I never thought i would give or raise a complaint on hcl, the hcl pf team were completely ignoring the hcl ex employees for pf withdrawal.
I have raised a request in hcl online portal for pf withdrawal and it has been more than 50 days now, nothing i heard from hcl pf team.
Though i have continuously followed up with them, they're not even respond to my email even hr helped and did remainder emails to them. I don't in which world they're.

I never faced such incident with any other my previous employers, and i am not even expected this kind of treat from hcl.

Its almost 45 days and withdrawls had not happened. I had sent three reminders with no response from them

I received a mail saying my resume is selected for direct selection from hcl and i have to go to noida. But i am in bangalore and did not want to go, so i said the same thing in reply mail. Then they called and said it's ok i can attend in bangalore only and told that i need to pay 8750rs as fee and it's refunded after interview. I had telephonic interview and then after that this amount was not refunded. Instead they asked me to pay 12800rs...

I was with hcl technologies for about 8 years and dedicated my precious years to this organisation. I have to resign this organization because of these reasons and my last working day was 4th december 2019.
1. Was struggling to get right project suitable to my profile from last 1 year as i was group project manager (E4 band).
2. No hike and promotion was there from last 2 years and from last 8 years also negligible hike.
3. I tried to compromise on various aspects like salary designation and nature of work but last project which made me to resign from hcl was not acceptable at all as i was supposed to work as project coordinator that frustrated me and put lot of stress on me.in addition to that i was asked to work during day as well as night. No cab facility was given as well.

4. I have send multiple mails and remainders to my manager to release me from this project but he paid no attention. I approached wpc but they replied that that they are optimizing e4 resources and i have to compromise and accept any role. I finally resigned as i was so must frustrated and went into mild depression. I looped hr as well but they took no action against management. They accepted my resignation and released me within 1 month. I also shared prescription of doctor as well with management and hr.

5. Now i am jobless from more than 3 months. My wife is not earning and i am also not earning now and have to feed my family. Please look into this matter what will i do now?. I want my job back

6. I have all mail conversations with hr and management for the same

I had raised the request for pf withdrawl with hcl technologies but it has been more than 30 days and even more than 21 working days but i haven't received my pf amount in my account. Please help, request number is - req 75093
Even after continous emails i am not getting any revert from them.
Request you to please help in expediting this process as i urgently require this.

I applied for my pf on 21 jan 2020. I got an email mentioning that it will be done in 20 working days.
I waited for 20 working days and sent an email for status update on the official pf helpdesk email id [protected]@hcl.com. I received no reply.
I sent an email to the concerned employee dealing my request several times. But there wasn't any reply after several gentle reminders.

I worked for hcl at sse as a it service desk support in uk havant till last week and my employee id was gb97615
Hcl email address was gabriel. [protected]@hcl.com, on my 2nd week of the notice period i took off the 1st 4 days and came back on friday but when i returned my itsc account and email licence was revoked, that meant that i couldn't get access to my emails so i was unable to forward the confirmation emails for my approved time sheets for the 1st 3 weeks of this month that i've worked to my agency (Smartedge) for them to forward to hr for me to get paid for those 3 weeks worked.
Was on the phone with this guys (Geo/axon users can call it global service desk 24x7 on below number) on this number (+44 (0) [protected]) and they've advised me to drop an email to this email address.

Basically what i want is to get paid for my last 3 weeks worked at sse for hcl.

I had left hcl (Emp id[protected] on 24th aug 2016 after serving 10 years and since then i have been trying to chase the hcl pf department and have not been able to get any help with this query that i have been raising. The concerned team members are not working on my mail even after so may escalations to the higher management. Each time my concern is forwarded to suzzane and kanchan yadav but no one is bothered to action or share a response.
Please assist in getting this issue resolved.

I want pf statement for background verification for next employer and contacted suzanna and pf help desk and found the pallavi as the spoc and drafted a mail with all required details and i have not received any mail further not even acknowledgement for more than weeks. Till now received only auto reply.

It would be helpful if ex-employees can view pf statement in separation portal.

I worked there for a brief period of 5 months from june 2010 till oct 2010.

When i joined hcl, i transferred my old pf account no (Hr/fbd/10640/39239) which i had with ibm daksh where i worked for 3 years.

I have visited the hcl technologies office numerous times and have been asked to wait for all day but failed to get any help regarding withdrawal of my pf as they are not helping me with my uan no.

I tried contacting hcl as weel over the phone but no help received.

Kindly help me in getting my pf account number if it has got changed when i transffered it from ibm daksh and also help me with my uan number so that i can register myself and apply for pf withdrawal as its an urgent requirement as my mother is battling with cancer and i am in need of money for her treatment.

This has been a very unprofessional behavior i am seeing from the hcl pf team. I had submitted the request on 20th jan, 2020 which was expected to be resolved in 20 days. I'm neither getting any update on the same nor my application is being processed. The status just says "under review". It would be very helpful if i get an update on when this will be completed.

Hi,

I am an ex-employee of hcl technologies and my last working day with hcl is 11/nov/2019.

I have raised a pf withdrawal request with request no. Req-73322 dated 24th jan 2020 on hcl pf portal.

The status changed to "received and under process" by pallavi pandey on 30/jan/2020 and after that there is no update from pf team. I am not sure when they will credit my pf balance and they mentioned 20 working days as estimated time.

I have sent many mails to hcl pf team but there is no response from them. Please find my details below:
