My pension no rpfc-hr/5572/262090

I have initiated my pf transfer on sep-2017 through the present employer. Only the details got transferred but till date both pf and pension amount not transferred. One month back i again submitted another form 13 online. Online portal shows the status as accepted by employer. But amount not transferred.

Request you to transfer both pf and pension amount along with service particulars to the present account. Enclosing herewith form 13 submitted by me online. A signed copy is sent by me by post.

    this is vishnu. I want to enquire about the pf transfer.
    Regarding pf transfer my old company (Hcl technologies ltd) was not responding my email.

    Actually my old company has trust account that is the reason i am struggling too much.
    Could you please me.

    I have checked my epfo claim portal. My pf was transferred 17/01/2018.
    But the problem is in my new company pf account, amount was not credited.

    Please help me or else could you please give me concern person email id.

      Am ex-employee of hcl and i had requested for pf withdrawal on 23rd april 2019 and it is in process since then
      My employee's sap code 51512977
      Inspite of repeated emails there is no reponse apart from standard automated reponse. I had written to emails to kajal, kanchan aksing them to put to right contact to check my request, they are least bothered to respond.
      If any hcl employee reading this msg, please care about your band and process, it isn't good to see people getting on public forum to talk about these.
      You could understand the frustation caused by your team or process for no good reason.

        I attended interview at hcl technologies chennai navalur on may 12 2019. I got selected and i have also submitted my documents but haven't received any confirmation letter. Tried reaching the hr nandhini many times but she isn't picking up. They have wasted all my time and effort. One full day of tiring interview process and now they don't respond. It's really bad and there must be some severe action to be taken against this

          I have recieved an call i had been selected for an interview in hcl technologies ltd, bangaluru. I have been asked to deposit rs2400 to account no.[protected] in name of ram pukar bhardwaj in fino bank on 22 jully 2019 iaid it. On 25 jully i got 1 call from naukri hire and they condected telephonic interview. Next day i got one email they said iam selected for secound round. They ask me to send documents for verification. I send following documents,
          1.10th marksheet
          2. 12th marksheet
          3. Course complition
          4. Degree certificate
          5. Id proof
          6. Passport size photo
          On 27th jully they call me and ask me to send my pancard and aadhar card details and provide me 1 word document for filling personnal details. I did it. After few secound they call me again and ask 5200 for background verification. Is there any way to caugh them. And get my money back. They call me fromnumber:[protected].

              After 1 month of relieving, when i inquired about fnf as my 1 month salary was pending with hcl to pay.
              Instead of giving me my one month pay, they have asked me to pay 41k in return of my offer letter.
              When i consult the same with fnf team, they said that i left the origination prior to one year and have...

              Dear hcl recruiting team,
              I hope you see this complaint. The hcl has a good reputation and brand name for many youngsters who like to take a job but when they attend a interview in hcl, they get to see how incompetent hr are sitting inside. When a candidate is selected he/she is pushed into various stages : one on one with hr.. One on one with manager.. Live interview... Documents review. That review.. This review.. I like to ask you guys something when someone is attending a interview he/she would like to get selected and join in a month. But you people drag the candidate for more than two months without giving him any information on next stage or if there is anything needed or not in the completed stage. You guys have the best hr i dont like to mention the name. That hr never picks the call of any candidates and reply to their email. We have to go to the office each and everytime and stand before his cabin begging for any update but the hr will give only one reply "we have processed from our end, once we get a update we will let you know". The hr could have told that in phone or email. The hr in hcl are free and lazy but not the candidates like us who are looking to work. The candidate has to spend his time, money, petrol and energy to see the hr. Seriously, hcl hr are recruited on interview basis or due to any reference basis - hcl office - chennai branch.

I have approached their tax team multiple times through their provided email id but i have not even recieved a single mail response.                 Hi All, My Last date with HCl was 12 Jan 2019, But despite emailing them several times they haven't uploaded nor sent my form 16. Moreover, the Last Communication with HCL was on July 15, with Geeta Ram Bhatt ([protected]@hcl.com) which didn't send me the Form 16 as asked by Radha Krishnan.a from HCl.

                  Hi,

                  I have submitted the pf transfer request on the 30th of september 2018 following which on the 7th of december 2018, the request was rejected stating that "incorrect pf number of current company" has been submitted. I got an sms too saying that the request needs to be raised again. However on the portal, i was unable to raise a new request as there is no provision for the same. I have sent multiple mails to the pf point of contact but have received no response. My present company has also couriered the hard copy of form-13 to hcl as it used to be done before the online option became available. How do i proceed to transfer the pf amount to my new company?

                    I applied for PF transfer from HCL separation portal and following up with hcl pf helpdesk, I was updated that PF will be transferred just in 2 weeks, but i do see it is not yet transferred yet.

                    This is the request number: REQ-52524 (that got generated when i applied PF transfer from HCL separation portal.)

                    I am following up with HCL pf team but do not receive any reply back from them. Not sure why they are not responding to my reply.

                        I am ex employee of hcl technologies and have tried to contact hclpfhelpdesk atleast 20 times through email in last 2 years but did not get any response from them. The request is for eps service particulars as this is causing rejection of my pf transfer from last organisation to the current organisation.

                        Kindly provide me eps service particulars as requested by pf department as per grevience request raised from my end and below is pf department response.

                        "this is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number srowf/e/2018/20614.
                        It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason (S):
                        Please share the copy of eps service particulars as the same is not available to download and forward it to the concerned section for further necessary action."

                          I have raised a request for pf withdrawal on 8th feb 2019 and as per the process it should take less than or equal to 20 working days.

                          However, as i'm checking on the separation portal, the status is 'received and under process' since 19th feb 2019. Many times, i tried contacting the helpdesk email id and all the spoc's email id's, but all i get is an automated reply with note below.

                          Note: "mention your employee id in the subject line of your email. Please do not send reminders/follow up emails for pf requests on or after expiry of sla of 20 working days."

                          I haven't got even a single response from the pf team and the status seems to be stuck since feb 2019.

                          I am not getting any response. Struggling to get the update on the PF withdrawal.

                          On top of it, I'm now unable to login to the separation portal as it continuously says OTP is invalid while the entered number is valid.

                              But it is asking 8 digit employee code. I am having 6 digit employee code. Not sure how it can be modified to sign in to that site.
