HCL Tech is missing in EPFO Service History portal, unable to transfer PF

I am an ex-HCL Tech employee and want to transfer my PF to my current employers PF account.
I tried to transfer the PF balance through EPFO Portal. I tried to add details of the previous employer through the Get MID option, I filled the HCL establishment ID, extension and acc no. But it's throwing me an error saying "Details of the previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed."br...

My name is Nandhini Sundararajan and I am an EX Employee of HCL .My Sap id is 51565159. I raised transfer of PF on 02-JUN-2019 and it was settled on 06-JUN-2019 but in Claim Status it showed the approved amount is 0 Rs and the status was settled.

Remarks mentioned in PF Portal :
Your Claim [ Claim Id - GNGGN[protected] ] has been Settled on - 06-JUN-2019. Amount and Service tranferred to : THVSH[protected]

    I became HCL Technologies through acquistion of Concept2Silicon Systems Pvt Ltd. My PF for the acquired company Concept2Silicon Systems PVt. Ltd. was maintained in EPFO account: PYBOM[protected].
    I am not able to initiate PF transfer from the above mentioned account to my current employer account as date of exit is not marked. I requested HCL PF department multiple times to update my date of exit in PF portal but the response is evasive and no action taken even after follow-up.
    HCL PF contact is insisting for resignation letter from Concept2Silion systems pvt ltd, however it is not possible to produce as I just transferred from Concept2Silion Systems to HCL Technologies through acquistion, not resigned.
    HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Thank you ..waiting for them to contact me.
    You were advised in past to share experience certificate issued by C2Si for establishing date of exit. Do provide same to sandeepkumar.[protected]@hcl.com for further n/a

      I've submitted PF transfer request via HCL PF [Exempted trust] transfer portal and uploaded signed Form 13 from current employer few months back but the request still showing as received and processing. As per the timeline disclosure 45 working days is time required for processing PF transfer. I submitted the request on September and PF transfer is not completed yet.

      Requesting support on this issue.

      Visit HCLT's separation portal & download mandatory Annexure K which has detailed of transferred PF. HCLT doesn't have any PF transfer pending for processing aging more than 20 working days

        PF Transfer issue - Invalid date is present in HCL PF Portal

        My PF transfer request in HCL portal has been referred back to me stating that Date of leaving is incorrect in Form 13.
        But actually Date of leaving is valid in Form13 (25-Dec-2019) but the wrong date is mentioned in the HCL PF portal.
        Kindly correct the date in HCL PF transfer portal and process the transfer request. Thanks.

          I have got my PF amount credited to my account and need further details on how to withdraw my pension account?

          I had been following up with pf/pension helpdesk regarding the same & I had been communicated on 11th March 2020 with

                I made an online pf transfer request on 12.10.2020 and the claim settled on 13.11.2020 and request status : Disbursed in HCL separation portal but the amount shows as 0 in epfo portal.
                And I did not received any amount in my current pf account.

                          HCLT requires mandated Form-13 duly signed by your current employer, which you need to upload in HCLT's separation portal where PF link is available for uploading Form-13

                            I left HCL on 22nd Sept 2019. However my fnf is still pending with them. I am continuously following up with multiple teams like admin FnF, have included HR and Reporting Manager as well. Still no luck. I called HCL helplines but those were not valid.
                            Kindly suggest if something else can be done from my end or whom should I contact.

                              this mail id seems to be invalid, I am unable to add/ edit my aadhar number in the PF withdrawal request page, and unable to proceed further procedures to withdraw my pf amount. kindly do the needful and awaiting for your speedy response.
