    Hi,
    I am trying to reach your team via mail provided by hcl but only receiving automatic response. It's already been more than 20 working days but i haven't received my pf amount neither the update.
    Escalated the issue as well but hcl is not reverting back.
    Could you please help me in this issue it's kind of headache that hcl is giving to it's ex - employees, they can't even take out their hard earned money.

      Do upload PF transfer form-13 after getting it signed from your current employer in HCLT PF portal. HCLT has completely online process and don't accept any hard copy PF transfer form

        Do approach your current establishment, fill form13, get is signed from your present employer and upload the same in HCLT PF portal. We don't have any offline process, thereby you need to raise online request.

Last week (15May2019) I got an email that "PF amount transferred to my bank account". But still money hasn't been credited to my account.             Applicant we regret to inform you that basis our sbi cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time. I want to know the problem why i am not ale to get the credit card. I have submitted all the documents. Did i require any other documents. Yesterday i got verification call and verification is completed they told and card will dispatch in 15 to 20 days. Today morning i got message that what i have written.

            I got selected in Hcl tech and got the offer letter on 16 april 2019, after offer letter i resigned and left previous company, but hcl withdrawn my offer letter on portal without informing me before 1 week of joining.

            Now i am struggling financially, hcl ruined my career.

              I am an Ex-employee of HCL Joined on 13 april 2013 and last working day 08 feb 2018 .This is regarding my PF withdrawal query.In march i have submitted the attached files in the PF department in the address HCL Technologies Limited, PF cell, A-9, Sector-3, ‘D’ wing, 1st Floor, Noida – 201 301 .But did not receive any response from anyone .Its been around two months .Can you please help me here.

                On pf portal, it states the amount is disbursed, but you guys forgot to send annexure k because of which it's not reflecting in my current pf tieto's account. I am trying to reach everyone on mail but only automatic replies i am getting for pf transfer, so far no resolution been provided. I have mailed to the pf team as got in replies, but still, no emails from there end.

                    I have submitted the online application for pf withdrawal and sent the required documents for pension withdrawal to hcl office on 6-apr-2019.

                    The status in hcl portal is showing under process for more than a month.

                    I put escalation mails also, but no use. However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released.

                    HCL PF TRUST Why do you make policies (with in 20 days) when you can not obey for it. Please scrap your policies, Govt PF trust will credit amount with in 15 days of acknowledgement.

                        My name is ld kishore and my employee id is 51609509. I got relived from hcl on may 16 2018 and applied for pf transfer on july 9 2018.

                        The request was accepted and process started on jul 26 2018 by savita jha under request req-28942. From that day i didn't received any single acknowledgement mail from pf team except automatic reply, the content in that auto reply has only the spoc contact mail and procedure.

                        As per hcl pf portal, it shows that disbursed. But till now i haven't receive pf transfer amount into my pf account. Please look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          He has takrn money from many including me sayinh hcl has not paid him since last 10 months as his process rammed down.
                          If its true then please pay him else let me know whome to report as i wohld be taking it to police and legal authorities and all i have is your address to locate him as he has blocked me and may other whome he owes money.

                                I ajay sinha f/o naitik sinha who have received a call letter from your esteemed organization on 22.04.2019 regarding sat test on 22.04.2019. I have go there with my son after a time if 1.30 hr your team members i. E. Sandip, nidhi and nitin bhardwaj disqualify after so many telecon calls n mail. Why you people not check candidate credentials before call them.

                                Who will bear the cost of travelling and time. I need my cost back from you people why have you called candidates without evaluation. Who will be the responsible for that.

                                    My name is Ramsun Vinoth and my employee id is 51666498. I got relived from HCL on Nov 5 2018 and applied for PF transfer on Jan[protected] days after getting relived). The request was accepted and process started on Feb 19 2019 by Kanchan Yadav[protected] under request Id 37964. From that day I didn't received any single acknowledgement mail from PF team except automatic reply, the content in that auto reply has only the SPOC contact mail and procedure.

                                    I have already applied and you have accepted and processing the request then what is the meaning for sending that useless auto reply.

                                    It been more than 45 days still the process has not completed. I don't know what they are with the requesr submitted. Be more active money matters to all Iam asking my money not HCL . HCL is liable to pay that in time to me. To all SPOCs you guys are the faces HCL remember that in mind work for what you are paid and give preferences to others money too. Dont spoil the name of the Organisation where you work. Hope you understand what iam saying. Do complete the transfer soon.

                                    I am an Ex employee of HCL Bserv, planning to withdraw my PF but unable to find the procedure.

Finally by trial and error my form got accepted, I have sent multiple emails to help desk and respective escalation managers, no response. Kindly take appropriate action.                                       My PF transfer request shows as disbursed from HCL to My current organisation PF Office but not reflected into my account.

                                      I raised a request in the EPFO portal and they are looking for the below:

                                      Please share full copy of PF annexure k and transaction details by contacting your previous employer (trust) to verify. Please share full copy of EPS annexure k by contacting EPFO Gurgaon to include your previous service details to present pf account.

                                      I followed up many times over mail, no response received. Could you please share annexure k ?
