Hello - my name is manoj kumar natarajan and former employee of hcl technologies private limited. I am badly in need of my annexure-k copy to transfer my previous epf balance to my latest pf account.

I have tried multiple source in hcl before to get my annexure-k and with no luck, i am writing to you to get a copy of it.
My details below and will be really helpful to get a copy of my annexure-k.

    This is to bring to everyones notice that almost 20 people left since 2017 just because of mr. Johann glenn remedios who happens to be team leader of hcl dc operations singapore. Uses unparliamentary language very often and also encourages politics with in the group. He has hired his family and friends with no qualification and experience.     I have sent a form 13 to my new employer and they have sent same to hcl to tranfer the pf amount to new pf account in the month of may but didnt get any update from hcl.
    In the hcl ex employee portal, it is mentioned as disbused (Received under processed) but money is not credited to my new pf account.

            Hi team,

            I am part of hcl from august 2012 to mar 2019. I have raised a request for pf transfer to my new organization on august 4 2019 through uan portal and same can be approved by hcl. The status is currently shown as accepted by field office.

            Also i have track claim status for hcl pf number in portal and it shown as setteled on august 10 itself but still amount is not transfered.

            I have contacted chennail pf office and they ask me to provide the annexture k for proceed further.

            So can you please provide a annexture k for the same

                I am ex-employee of hcl, my fnf not settled yet because of tas clearance pending, i asked multiple time over mail to tas and fnf team, did not get satisfactory revert from anyone of them, also include hr but still no solution for it.                             I have worked in hcl technologies, chennai from 30 april 2015 to 10 may 2016. I left hcl technologies to start my own business. But after 3.5 years i am again looking to pursue the job career. I got selected into one of the mnc in bangalore. They asked me to upload some documents, out of which hcl offer letter is also the one.

                            They needed offer letter to check my last salary structure. I somehow lost the copy of offer letter....

                              I had applied for pf and pension withdrawal, i received the pf amount but not the pension amount.

                              They are giving me a reason to apply for online transfer but when i try that i am unable to see any option of pension transfer.

                              It is very frustrating to not get a reply from you guys.

                                I have applied for pf transfer with all the required process of hcl. Hcl says they have couriered the annexure k to my organization. But my organization says they have not received. I have received the soft and scanned copies of annexure k from kajal maurya. But pf department wants original copy. I have been requesting this for last 4 months now. Could you please send me the original annexure k?

                                  relieving letter not yet issued after one week on lwd for sap id - 51639972

                                  Hi,

                                  I have been employed with HCL on 31st October 2016 and got relieved on 04th October 2019.

                                  The relieving letter and experience letter not been generated in my separation portal as it's been one week since i left HCL. I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders before 6PM on my LWD.

                                  I have sent mail to ([protected]@hcl.com) respective team who handles this for couple of times...
