Hello this is koteswararao. Emp i'd 51537766. I am trying to transfer my pf amount but the status is inprogress. Past 3 years process changed, point of contact changed. Finally this year i have submitted again in epfo the claim was approved and settlment amount zero (0). I have contacted epfo office as per there update i sent mail to hcl pf help desk for annexure-k. Since 2 months they are sending automatic email and stating 20 days is sla. Mean while no update id we send remainder mail same reply stating don't send reminders untill 20days. Really don't know why there are doing like this. My claim id gnggn[protected] and uan[protected]. Kindly help me on it

Hi,

I am an ex-employee of hcl technologies and my last working day with hcl is 11/nov/2019.

I have raised a pf withdrawal request with request no. Req-73322 dated 24th jan 2020 on hcl pf portal.

The status changed to "received and under process" by pallavi pandey on 30/jan/2020 and after that there is no update from pf team. I am not sure when they will credit my pf balance and they mentioned 20 working days as estimated time.

I have sent many mails to hcl pf team but there is no response from them. Please find my details below:

I have not received my pf amount yet. It's been more than 1 month. I was told it would be processed with in 20 working days but it's not. Also, i sent email regarding this none replied. I'm still waiting. I need someone contact and help me with this issue.

I don't know how this is going to be resolved. I never expect this and it would make such a trouble as this pf withdrawal request was hard to pass on.

Later i asked for status about my withdrawal but no response from them. They are not replying anything. I have sent many reminders but no response. I have been contacting hcl pf since almost 2 years for missing documents to be submitted for pf transfer which was rejected due to "contribution from may, 2015 to nov, 2017 2) 3a/6a not submitted by the employer (Hcl)". During this period hcl has delegated my work outside india and my payroll was at hcl america, but not clarification or necessary documents has been provided still to epfo for missing contribution.

I applied for my pf on 14 jan 2020. I got an email mentioning that it will be done in 20 working days.
I waited for 20 working days and sent an email for status update on the official pf helpdesk email id [protected]@hcl.com. I received no reply.
I sent an email to the concerned employee dealing my request copying her manager several times. But there wasn't any reply after several gentle reminders.

After I posted here, I received a reply within 24 hours from the same HCL employee who was ignoring me for past 7 days. She told me it will take another 8-10 working days. I received the pf money today while the portal still showed no change in status. My concern was resolved. Thanks.

HCL PF withdrawal Request- Request No. : REQ-107177.

Where can i see the exact status of the request, in separation portal it only shows submitted no information more than that. after submitting the request i received a auto mailer stating "Your request has been submitted successfully. It will be checked and acknowledged with-in 5 working days if request is correctly submitted. The SLA for settlement process till disbursement of fund is 20 working days. Keep checking PF portal for status." I have not received any acknowledgment so far.

I have moved out of HCL in 2016 and I am following up for PF transfer ever since. My request was taken and it has been "In Progress" till now. could you please look into it?

My current employer says they have not received PF cheque and asked me to follow up with PF trust. EPFO Grievance also says it is exempted trust. I have written email many times and each email has an auto reply with some other email id to contact and no one will respond.

I have spoke to many of my managers to help and i have sent emails to pf helpline and spoke to multiple hr in the chennai elcot hcl
There has been zero resolution till date
They just keep on asking the uan and joining date and emp id which i have typed and sent in the very first email.
I am not sure why they will have to ask the same information repeatedly while having a conversation in written mails 🤦🏼‍♂️
No one responds with a valuable texts to the email
Hr personals when contacted through call say they are not the person who deal with it and they refrain from helping on who deals with it to contact them directly.

I got a job offer from naukri.com telling that HR post is available in HCL technologies following that they called me and told to pay 2500 for registration and after that again 6800 rs for interview... After that a call came from a number [protected] telling that we will send u the job confirmation letter...again they are asking 11200 deposit for creating bank account...so I doubtfully checked the HCl and naukri.com where they said no amount will be asked during offering jobs ... Pls kindly look in to it and do the need full...

I have raise pf transfer request through hcl online portal. I got a mail saying that money is "disbursed". But it;s going to be 1 year, i didnt receive any amount yet. Please help me. Emp id: 51598456

After trying many ways to ask from hcl spoc, i dont get any appropriate answers, i just get auto mails. And i have seen many compiles on pf transfer issue which makes me really worried. Hcl has own trust, is it problem because of that. Please help me out to get my pf amount.

To all those who write complaints against HCL PF,
I want to mention that my own experience has been excellent.

Why?

Reason is that they follow a system which demands
->>the Papers should be sent by courier to PF Dept at Noida,
If they are okay (no errors like a bank cheque),
then they will be entered in the system and issue REQ No.
->> If Papers are not okay, then gone...no intimation will come...
If time is loosing then, please examine your own side and mail corrected PDFs + Courier
->>This goes to next level for settlement.
->>Finally, the settlement amount is notified to another department out of hands of PF.
->>This next department will do reconciliation, approval and disbursal process like a bank.

I have observed that total process takes around 30/40 days similar to EPFO.

I am an ex-employee of hcl. My last day was oct 11th 2019. I have applied my pf withdrawal in hcl my separation portal for ex employee (Online portal) as per the rules after 60 days. I have submitted all the required documents on 17 dec 19. As per the rules pf withdrawal amount has been credited to my account after 20 days. But still its not yet processed. I got confirmation/status that amount was settled and will close in 10-12 days, still its showing under process. I have mailed to the corresponding spoc, but no response from them. Could you please check and update asap.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was transferred nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk. Its been more than a year but response from pf help desk - hcl end.
