HCL Technologies is missing in service history of EPFO site

Address: HCL technologies, Pune

Hi,

I am an ex-employee(SAP Code[protected] of HCL technologies. But I don't see HCL in service history of EPFO, there is no record of PF into the system. What is required to add HCL into EPFO system record.

I had raised request for PF withdrawal however it got referred back saying "Please upload HCL PF Portal generated forms i.e. (Form 19 & Form 15G) only. Please do not upload other format forms. I have form 19 and I had downloaded form 15 G from internet which is not accepted. Could you please let me where will I get HCL PF Portal generated form 15 G. In separation portal form 15 G is not available.

Follow the instructions which are provided in separation portal.
Fresh Form-19 should be raised in HCLT's portal only.
Download form 15G from HCLT's portal only. Fill, sign the same and upload in portal itself.
Do not use any other format for claiming PF

    I have emailed [protected]@hcl.com several times and have not heard from the PF team several times in the past. My last day was 12/05/2012 and hence it looks like not available on the below link.

      I transferred my previous company PF amount with member ID APHYD[protected] to HCL PF with member Id GNGGN[protected] and withdrawn the total PF amount while resigning HCL.
      I received only HCL PF amount but not received the transferred PF, for which status was shown as "Your Claim [ Claim Id - APHYD[protected] ] has been Settled on - 20-FEB-2020. Amount and Service transferred to : GNGGN[protected]" in EPFO portal.

      whereas the above transaction was not reflecting in the ANNEXURE K given by HCL

      In short I had lost the total PF amount of 73195/- transferred to exempted trust(HCL) .Kindly make a reversal of the transaction .

        Unable to download relieving and experience letter

        I somehow lost previously downloaded relieving and experience letter from HCL. I managed to find the link to find the link to my separation portal where i had downloaded it previously. But now,
        I am unable to download my relieving letter and experience letter from hcl separation portal.
        My sap id is 51537511 and my last working day in hcl was on dec 20, 2019 and all clearances has been done.

        My request: REQ-102236 for PF transfer has been received and is under processing by PF Team since 23rd Nov 2020, The SLA for entire process was 20 working days but its still pending.

        Request you to please find the details as attached and make the transfer happen at the earliest.

          Hi Team,

          I had requested for PF transfer from Online https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in.

          When i check Claim status, it's showing as Claims settled and Transfer amount as Zero and in my PF Passbook of currently employer transfer amount from HCL is not reflecting. My HCL PF no. is GNGGN[protected].

          Kindly, check the status of my claims from HCL, as i have sent multiple mails to HCL PF helpdesk and there is no response. PF settled date is showing as FEB 2020, till now i havn't recieved my PF transfered to my current employer.

          Upload signed PF transfer Form-13 by your current employer in HCLT's separation portal where link to PF is available
          Team,

          As requested by HCL PF Team, i submitted Form13 along with status screenshot of "Accepted by field office" and Attestation through "Previous Employer (HCL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED)"

          Request Accepted in Separation Portal as well. Can you Please take this issue on priority.

            I got a mail from regarding recruitment drive by HCL on 4/1/2021. There was a link in the mail, in which instruction was to book a date for recruitment process slot. Today is the same day, instead of giving exam, I am writing mail for the reason.

                HCL PF withdrawal Request- Request No. : REQ-107177.

                Where can i see the exact status of the request, in separation portal it only shows submitted no information more than that. after submitting the request i received a auto mailer stating "Your request has been submitted successfully. It will be checked and acknowledged with-in 5 working days if request is correctly submitted. The SLA for settlement process till disbursement of fund is 20 working days. Keep checking PF portal for status." I have not received any acknowledgment so far.

                      In UAN service details shows wrong company name .
                      I was worked with compucom and never with the HCL technologies .But uan shows the HCL name which prohibit me to withdraw my pf online .Please help me to remove the HCL name and withdraw the pf online .See the attached screenshot for reference .

                        I am HCL ex-employee with SAP code 51709863. I have completed 60 days after resignation and alrwady made request of withdrawal (REQ-107187), but no one is responding to the query. I think the team is very irresponsible, I need them urgently as my current employer is unable to link UAN due to this withdrawal request.

                        Please respond back to query, as why HCL takes 20 days for PF withdrawal ? Can't they can make early ? Very bad policy

                        IF you are not aware about mandatory requirements, then better keep quite instead of engaging in unrequired messages in this forum.
                        Timelines are provided in Employees PF Act, 1952 and not devised by HCLT.
                        So have patience as HCLT will not overrule any specific provisions of the Act for you
                        Do not send any further message as we will not be able to furnish any further clarification on this aspect
                        You can't make anyone stop, I have a right to speak. You better mind your business. First, learn how to speak publically. And if you can't explain anything, then better don't message here.
                        Everyone can see how HCL team responds to their employee as well as others. They can't reply on emails when they are asked on forums, they ask us to keep quite. Please better learn customer service skills, then respond back to any query.

                          HCL Tech is missing in EPFO Service History portal, unable to transfer PF

                          I am an ex-HCL Tech employee and want to transfer my PF to my current employers PF account.
                          I tried to transfer the PF balance through EPFO Portal. I tried to add details of the previous employer through the Get MID option, I filled the HCL establishment ID, extension and acc no. But it's throwing me an error saying "Details of the previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed."br...

                          My name is Nandhini Sundararajan and I am an EX Employee of HCL .My Sap id is 51565159. I raised transfer of PF on 02-JUN-2019 and it was settled on 06-JUN-2019 but in Claim Status it showed the approved amount is 0 Rs and the status was settled.

                          Remarks mentioned in PF Portal :
                          Your Claim [ Claim Id - GNGGN[protected] ] has been Settled on - 06-JUN-2019. Amount and Service tranferred to : THVSH[protected]

                            I became HCL Technologies through acquistion of Concept2Silicon Systems Pvt Ltd. My PF for the acquired company Concept2Silicon Systems PVt. Ltd. was maintained in EPFO account: PYBOM[protected].
                            I am not able to initiate PF transfer from the above mentioned account to my current employer account as date of exit is not marked. I requested HCL PF department multiple times to update my date of exit in PF portal but the response is evasive and no action taken even after follow-up.
                            HCL PF contact is insisting for resignation letter from Concept2Silion systems pvt ltd, however it is not possible to produce as I just transferred from Concept2Silion Systems to HCL Technologies through acquistion, not resigned.
                            HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
