I applied for my pf on 14 jan 2020. I got an email mentioning that it will be done in 20 working days.
I waited for 20 working days and sent an email for status update on the official pf helpdesk email id [protected]@hcl.com. I received no reply.
I sent an email to the concerned employee dealing my request copying her manager several times. But there wasn't any reply after several gentle reminders.

Complaint marked as Resolved After I posted here, I received a reply within 24 hours from the same HCL employee who was ignoring me for past 7 days. She told me it will take another 8-10 working days.
I received the pf money today while the portal still showed no change in status.
My concern was resolved. Thanks.
HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Where can i see the exact status of the request, in separation portal it only shows submitted no information more than that. after submitting the request i received a auto mailer stating "Your request has been submitted successfully. It will be checked and acknowledged with-in 5 working days if request is correctly submitted. The SLA for settlement process till disbursement of fund is 20 working days. Keep checking PF portal for status." I have not received any acknowledgment so far.
