I have uploaded my documents which are mentioned in the mail on september 5, but after that i didn't get any mail from your side. This job is very important to me and my family.

Please tell me when will be released offer letter and joining date and joining location.

    I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 30th dec 2016 that i need to apply for pf through their separation portal, but the link was not working.

    However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the link start working, nor did i hear back from pf help desk.

    Also, nothing forgot password is helpful and showing the bt process email id and my personal email id.

    I request you all to take necessary action & update my correct personal email id in your portal so that i can apply for pf.

      I am unable to download my relieving letter from hcl separation portal.
      My sap id is 51395924 and my last working day in hcl was on oct 04, 2019 and all clearances has been done.

      While trying to get the relieving letter, the portal is throwing a pop up showing "relieving letter not found".

      I need relieving letter on urgent basis as i have to join new company on 9th oct 2019.

      Kindly upload relieving letter asap or let me know if anything required from my end.

      I have got all clearance on July 16 2020, 6pm, still I didn't get relieve letter. Today is July 19, 3:15pm. Waiting for immediate response. Please do the needful.

        Hi,

        I am sending emails to hcl pf team since 1.5 years but always i get a automatic reply, i have wrote almost 100 emails to hcl pf team but no one takes interest to solve my problem, i only have a pf number : gn/ggn/005572/[protected], there is no service history on my epfo service history, i cant transfer it to anywhere, no one replies to my emails from hcl, now just let me know how is it the why hcl treat their ex employees,

        I only have my pf and pension number and not more than this

        Not a single medium to talk to hcl pf team, emails are like going into junk of all hcl pf team members.

        This is the worst and pathetic experience of my carrier as an ex employee of hcl technologies, i don't think so that. I will ever get my harden earned money back.

            my fnf amount is being held without my fault.

            My hcl emp id 51716804. I relieved on 30th aug 2019. I returned my hcl laptop before and client laptop to client before my last working day.

            Got receipt for the same. On my last working day, i asked it team in mail if anything left from me, they respond nothing is left and gave the it clearance.

            But after 1 week, i received an email from hcl it department to return client laptop and this causes additional charge...

            My request number for pf withdrawal is req-58659. It has been more than 20 sla days and i tried contacting to get a status of my pf withdrawal request but i am getting automated responses.
            The only status i can see is "received and under process". I don't know where to get information about my request.

            It is really frustrating to go through such a pain process of hcl to get even my own pf amount.

              However, it is clearly written on the website that if your last working day is prior to 01.04.2012 then your details will not be available here.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am following up with hcl/dxc (Previously csc inida pvt. Ltd.) pf helpdesk since long time (More than 2 years now) regarding my annexure-k due to which i am not able to transfer my pf account into my current employer (From dxc). While joining dxc in year 2013, i had submitted the forms for pf transfer from hcl to dxc which got transferred successfully but as it belonged to pf trust so annexure-k *& pension) was not transferred to my dxc pf account. Due to this, i am struggling since that time when i submit the online pf transfer from dxc to my current employer saying that it doe snot have annexure-k which is suppose to be provided by hcl to dxc at the time of pf transfer. I raised several grieves in gurugram, tambaram pf offices but no outcome. Sent several mails to hcl pf department as well, they even did not reply/call back.

                I request you to please take necessary action & release the annexure-k asap. Pf details are furnished below for your reference -

                    I'm waiting for my experience letter for a long time and i have received an email which states that i should pay 792 rupees for releasing my experience letter.

                    Can you just let me know why this amount is not been debited from my pending salary.

                    Email which has been received from your end is very blank without any instructions how to pay this amount.

                    Also, authorities who are responsible for this situation doesn't pick up the call at all

                    Can you just tell me how to pay the remaining amount to you

                      I had been sending mail to pf helpdesk on my pf transfer but I have not received any acknowledgment or response.
                      As per the claim ID GNGGN[protected], my HCL service and amount has been transferred to BGBNG[protected] on 09-DEC-2015. But I have not received the amount since 2015. Even in PF passbook of BGBNG[protected] doesn’t show any entry.

                      Please let me know what steps shud I take so that I can get my PF amount or let me know the contact number or concern person contact in bangalore so that I can connect with them.

                          My name is satish kumar and i am an ex employee of hcl. My sap id is 51468962, i raised online transfer of pf and it was settled on 04th sep 2018 but in claim status it showed the approved amount is 0 rs and the status was settled. Below is the screenshot of claim status. I also raise a grievance to pf dept but the reply was this is not our issue this is only hcl. They asked for annexure k sheet, please provide my annexure sheet so that i can easily transfer the pf money to current pf account.

                              I had done manual claim for pf transfer.

                              The status shows claim has been settled and transferred to the present employer. But the money not yet credited. Please let me know if the money is transferred.
                              In another request the claim status shows claim rejected due to it is already settled. If i send mail to hcl i get only automatic replies

                                  how to transfer eps (pension) service from hcl trust to csc?

                                  "hcl technology" is my first organization. Then i moved from hcl to csc and now working for organization_3.

                                  I have epf and pension in hcl. The epf successfully got transferred from its 'hcl trust' to csc but pension did not get transferred.

                                  I realized it very recently after joining in organization_3 as my epf transfer was rejected by csc's epfo branch when applied for the same from organization_3.

                                  I have been following up with them since one week. Each person in the cc is cc'ing another person and list is going on and on but no action is been taken.

                                  As per separation policy, reliving letter was supposed to be uploaded on separation portal within 48 hours.

                                  I want them to do the needful asap.

                                    I am ex employee of hcl technologies and have requested to withdraw my pension and pf, i submitted the request through ex-employee portal and the claim got rejected twice for small reasons but i understand it was my mistake, on third attempt i was successfully able to submit the withdrawal request, it was mentioned within 15-20 days the funds will be submitted in my account, also mobile number was requested for regular update, it is more than 30 days now, not even a single update i have received on my phone in fact there is no status update on withdrawal.

                                    No phone numbers, or emails are provided on the portal to at least request a status on my request,
