    Hello All,

    When I have moved from HCL to my next organization CSC (now it is called DXC), the PF amount got transferred to DXC but not the Pension Service.

    However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the Pension service was transferred, nor did I hear back from HCL pf helpdesk.

      Hello sir I'm Ashok Kumar a techbee scholar from Deoghar Jharkhand.I paid 30000 to hcl technologies to a deal that the company will provide a laptop for training. But its about 3 or 4 months had gone and I didn't received my laptop and that's why I left the training and I want my money back.

          Cleared all the rounds of interview and got a mail for documents submission. I submit my all the documents via mail after that got a call from HR for salary discussion, I agreed on all the hr requirements like salary, location etc. They told me that you will get offer soon but still I am waiting from last 2 months. I dropped multiple emails for follow up but no any response from them.

            I had transferred my PF from HCL PF account to my current account and received the annexure K. However while checking the PF passbook I did not see any amount transferred on the mentioned date.

            I have raised the grievance to PF office and have received the attached response. They said the provided Annexure K is not signed or attested by previous PF trust. Please see the attached screen shot.

            I have also attached the Annexure K received from the HCL.

            I have write several email to HCL but not received any reply.

              Hi,

              I'm an Ex-employee of HCL. I have raised my PF withdraw on 5th December 2021 and the status changed to Received and Under process on 9th December 2021. Since then no updates from them. I got annexure-K in HCL PF portal. In how many days I can get my PF? Please give me update.

              I also left HCL in November and applied for PF withdrawal and got the below message:,
              Following PF Request has been Successfully "Received and is under Processing" by the PF Team. Annexure K for PF Withdrawal will be available at HCL PF portal to download once PF Settlement process is completed and fund is transferred to your bank account. The SLA to complete the entire process is 20 working days.
              Please find the details below:

              Let me know how many days did it take to get your funds in your account?
              And also please let me know how much tax was deducted from the total amount?

                Hello All,

                My last working day at HCL technologies was at 24/09/2021, its been more than 85 days and still I have not received my Settlement and My experience letter.

                I tried following up with HCL team, no response.
                Exit Portal says that its pending for admin clearance. I am not getting any response on what is the issue or whom I have to reach out to sort it out.

                I might get into trouble if I don't get my experience letter soon enough as my new company is expecting the letter.

                Kindly help me in getting me my final settlement and my experience letter.

                  Sir, I joined hcl in March 2018. I applied for a week leave in March 2019 and was admitted in the hospital. I was in the hospital and my father was in touch with the manager. When I received final notice by post, I replied that I want smooth relieving. I was not well reaching home due to medication side effects and again was hospitalized for a year. After coming from hospitalization, I came to know that hcl moved me to absconding list.after talking to hr and different teams, I was asked to pay amount. I paid the amount. They issued experience letter but they are not ready to issue relieving letter which I asked for smooth relieving process in the beginning itself. Will I get my relieving letter?

                            I put my resignation and asked the management for early release, earlier they agreed but refused to change the date on my certificates.
                            And now when I again tried to convince them they assured that they will change my last working day but I am trying to reach out to the management but they are dodging my calls and messages.

                                I had transferred my previous employer PF amount to HCL TRUST by opting for “one PF one account”
                                The transfer was successfully processed by EPFO in September. And it was added to HCL trust PF.

                                Post that I applied to withdraw my complete PF amount to my bank account on 21st November
                                However, today I only received the PF contribution done during my tenure in HCL, although there should be also included the amount from my previous employer i.e Accenture solutions.
                                Below is the details of the request that was created via Separation portal for PF withdrawal request.
                                I uploaded required forms stated during submitting the request.
                                Kindly assist in getting my full amount to be credited to me.

                                      HCL Technologies PF trust has not transferred the EPF and EPS in spite of initiating PF transfer on 21 May, 2021 and multiple reminders. Below are the details:

                                      Writing to HCL PF Trust or helpdesk has not yielded any results. It's better that the government ban HCL Trust and EPFO and move to NPS completely.
