Hi hcl technologies,

I am karthikeyan and my employee id: 40150248.

I am an ex-employee of hcl technologies, chennai and my last working day was 28-apr-2015. I applied for epf & eps transfer on 24-oct-2018 through cisco (My current company) from hcl technologies (Hil trust). But till now, the transfer has not happened yet. I requested for annexure-k form for the transfer. But hcl has not provided yet (Hcl is not even responding to any of my emails - contacted savita jha - noida office. I seriously do not know how to contact the right person).

Second problem is: i requested for epf statement since january-2018 (Almost sent 20 emails). Not even a single response or statement till now received by me. Since the epf is maintained by trust, i could not get it online through uan portal.

Please help in this regard.

    Hello,

    I worked for hcl for more than 10 years and i got resigned from hcl on 2017. I followed up with hcl for more than 1 year to get my pf settlement but there is no response still. I sent my pf documents and account details to hcl pf department and sent several emails to them but there is no response still.

      Hi team,
      I have left the hcl company on oct 28 2018. My details of doe epf and doe eps are not updated in the www.epfoindia.gov.in.
      Because of this i was unable to initiate the pf transfer
      I was sending mail to savitha jha and suzana but i am getting only auto response mail. I am not getting any response from them

      It could be helpful if some one can help on this

      Hi Team,
      I have left the HCL company on Oct 28 2018. My details of DOE EPF and DOE EPS are not updated in the www.epfoindia.gov.in.
      Because of this I was unable to initiate the PF Transfer

        Raised a complaint on the pf transfer details and hcl has responded with below information.

        "your pf was transferred to rpfc, kr puram, bangalore vide utr no. N[protected] dated 21.2.2018. Copy of mandated annexure k was also provided to pf office.

        Nothing is pending at hclt pf trust."

        Now with this information hcl says the transfer is done but the amount that has transferred is not available in the passbook.

        I request to share the annexure k, the amount transferred and any other required document so that i can follow up personally.

          With so many mails not receiving any kind of attention on the status, am reaching thru' this complaint channel, with hope that I will get the answers.

          I raised for my PF transfer in Oct'2017 and in the HCL PF Portal it says "Received & Under Process"...but its been more than a 15 months now :-(

          PF help desk not responding except with an automated reply, what is the way out??? Need of desperate help

            did not get a call from hr after clearing the interview

            It's been approx 2 months now i have cleared the interview for hcl lucknow location for the profile of active directory but still waiting for the hr call for salary discussion. I called recruiter couple of times initially he was saying you will get a call in couple of days but at last he said he doesn't remember about the interview, is this a kind of joke?

            My name is jasmeet kaur sharma i have worked in hcl technologies and left the job in october 2009; i have not withdrawn my pf amount to to certain circumstance, now in the new company i have joined i want to transfer my old pf to it. I have send the requisite to the pf division but it got rejected thrice stating wrong pf details but i'm providing the same details mentioned on my salary slip. Kindly advice and help.

            I left HCL in 2021 and till date my Pf has not been transferred. They are coming back with silly issues like attested form 13 doesnt have company address while there is everything fully available and form13 can be attested either by current employer or by previous employer. My current employer has already attested my form 13 but still HCl wants it to be in a certain way which is clearly harassment on their part. They cannot hold my Pf.

              I was working with hcl, bangalore from 22nd oct 2015 till 27th oct 2017.
              I have raised multiple complaint about my pf request. As per hcl pf team, its already been transferred from their end, but i am not able to see hcl contribution in member's passbook. Also, i have requested them to share the annexure k copy with me. However i have not received any response from pf team (Hcl). Requesting you to assist me asap please!

                As per hcl portal it shows pf amount had been disbursed but i didn't

                  Dear team

                  I am ex employee of hcl technologies. I am trying to transfer my pf from hcl to current organization since october. I got the updated form 13 from epf member portal with updated previous and current employer details. I have raised multiple tickets attaching this form 13 to get that transferred with hcl technologies. I am getting the rejection reason as "upload the form-13 with the attestation of your current employer". I am no where asked in form 13 to get this authorized signature from current employer, so my current employer is denying to sign on form 13. Even in form 13 it is just mentioned to submit it to previous employer for processing.

                  I have raised one more request now req-37707 with hcl for pf transfer. Can you please help in getting this transferred.

                    My pf amount with hcl is yet to be claimed. When checked online in epfo website the passbook is not visible. I am unable to place online transfer/claim request.
                    I had even received an email stating that pf amount is not claimed. I had submitted the required details but still did not hear anything about it.

                                My last working day in hcl was 25 october 2018. I have to withdraw my pf amount. I can able to withdraw a amount because 60 days has been over. But, pf portal link is showing the pf account, start date and there is no any form to apply a pf withdraw. And also my last working date is not mentioned in the pf portal link.

                                I have raised a so many ssd, but no one replies. And also i have sent a mail to mohit. [protected]@hcl. Combut he also didnt reply. Is very urgent i need to withdraw my pf amount.

                                  While relieving from hcl, it was mentioned that pf amount would be transferred to the new employer directly.
                                  I had followed up with then hcl hr and he used to say that it was in process.

                                      I got relieved from hcl on nov 5 and i desired to know my pf balance and contacted pf help desk and found the roshan as the spoc and drafted a mail with all required details and i have not received any mail further not even acknowledgement. Then forwarded through suzanna. That person is far good assigned an auto reply which was not relevant to the query.

                                      If the dedicated team can't look into the issue means make a alternative make a portal to check the pf balance for ex employees or add the updated pf statement with the documents in seperation portal letters (Payslips experience letter, final settlement and relieving letter).

                                      I am not sure will this be taken care or not. But this has to be taken care. And need to taken to the higher level.

                                      Yes I received the mail but that concern spoc is not responding to the mails. Even Suzanna is not also responding with proper mail the only reply received from Suzanna is auto generated mail for COC. I am not asking for COC I need my PF statement.
