Hi, i need immediate help on this matter.

I need my relieving letter to be submitted in my new organization on urgent basis and on the separation portal my it and admin clearance is still not complete. It's been more than 20 days since my last working day and it is still not action-ed, even my 2 months salary is on hold due to this.

I've been following up every alternate day even my ex manager has tried to follow-up and even raised a service desk ticket but no one responds.
Even escalation doesn't help.

    I am an ex-employee of hcl. I had requested for pf transfer from hcl to my current employer. The account is disbursed from hcl. But i need annexure k to submit to my current employer. Please provide annexure k for my pf transfer.

    Even I am having the same issue but no response from HCL(I am Ex HCL Employee) and also there is no POC mentioned and none are responding.

      Long back i. E., 3 years back, i have raised a request for pf transfer from hcl technologies but, still the money hasn't transfered to the current account.
      Could you please help me out with this asap?

          Hi,
          I had initiated the transfer of my pf from account number gnggn[protected]Hcl technologies) to account number pykrp[protected]Jda software pvt ltd) through online transfer (Epfo). I got the message stating, transfer is complete and amount is been credited to current account number. But this amount is not reflecting in my current passbook.

            I have been trying to withdraw my pf since very long (First attempt was made in year 2014). At that time it was not online so i have sent them all the documents through post and they replied that thee format has been changed.

            Then i went to their bangalore office which is located at electronic city surya sapphaire building as i have worked their for 2.8 years, but their also no response as the guard when they heard that i came for my pf withdrawal request, they said they don't have nay contact person name or number who can help me.

            Now i am trying to fill my pf withdrawal request through the hcl separation portal but the portal is not allowing me to complete the process as it is asking me upload my cancelled cheque and pan. But to upload these details there are no options activated on this portal. I have attached the screenshot where it can be seen that only options activated are form 19 and aadhar.

            I am writing them continuous mail but only automatic reply for the mail is coming with a reply of how the process can be done and the contact details of the person to whom to contact. I have sent mall to all the concerned person till now, but there is no reply from them.

            I have tried uploading my kyc details on the epfo but hcl technologies has registered wrong mobile number on the same, so i am not able to do that aslo.

            Kindly help me in this matter as there is a situation of pandemic and i am in need of this money.

              Hi, I have applied for PF transfer long back, and the status of the claim shows as settled, but yet the same is not credited into my new pf account.

              The PF helpdesk of HCL doesnt respond to multiple emails being sent.
              The pf transfer status check from HCL separation portal too is also not working. Attached SS for same.

                  My pf amount is not transferred till the date. It has been 5 years
                  Now. I have done the multiple follow up. I have gone to hcl office
                  Multiple times but the issue is not resolved yet.
                  Pfo office is saying that it's pending from the hcl side. Please see

                    Request status in separation portal shows as Received under Process.

                    I have sent email to [protected]@hcl.com and other PF employees multiple times but no response from them.

                    I am urgent need of money and its around 4 months but till now they are not transferring the money

                        I am subbareddy employee id 51420269, and have worked in hcl technologies from 03 may 2012 to 26 may 2014. I have not withdrawn or transferred my pf amount. Kindly let me know the procedure to get back my money or transfer it to my existing pf account. Is there any facility to check the pf balance online?

                            I had been trying to change my hcl pf to my current employer... It looks it is not working can some one help me below are my details.
                            Iam unable to transfer the old pf account to new one and also even iam unable to raise claim status as because under claim page in epfo, iam getting error stating my doj is not available.

                            All here iam trying is to merge my old and new uan which is really not workin or atleast i want to withdraw money from my old uan account created in hcl which is even not helping.
                            Kindly assist in the matter and let me know the steps atleast to withdraw my money rather that transfer as iam feeling that iam loosing my money..

                                I have raised the request online in 2018 which was rejected. After that i have again raised the request for transfer which got accepted in 4-dec-2019. I still did not get money.

                                    My pf withdrawal is pending. The timelines specified was 20 working days which is already over.

                                    The claim was raised on mar 11 2020 and the status is "received and under process" from long time.

                                    I always get automated replies when i try to contact the spoc mentioned

                                      I applied for my pf on 2nd mar 2020. I got an email mentioning that it will be done in 20 working days.
                                      I waited for 20 working days and sent an email for status update on the official pf helpdesk email id [protected]@hcl.com. I received no reply.
                                      I sent an email to the concerned employee dealing my request several times. But there wasn't any reply after several gentle reminders.
