I have sent PF Transfer form to HCL Sector 3 address(A-9, Sec-03, Noida-201301), it has been delivered on 6th Oct(Waybill#[protected]). Kindly check the expedite the PF Transfer and provide me Annexure K, as this is required in my current organization in order to proceed with PF Transfer at the earliest.

    Hi,

    I requested hcl for annexure k which my current pf office was asking.

    My current pf account no is tnmas[protected]. Amount hasn't been accumulated in my current pf account. My uan is[protected]. I have submitted form 13 through cognizant and it got settled on 30/1/2018. Claim id is gnggn[protected]. Current pf office requesting for annexure k along with cheque details and amount.

      hired me for project and put me on bench within 2 months

      I was hired in hcl for one of the project, everything was fine till the day i joined hcl, post joining they are saying position is on hold and they started looking for new projects, but unfortunately only one interview happened so far and others are done far name sake. I continuosly ask what next, what should i do, they said wait.
      Now after 2 months they said you will be on bench until you will get new project and nothing is coming...

      I am ex employee of hcl, resigned on dec - 30 - 2016 and applied for pf withdrawal on oct - 04 - 2018 and sent all the documents to them through speed courier and got mail from them saying documents has been received and it is under process, after that status has never changed since then, i have been contacting through hcl pf help desk but no response from them.

          Hi . I am kunal chandhok, one of the ex employees with HCl, noida. I worked in hcl in 2016 for good 10 months and then my process got shut down ( british telecom ) . So last month I decided to withdraw my pf from hcl amd encore capital group due to bad financial condition. With encore, i really felt that they care . Pf withdrawal and amount creditted in my account in total 17 days . I tried to reach hcl, none of the numbers is reachable neither no one responds over email . I got so stressed up and pissed of because of hcl that i cant even express in words. I tried every possible way to contact them but all in vain . I contacted my team leader and he asked me to raise pf withdrawal online on their pf portal . I did that on 9th october and uploaded all valid forms. I also sent tge forms by mail to them and guess what . The delivery boy made 6 attempts to deliver the documents and he wasnt allowed to enter. Then finally he managed to deliver the parcel. No one from hcl bothered to at least tell that thr package is recieved. I sent an email to pf department but that email is no longer in use and automated reply gave me few email addresses to contact for pf . And after that daily i am trying to send emails to various people from pf team and no one responds. Then i escalated it to one of the managers whose email was provided in automated reply . She replied after 4 emails and she took someone else in CC and asked about the status. Its been 6-7 days, no one replied and i again sent an email to manager, she also didnt revert back . Like seriously ? This is pathetic. Why do hcl have their own trust when they cant handle the work . I have no words for hcl now . I seriously wanted to raise a big complaint against them but then i found this page . I need to withdraw my pf and its really required. No words for hcl . They dont know how to respect their employees . Kindly look into the matter and take appropiate actions. I am attaching all emails sent .

            My pf not getting transferred. I raised the grievance srokn/e/2015/04031 to transfer my pf from my old company to new company, but grievance closed but the transfer amount still not reflected under new pf number in uan passbook. Please do the needful. Again i am providing the annexurek details and new pf/old pf details for the reference. New company details new pf:mh/37528/29526 new company name:oracle financial services software ltd old company details: old pf no: hr/5572/ [protected] old company: hcl technologies ltd.
            It got transffered to epfo, ro, gurgaon (Hrggn/e/2016/81456), but still it is not transferred.
            Again i raised the grievance rokn/e/2017/03435 and got the response as (He case registered are being transferred to ro gurgaon for the reason that no transfer is received in this office till date as per office record from ro gurgaon. It is requested to raise the issue to ro gurgaon. After receipt of transfer details i. E am0unt cheque no date and annexure k from gurgaon that this office will be able to take appropriate action for crediting the same.). Kindly do the needful.

Kindly contact HIL EPF Trust for details such as the EPFO office to which the cheque was sent, the date of realisation of the cheque, if the cheque was sent by speed post or registered post kindly provide the date on which the cheque was received by EPFO, Kandivali. These details are essential to trace the cheque..

            Kindly help me. From last 3 years I raised multiple request, all the requests getting closed but my PF not transferring to my new PF office.

                I have sent multiple mails to pf transfer spoc on my pf transfer request but i am not getting any response from them. Form 13 has been received by them long back for which i have mail from them. I got a autogenerated mail long back from them that pf tranfer has been initiated but there after no update on that and till now pf transfer is not completed.

                Request no. : req-27804 is the request number which i have received from them and the person who initiated pf transfer is savita jha[protected]

                Also, i can see in the pf transfer autogenerated mail that uan number mentioned was wrong and asked them why it is so but no response, they don't work for what they hired. Simply ignoring everything.

                I have to run behind them for our own money but still we don't get response on it.

                  I left HCL on April 30, 2014. I raised multiple online transfer claims but they were rejected citing DOB mismatch. They created a UAN[protected] after i had left the company. I got another UAN () in a new company and have sent form 13 for the transfer via my employer in Dec, 2017. I received a message on 14th Feb, 2018 that they have received the request for transfer and it is under processing ( PF Request No. REQ-20962). Since then i have received no communication. there is no way to communicate with them, neither email nor contact. I found a website (https://wf5.myhcl.com/) for ex employees to lodge there complaints but that also seems to be non functional. There has been no action on it since Sept 20, 2018, the day the request was raised (The Request no. for your reference is 264680)

                      I am an ex-employee of HCL and looking for PF transfer, but to initiate the transfer processes need to have the UAN attached to my EPF and EPS. But i can't see my UAN in salary slip. Could you please help me to check i[censored]AN is allotted to me for HCL PF?

                            I had submitted pf transfer request almost a year back with hcl and still my pf amount is not credited in the requested uan/pf account.

                            I don't know where is the pf amount. This is very bad ignorance from hcl.

                            Note: Annexure K is sent through mail from HCL, but utr number / cheque number is not mentioned in Annexure K.

                            When I enquired in PF office, they confirm that they did not received any cheque / PF transfer from HCL to my PF account.

                            Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I really had a very bad experience with hcl technologies, chennai. I was selected by the interview conducted by hcl technlogies at surya sapphire bangalore. I got a call from the hr (Surya from chennai) asking if my bachelors were in regular or distance. She said as it was done at distance mode, she would need to confirm the same and call me back. I have not received her call till now. I have also done 3 years aircraft maintenance engineering...

                              We understand that the PF has already been transferred as per your account on your advise in 2012.

                              As far as Pension transfer is concerned, HCL has no role as your current employer needs to attest Form 13 and send it to respective RPFC. The pension transfer happens between PF office. If you are facing any challenge you can send us the pension transfer form and we shall attest and send it back to you so that you can follow-up with RPFC accordingly.

                                  My employee ID was 51430672.

                                  I have been doing continues follow-up since mid April to get my PF Service Transfer from the UAN that I had at HCL to the current UAN. My PF was transferred an year ago, but not transferred the service to the new UAN.

                                  HCL Smart Service Desk is not being monitored, [protected]@hcl.com is not being monitored, and the escalation contacts that are coming as auto response are also not being responded.

                                  It is a serious trouble that HCL is giving to their employees with the Provident Fund management and related service.
                                  HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
