Joining issues

I'm Poojitha Anusha. I was selected in HCL on 2nd November 2020. I got a mail on 11 th November to submit the Xerox copies of our certificates on the same venue. After some days, I got a mail regarding a pseudo code xam. I didn't get any update till now. Will you let me know if there's any delay. And no-one is responding to the mail's Which I've sent till now....

Letter of intent

I am maneesha. I was selected in hcl in Nov 2 nd 2020. And I got the letter of intent in Nov 11th 2020. After that I didn't get any update still now . Let me know the when I get joining letter. Please respond to the my mails....

I am complaining about the Service

I had complent for that my pc is not working since 02 February, but no one have come for service or slove my pc problem then after 1 week, I call to the office but they can't give me proper reply and said to me that I have no Idea about the service provider will be available for your service. so then once again I lodge a complain but after that also no one had come for service. it's now 10 February, but no one has come for service....

Secondly they will chat on whatsApp and will give you information like when your interview will held and other stuffs.

After on a call interview, they will select you as an employee and will say you that you will get your offer letter tomorrow.

HCL Technologies PF Transfer issue - Invalid date is present in HCL PF Portal

My PF transfer request in HCL portal was referred back to me stating that Date of leaving is incorrect in Form 13.
But actually Date of leaving is valid in Form13 (25-Dec-2019) but the wrong date is mentioned in the HCL PF portal.
Kindly correct the date in HCL PF transfer portal and process the transfer request. Thanks.

PF Transfer is not taken and I was asked to raise on EPFO portal being exempted Trust

Request No. REQ-108896 has been Referred Back as they are not accepting digital CA as attestation from present employer in PDF and asking for a manual seal and signature. They are also suggesting to raise in EPFO where it stops saying cannot proceed as HCL is exempted and should be processed only through employer....

Hello, I raised the request to HCL for providing the Annexure K form for pension transfer, but not getting any response. This is but urgent so kindly help.

PF not processed for a long time. No department or personal available to address the issue.

I am Rashmi Prasanna.S.
I was employed in HCL Technologies Limited, for B-Serve in Chennai, under Eton process, designated as a Technical Support officer, between 2011 to 2012.

My employee I.D for the specific period was: 51397694

I was relieved of service formally, after completion of notice period, with all dues cleared by July 2012.

I am yet to receive my Provident Fund.

Online PF withdrawal request

Hi,

I'm an ex-employee of HCL with EMP ID: 40181987, would like to withdraw my PF contribution in HCL trust PF number: HR/5572/133467.

I'm mostly looking for online transfer of money as I no longer stay in chennai.

I'm not sure of the process, please help, let me know if you need any more info.

Relieving Letter/Experience Letter

Hi,

My SAP ID is 51817824. I've been relieved from the company on Jan 8th, 2021.

When i went through the Separation portal, i have been asked to pay Rs.40, 097 as FNF.

I've no idea why i should pay the sum even when i served my notice period and haven't received my complete salary in that FNF settlement letter.

I've exited the company cause of Medical reasons and asking to pay...

HCL Technologies is missing in service history of EPFO site

I am an ex-employee(SAP Code[protected] of HCL technologies. But I don't see HCL in service history of EPFO, there is no record of PF into the system. What is required to add HCL into EPFO system record.

PF withdrawal issue - hcl technologies

I had raised request for PF withdrawal however it got referred back saying "Please upload HCL PF Portal generated forms i.e. (Form 19 & Form 15G) only. Please do not upload other format forms. I have form 19 and I had downloaded form 15 G from internet which is not accepted. Could you please let me where will I get HCL PF Portal generated form 15 G. In separation portal form 15 G is not available....

Kumkala - Provident Fund withdrawal

I have emailed [protected]@hcl.com several times and have not heard from the PF team several times in the past. My last day was 12/05/2012 and hence it looks like not available on the below link.
