I have worked for HCL from Jan 2015 till August 2019, i submitted a request on separation portal for PF withdrawal, its been more than a month status is showing "received under process", the contact Person Kajal Maurya is unreachable, never picks the phone.

No reply to emails and no update on portal.

it was written that it will be processed within 20 days but status didn't change

    I have submitted a request of pf withdrawal on the pf portal of Hcl technologies on 21st nov and it is still under process, no one is responding on the emails and there is no other helpline provided to us, this has to be completed within 20 working days and now it is more than 2 months. I really need support with the same. I need some contact number so that i can directly contact them for the same issue and it can be resolved.

      Hi,

      I worked for hcl technologies from jan 2005 to sep 2006. At that time there was no concept o[censored]an.

      Now i am trying to progress for online pf transferring and struggling for basic details.

      Can someone help me in this. Today i again i wrote mail to pf department. I don;t have even my pf number. I have my employee id which i already shared with them. It is 133399.

        pf transfer claim has been rejected multiple time.

        I submitted my form-13 multiple times to pf team and they need attested copy from ibm and as per the policy this is not mandatory and my current organization is saying this is not required because form-13 is auto generated by epfo office from portal and it having all the details then why this need to sign or attested by current employer.

        Kindly help me to transfer my amount to my current organization....

        Hi,

        I had requested for pf withdrawal from my separation portal on 06th december 2019 and the same was moved to "received and under process" status on 11th december 2019. I received an automatic email from pf portal adminstrator stating that your pf amount will be disbursed to your bank account within 20 working days but still the same wasn't settled eventhough the said days crossed.

          Hi team,

          I am an ex-employee of hcl technologies. I have submitted my pf withdrawal request through eis_wfapps portal and uploaded necessary documents and cancelled cheque on the portal on 26th nov 2019. Till now i have not received any confirmation email nor the amount.

          I tried reaching the pf helpdesk number of hcl noida office (Got from the internet) but no one picks up and also tried to connect via email but no response.

          Kindly help when will my money get credited in my account?

            Hi team,

            I have applied for the pf withdrawal on (Dec-12), i tried asking the hcl pf help desk through mail but just getting the automated reply. I want to know the status of my claim. And in the separation portal nothing is updated.
            Kindly ensure to credit the pf asap. Since the 20 days time frame gets over by tomorrow.

            I really need the amount urgently for my medical use.
            Kindly help me out in this regard.

              I have applied for PF withdrawal on 15 November 2019. On 27th November i got a notification that it is under process and would be disbursed in 20 working days. However till date i have not received it. After multiple reminders there is no sign of progress.

              No one is responding to mail at all.

              Even no one gives information on where it is or tentatively when it can be disbursed.

                I had raised the request for transfer of of amount from hcl to my current organization on oct 2019. Even after submitting all the relevant documents, status in of portal is showing under progress. My request i'd: req-64548.

                Even after follow up. Mails to km kanchan y, the official spoc, have not received any update. Kindly help.

                    pf amount untraceable in hil epf trust

                    I worked with a subsidiary of hcl technologies called hcl training and staffing services from aug 1, 2016 to 5 oct 2017. My pf account as per my salary slip is as follows:

                    Hi Have applied for PF transfer, HCL have shown pf is Disbursed, but amount is not transferred. They have an email [protected]@hcl.com, sending mail on that email receive no response,

                    An Ex-employee is helpless, and have no clue where to proceed.

                    On applying via hard copies HCL says, they will accept only transfer request via hcl separation portal only, and on applying via hcl separation portal no response received from organisation.

                    I am helpless please help and get my pf transferred . Please share annexure k so my hard earned money and my old age money didn't go in vain ..

                    Please help ex-employees. At least respond to emails and we are promoting digital india which HCL never follows to the fullest ..

                      I was working with hcl from 22 oct 2018 to 16 th sep 2019. During the tenure i had raised pf transfer request from my previous company capgemini pune to hcl. Now capgemini states they have transferred the amount but hcl says the amount has not been credited. I had raised grievance and rti request regarding the matter and have received the update that pf accumulation has been successfully transferred to hil epf trust and to contact them for the same.

                        Hi, i am ex employee of hcl technologies from 08/2016 till 10/2019. When i joined hcl from wipro, hcl created new uan for me. To merge my uan, i raised transfer request from wipro to hcl. Which is already done by wipro, they have provided me annexure k.                                 I am an ex employee of HCL technologies.

                                I submitted my pf transfer request with HCL Technologies on their online portal (as advised by them) on 16th Oct 2019 and status was also changed on 17th oct 2019 to 'document received and under processing'.

                                I have started chasing them a month ago on their generic Pftransfer email id. I did not get any response and after that I have tried and chased them mulitple times with different escalation levels provided in the auto response of PF transfer. So far I have not received a single reply. Neither they are providing annexure K. It is so poor service by such a renowned and big organisation.
                                This has started giving me now stress. Please look into it asap.
