EPF Transfer Issue- UTR Number missing in Annexure-K

Hi,

I have initiated PF Transfer request thru HCL PF online portal. Request No. REQ-128123, that is in Disbursed State.

But UTR Number is not mentioned in my Annexure K. My Current Organization needs the UTR Number to process the transfer request.

Please update the UTR number of my PF Transfer transaction in Annexure-K.

Or Please provide UTR Number on my personal email register...

PF withdrawal for absconded case ...

Hi,

I am ex employee of HCL noida 126 and I was absconded due to some personal reasons but now I wanted to withdrawal my pf amount from hcl but I could not able to contact to right person in pf office of hcl ..I have cleared all due but now I am contact less how could I reach to right authority of pf HCL ..my seperation portal is already blocked so please help me to resolve this...

In Separation portal its shows like "You have not initiated your EMS yet. Document will display if EMS initiated for employee". I have worked during[protected]. I have lost my reliving letter. How Can i get it now?

    It has been 22 days from my request for pf withDrawal but it now amount has not been credited.interest was only calculated upto 18.06.2021 but still amount has not been transferred

      Same here. I have been requesting PF statement for the current year. Since couple of PF were deducted including VPF I wanted to know if the amount were included in the PF balance for employee and employer contribution. My next move will be to write to the PM Mr.Modi and Fin Secretary and to major newspaper Letters to the editor. Separated employees should not be treated like this

            My last working day in HCL is 19th May 2021, it's been more than 40 days but still I didn't got my form16 to file IT returns and not able to submit PF withdraw in HCL exit portal.

            PF withdrawal is permitted after 60 days from date of separation. Recommend you to read message sent thru Exit Management Tool to understand the process

              Hi,

              I have initiated PF Transfer request thru HCL PF online portal. Till now process went and now status is Disbursed on Online Portal for my request.
              But When I downloaded Annexure K from portal, It doesn't have UTR number or Cheque number motioned.
              I am getting this PF transfer processed Manually with my current employer and they are asking UTR Number for transfer.

              Please provide the UTR number. I have sent mail to [protected]@hcl.com for giving me UTR number. Please reply to my mail.

                  The relieving letter and experience letter has not been released in my separation portal as it's been crossed 50 days since i left the organization.

                  I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders .

                  I have been employed with HCL on 17/04/2017 and got released on 30/04/2021

                  The relieving letter and experience letter not been generated in my separation portal as it's been 2 months since i left HCL.

                  I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders .

                  I have sent mail to fnf settlement team who handles this for couple of times but no response from them.

                  its been 60 days i have joined new firm i have not submiitv reliving letter and exeperience letter, im in the verge of loosing my job .


                  Kindly help me to get my relieving letter and experience at the earliest.

                        Hello Team

                        I’ve not joined HCL and I confirmed the same soo many times in calls and through emails. But today when I checked the PF portal there is a PF account created for me with name of HCL technologies, which is unacceptable and currently I’m unable to initiate a transfer request due to this.
                        Kindly solve this issue ASAP which may lead to many problems in my PF account Present and Future also facing issues with my PF account in Current organization

                            I am ex employee of hcl technologies.
                            EMP id: 51739195

                            I have submitted pf transfer on 28 May 2021 from hcl pf account GNGGN[protected] to current pf account MHBAN[protected].

                            Claim status shows that succeeded but amount amount transferred is zero.

                            Your Claim [ Claim Id - GNGGN[protected] ] has been Settled on - 07-JUN-2021. Amount and Service tranferred to : MHBAN[protected].
                            Dropped multiple mails but no reply from epf team & there is no utr number provided in annexure k from portal website.

                            I request to help me on transferring funds to current pf asap.
