Not getting any update after clearing technical round

Address: Mumbai

I had received mail to submit my all documents after giving technical round, concern person Surenraj from Chennai who asked me my documents, He dropped mail to himself he did mistake, not marked mail to me, he marked mail to me on 5th feb 2021 but from than I didn't get any update.

It shouldn't be in Reputed company, we don't expect this type of mistake and careless.

Please help me out to get the update....

    I relieved from Sutherland global services, then I moved to Hcl technologies(chennai).
    And then I transferred my old pf account to new pf account. Now the problem is, I am unable to claim pf amount from Hcl technologies,

    Hcl HR told me that, need Annexure K from previous company.

    I contact my previous company HR, he said, we provide form 13, We don't provide Annexure K.

    Now I have form 13 only, I want Annexure K from Sutherland global services (chennai).

    Please request you to contact Sutherland global services and get the Annexure K from Sutherland.

                        I had given an interview at Geetanjali college, Nellore on Nov 3 Rd & selected.
                        I had completed my pseudo code assesment offline at gist campus on 12 Nov. And then I uploaded photo and resume on Dec 5. After that I haven't get any updates. Kindly, Let me know when can I expect further updates.

                            Dear Team,

                            Thanks for your support.

                            I have relived from HCL organization on January 31st 2021 and all relieving process approvals done.
                            Nothing is pending, But when I clicked Relieving letter and Experience Letter in My Separation portal it is showing empty.

                            I have sent multiple mails to FNS TEAM([protected]@hcl.com) but no one is responding.

                            Already 23 days completed, I need to submit in my new organization no one is responding from HCL.

                            Kindly do needful ASAP.

                              Pf amount disbursed status, but amount not reflecting

                              On pf portal, it states the amount is disbursed, but you guys forgot to send annexure k because of which it's not reflecting in my current pf account. I am trying to reach everyone on mail but only automatic replies i am getting for pf transfer, so far no resolution been provided. I have mailed to the pf team as got in replies, but still, no emails from there end....

                              I worked for HCL Chennai for the period 06-Jan-2011 to 09-Dec-2011

                              For the purpose of reconciliation of my service history detail, please provide the following :-

                              1) My EPF A/c Number at your Exempted Trust
                              2) My EPS A/c Number
                              3) HCL PF Trust Address and contact detail (Address, Phone, Email) to submit of any forms like Form 10C, etc
                              4) EPF Office at which EPS is maintained (Address, Phone, Email)
                              5) Annexure K for EPF/EPS transfer

                              PF related all details are available in the PF statement which HCLT publishes in ESS & expect all employees to take a printout before separating from HCLT. Meanwhile, you may login HCLT's separation portal with your credentials, required details can be found in the portal itself including application for PF withdrawal

                              you need to raise pension related claim in EPFO portal. We don't accept any hard copy documents for pension settlment

                              As a policy we don't share sought for information in public domain

                                Despite multiple mails regarding my PF settlement and continuous followups . I have sent documents over registered post long back and had also sent digital copies over email during corona none of them got traction except automated mail response. Please look at this at the earliest this has been pending for years.(ID:401671 nintyeight )

                                You have not provided any details on when forms were dispatched and whether you got any acknowledgment or not. HCLT doesn't requires any hard copy submission of Form-19 for PF withdrawal. U need to raise online request in separation portal of HCLT where PF link for withdrawal is enabled.

                                Despite best efforts from my side company still tryiing to deny and delay things. So sad for a company tom toming tobe a $10B can't even put together a working PF portal . I have to enter all my data in a text file mail it to them and another guy from their side is manually entering it .
