I have worked at HCL Technologies till Feb 2019. I have applied for PF transfer through my current employer[Hewlett Packard Enterprise].

The status is showing as Disbursed in separation portal. But amount not credited into my current employee's account.

When I contacted my current employer[HPE], they're requesting for Annexure-K from HCL. I am not receiving replies from HCL for my mails.

So, Kindly provide the Annexure-K for the same.

    Hi Team,
    I have made transfer in HCL account with My latest Employer(Miramed Ajuba). Also, i have quit from my job by 2018. I just applied Form 19 & form 10 C together to retrieve amount. However i have recieve a part of amount from EPF. But EPS part was rejected by my RPFO stated that "Claim Rejected EPS SERVICE DETAILS FROM GN/GGN/5572 NOT YET RECEIVED."

      I am sumanth, i have selected for HCl technologies, the drive held at geethanjali college of science and technology, nellore, pool campus drive on nov 2 2020. Later they invited for certificate verification after that they send psuedo code test link, i completed that, After that no update till now.so, could you please let me know about my problem weather i can get offer letter or not. Thank you

        I got a mail from hcl about interview process they conducted first round and asking me to pay application fee of 889 and next they will conduct round two is this fake or not

          Hi Team,

          I requested several times to HCL PF team and KanchanY for the annexure k but they are not responding emails. I already informed them last week if I didn't get any response I will raise complaint still no use this is clearly showing how they are working.

          My PF status in exhcl.porral disbursed but current employer required annexure k and settlement statement from HCl and I reached to PF office they said please reach out to kanchanY but no reply from Kanchan.
          Please take action on this.

          Annexure K is available in PF separation portal of HCLT, it is self service you may download the same from there.
          Moreover, Annexure K is generated online in EPFO portal by HCLT, You need to connect with dealing PF office of your present employer to check why they are not crediting the transferred amount

            HCL not responding to mails for PF transfer or withdrawal.

            Hello, I am ex-employee of HCL, I have a UAN number too, I worked in HCL from 2007 up to 2 years. I have sent multiple mails to HCL provided mail-ids, 1) [protected]@hcl.com, 2) [protected]@hcl.com. requesting them to transfer my PF money to my UAN accountI have the copies of those mails with me. Since I am an ex-employee and all that I am asking is to transfer my PF money to my existing PF account, but they are not responding.

              Sir I have attended the drive in Geetanjali institute of science and technology on Nov 2nd. still now I didn't received any confirmation letter from the company. So many my friends who attend the drive with me has already gotten their offer letters sir.

              Please I request you to release the offer letters as soon as possible.

                I'm Poojitha Anusha. I was selected in HCL on 2nd November 2020. I got a mail on 11 th November to submit the Xerox copies of our certificates on the same venue. After some days, I got a mail regarding a pseudo code xam. I didn't get any update till now. Will you let me know if there's any delay. And no-one is responding to the mail's Which I've sent till now.

                            I had complent for that my pc is not working since 02 February, but no one have come for service or slove my pc problem then after 1 week, I call to the office but they can't give me proper reply and said to me that I have no Idea about the service provider will be available for your service. so then once again I lodge a complain but after that also no one had come for service. it's now 10 February, but no one has come for service.

                              Secondly they will chat on whatsApp and will give you information like when your interview will held and other stuffs.

                              After on a call interview, they will select you as an employee and will say you that you will get your offer letter tomorrow.

                                  My PF transfer request in HCL portal was referred back to me stating that Date of leaving is incorrect in Form 13.
                                  But actually Date of leaving is valid in Form13 (25-Dec-2019) but the wrong date is mentioned in the HCL PF portal.
                                  Kindly correct the date in HCL PF transfer portal and process the transfer request. Thanks.
