Last month, on 1st june 2019, my current employer has sent the pf transfer documents to hcl pf trust and still there is no update on that.

I have sent multiple emails as an follow-up where we stands on transfer request, however, there is no response pf help desk team and have reached the spoc as well, but no luck.

My employee id 51452448.

I have been getting mails from hcl portal [protected]@hcl.com that
Pf number : gn/ggn/005572/[protected] and
Pension number : gn/ggn/005xxx/xxxxxx is disbursed to uan number
[protected]

The request number raised by their system is showing as req-45430.

The mentioned uan number they have disbursed is not my uan number. It is someone's else number.

I have raised Pension Withdrawal request on 25th May 2019 and it's been 10 days since i received acknowledgment of filled form. There after I do not see any progress and it is getting delayed day by day which further delaying withdrawal of my current PF account.

On pf portal, it states the amount is disbursed, but you guys forgot to send annexure k because of which it's not reflecting in my current pf tieto's account.
