking my calls and not responding to my Emails..

          One more HR from HCL called me and told like you cleared all round but project budget is not more so you are on hold stage.br...

          Hi, recently my profile got shortlisted in HCL. I successfully passed the first round of technical interview. I was invited for the managerial round at 11:00 am.
          1.It is so disappointing as i waited around half n hr for the panel to join, but no one showed up.
          2.The HRs are not picking up the call now, it is been 10 times i tried to reach her. No response. Very unprofessional and unpunctual.
          3. Deeply saddening thing is that the management doesn't value the time of an associate.
          4.The feedback form that is being shared in the mail doesn't even exist.
          This is not a proper way of how a MNC company should perform. I need a proper acknowledgement for this behavior, Otherwise will have to escalate.

              Now I have UAN number, Can you help me to transfer my PF pls.

              Raise request in EPFO portal by using your current UAN credentials, if you are unable to do so then approach your current employer, take Form13, fill it sign it, get it signed and stamped from your current employer and upload the same in HCLT's separation portal in soft copy

                I have been interviewed at HCL technologies for the position of senior software Engineer and got selected for the role and received confirmation mail from the reporting HR, and based on that I have resigned my current job and later on after few day the same HR told me that the position is filled with other candidate,
                So now I don't have any job because of this, so please provide me the solution for this problem

                  Hi
                  I raised Online transfer of PF on 4th Augest 2021 and it was settled on 16th Augest but in Claim Status it showed the approved amount is 0 Rs and the status was settled.
                  .
                  My PF shows to be disbursed by HCL in augest 21 but not has provided annexure K with transaction ID and transaction Details.
                  Sent so many emails but the SPOC is not replying at all.

                  My current company needs annexure K with with transaction ID and transaction Details.
                  Please provide my annexure K with with transaction ID sheet so that I can easily transfer the PF Money to current PF Dept.

                          I had cleared all the interview levels in HCL last month and also got the mail for 'Welcome to HCL', submitted all documents, had HR conversation on package as well. On call, the HR agreed to the package, congratulated me for selection, told about other details like cab facilities, etc. and said that you'll receive the offer letter in a week. After 1 month and 10 days, I got the mail from him that 'due to low budget, your candidature has been rejected on cost approval'. Now, he is not even replying to my mails.

                            The separation link is not working for me and it says " you have not initiated EMS yet" .please assist.

                            As per records of HCLT you are still an active employee as your last working day is not updated in system. Kindly connect with your last HR spoc if you are already separated or share experience certificate issued by HCLT with Pankaj with cc to [protected]@hcl.com.
                            Process of PF withdrawal remains online that too thru HCLT's separation portal subject to above conditions
                            My name is Moulshree and I left HCL in 2012. I have already written emails to pankaj and pfhelpdesk a number of times but havent received any response. As I said earlier my separation portal link is not working. Please assist

                              A girl working in HCL her name Ramya gudipudi working as a software engineer who has probably joined recently. She has fakely updated her linkedin profile keeping her experience as 2 years 2 months.i don't know why people are not portraying genuinely their experience.

                              HCL need to take severe action on this profile and employee.

                                    Hi

                                    I am facing an issue with my pf transfer, which is due to unsettled pension from HCL trust .

                                    I have worked at HCL from 2006 to 2012,
                                    I did my PF transfer but seems pension transfer wasn’t done and so i am currently facing issues.
                                    On checking the UAN portal, I see my HCL service details are not updated by employer.

                                    My pension withdrawal(Form-10C) has been rejected saying 'EPS PARTICULARS HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED FROM HR/5572'

                                    Please help, to whom I can reach and get the pension back
