I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer and it is also credited in my current organisation account.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not providing me annexture k. Without that my current organization won't be able to proceed further.

    Hi all,

    I have worked in hcl for a short term of 8 months...
    My last working day is 8th nov 2019

    Requested for pf transfer and raised online (Uan portal) as well and take steps through my current organisation as well.

    I have shared the form 13 document and requesting my pf to be transferred to my current account, also pls provide annexure - k.

    Pf no and other details are sent through mail to [protected]@hcl.com with more than 5 follow ups since past 3 months...

    Didn't received any acknowledgment or response yet.
    Just fyi... My entire pf amount (Amount from my first organisation is already transferred to hcl and my entire pf amount is now in hcl account.

    So quick response is required.

    Have updated in HCL Ex employee portal.
    After 2 months with proper follow ups...its now transferred to my current pf account.

      I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 15th August that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

      However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

      I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

        pf transfer showing settled status but amount not transferred.

        Hi team,

        I am part of hcl from Jan 2017 to Feb 2019. I have raised a request for pf transfer to my new organization on august 2019 through uan portal. The status is currently shown as accepted by field office.

        Also i have track claim status for hcl pf number in passbook and it shown as setteled on 27 Aug 2019 itself but still amount is not transfered to my current pf account.

        I left hcl in 2015 and joined dxc (Legacy csc). Raised a pf transfer request and i was told that the pf was transferred. I have joined ey now, and tried transferring pf and got to know pension from hcl was not transferred to csc and hence, my pf cannot be transferred from csc to ey.

        Raised the same concern with hcl pf dept. And i have not got any update since 10 days. I have sent the forms but the team is not responding and supporting at all.
        Spent a long time in past to get pf transferred and this is an ongoing issue with hcl.

        The team are not at all responsible and responsive

            dcops singapore/ ill treatment of team members by team lead mr.johann glenn remedios

            This is to bring to everyones notice that almost 20 people left since 2017 just because of mr. Johann glenn remedios who happens to be team leader of hcl dc operations singapore. Uses unparliamentary language very often and also encourages politics with in the group. He has hired his family and friends with no qualification and experience.             I have sent a form 13 to my new employer and they have sent same to hcl to tranfer the pf amount to new pf account in the month of may but didnt get any update from hcl.
            In the hcl ex employee portal, it is mentioned as disbused (Received under processed) but money is not credited to my new pf account.

                                I am an ex-employee of hcl. My last day was 26th july 2019.                                     I have worked in hcl technologies, chennai from 30 april 2015 to 10 may 2016. I left hcl technologies to start my own business. But after 3.5 years i am again looking to pursue the job career. I got selected into one of the mnc in bangalore. They asked me to upload some documents, out of which hcl offer letter is also the one.

                                    They needed offer letter to check my last salary structure. I somehow lost the copy of offer letter....
