Offer letter mail rolled on 17th Mar 2021 but unfortunately Offer letter attachments and portal link is missed in the mail . After multiple follow-up mails and mails recruitment HR stated there was an technical issue and it will take one week to resolve it . However, after that he is not responding to my emails and calls . Its been almost 20 days I have been waiting for resolution .

      It has been more than 2 years since I resigned from HCL Technologies, but the PF transfer is still not completed. Whereas, they mention 45 working days as the timeline for processing PF transfer.
      Morever, the PF Helpdesk mail IDs/contact numbers are unresponsive and there is NO way to know the status of PF transfer request.

      Please help me with it.

      Got the contact number of assigned PF Helpdesk representative from one of my colleague in HCL. Called the representative directly and she shared the Annexure K immediately over mail. Ideally, they should have attached it in company PF Portal account itself at the first place. Now, I will be sharing the Annexure K with my current Regional PF Office to proceed further.

      PF from HCLT was transferred to Regional PF Office, Pune on 8.3.2019 vide UTR no.N[protected]. You may coordinate with respective PF office accordingly

      Please send the Annexure 'K' and other PF transfer details on my personal Email ID ([protected]@gmail.com), as it will be helpful in communicating with RPFO.

      I raised the complaint in EPF Grievance Portal regarding the status of my PF transfer request. They asked to submit Annexure K along with UTR number and other payment details. Please provide me these details on my personal Email ([protected]@gmail.com) ASAP.

        Someone called me from naukri and said we are calling regarding job opportunity from HCL. They asked me to pay 2800 for training to crack HCL INTERVIEW. some one took an interview as he is a HR of HCL. after the 1st round He said you need to pay 5000. Iam requesting you to take an action who is using your company reputation and playing with the life of job seekers. Take an action as soon as possible

            My fnf is pending from a long time in HCL, I have done approx more than 20 mails but always they provide same issue like bank account details not updated . but I have send them bank account details multiple times.

            please register as a complaint I look other process also for my clearance. will take legal action also for this if it does not clear. because they have shown tax deduction but not credit fnf in my account.

                Hi,

                I am an ex-employee of HCL was working there 4 years back and raised an online PF transfer request last year to my current organization. It's been one year but the amount hasn't been credited yet. Although my claim status says that 'pending at field office' and 'settled'. No one from HCL is helping me out. Could you please let me know what the issue is?

                None of the PF numbers appearing in the online status provided by you pertain to HCLT. Do connect with dealing PF offices of respective establishments to get response to your query as HCLT has nothing to do in this case

                  I Have Registered a complaint that my Printer is not working properly since 2 weeks ago but no one has visit till now for this problem, whenever I call to HCL Office, He always said that the technician will go tomorrow at your site to visit but no one has come to visit my office after then we call again and they people repeated same that the technician will go tomorrow at your site to visit but no one has come to visit my office but till now no one has come. it's worst service ever of HCL. Now it's going 3 week but till now know one has come to solve the printer problems.

                    but I didnt get the amount yet.

                    after several attempts to the above mailer, there is no response.

                    There is no employee ID starting with 10 as mentioned in your grievance. You need to provide correct employee ID and PF number in HCLT's separation portal for raising online PF settlement request

                        As Requested by HCL PF Team, done all the process but still No Annexure K Generated in EPFO site.

                        When i check Claim status, it's showing as Claims settled and Transfer amount as Zero and also no update in my current employer PF Passbook - transfer amount from HCL is not reflecting.

                        Kindly, check the status of my claims from HCL, as I have sent multiple mails to HCL PF helpdesk and getting same response like it will be done soon, 2 months over (as per SLA it should be in 21 days). PF settled date is showing as 06-FEB-2021, till now I haven't received my PF transferred to my current employer.

                        Annexure K is generated in EPFO portal by HCLT. Do connect with your present employer to coordinate with their dealing PF office for further assistance as nothing is pending with HCLT

                            My sap I'd 51639616, I have exited on feb26 2021 but still I didn't receive my reliving letter.

                            and also I have done all the clearance part onday itself but still relieving letter and experience letter not yet found in separation portal.

                            today is mar 08 it's being 10days no one updating the status.

                                I had received mail to submit my all documents after giving technical round, concern person Surenraj from Chennai who asked me my documents, He dropped mail to himself he did mistake, not marked mail to me, he marked mail to me on 5th feb 2021 but from than I didn't get any update.

                                It shouldn't be in Reputed company, we don't expect this type of mistake and careless.

                                Please help me out to get the update....

                                  I relieved from Sutherland global services, then I moved to Hcl technologies(chennai).
                                  And then I transferred my old pf account to new pf account. Now the problem is, I am unable to claim pf amount from Hcl technologies,

                                  Hcl HR told me that, need Annexure K from previous company.

                                  I contact my previous company HR, he said, we provide form 13, We don't provide Annexure K.

                                  Now I have form 13 only, I want Annexure K from Sutherland global services (chennai).

                                  Please request you to contact Sutherland global services and get the Annexure K from Sutherland.
