Hi,

I have been following up with HCL Technologies regarding my PF status but no body is responding . I left HCL in the year 2013 and continued same PF account in new organization . When I check site https://epfindia.gov.in, I can see PF details of last organization but nothing related to HCL PF amount . My Employee ID was 51345322. Can this be addressed ?

I have requested for pf withdrawal and has received a confirmation email from the pf team stating pf amount will be disbursed in my bank account within 20 working days, however i have not received the amount yet. I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer, its been more than 4 months but it not been transferred yet.

I also need a annexure k detail from hcl pf team.

Below is the acknowledgement i revived 4 months before, after that i haven't got any updates on it.

I worked for hcl technologies for eight months and while in this period i transfered my pf amount from my previous organization. After leaving hcl technologies i applied for the withdrawal and after 2months i got only half of my pf accumulation the rest which is eps amount i think i have not received it till now. Hcl is not replying to my emails and they won't tell me what is the problem. I don't know whom to contact.

I have left hcl in the month of jan 2016 and applied for the pf transfer through my current employer oct-2017 and pf transfer process started by hcl on 06-nov-2017 by savita jha[protected] still it has been more than 9 month there is no progress. I'm an ex employee of hcl and it's an issue regrading withdrawal of pf. I have been running behind this more than 3 months and i dint get any response till dated from pf help desk, feel like i'm shouting at walls. I'm writing this mail with my last hope. I have worked for hcl for years and spent day in and day out with hcl and worked hard and now just you don't care of what issue i'm facing now. If ther is any one who can help me please do that. I moved from accenture to hcl and had requested pf transfer, epfo confirmed the transfer but not when i have moved from hcl to tcs they have not transferred the money to tcs pf account. The pf amount transferred is only the amount which i had attained working with hcl, the amount that i had accumulated working with accenture and then transferred to hcl has not been given/transferred and even after multiple mails no response received....

Even after couple of reminders to [protected]@hcl.com there is not response/acknowledge from them.

Am looking for information on how to withdraw pf from hcl as i could not do it

They replied like below and closed the case “Sir, it is informed that GN/GGN/5572 is an Exempted establishment and you had worked with an Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization). Hence you are advised to contact your establishment Trust to get the confirmation of transfer of the PF amount.“
Please let me know when the previous PF amount will get merged with current PF account.

My name is Varun Sharma I am an ex employee of HCL with sap id 51526830,
I appeared for an interview with Hcl on 30th june 2018, on 2nd july 2018 i got two emails one for cab policy and uploading documents, other from the recruiter mentioning that I am selected for the profile.
I submitted my documents on 2nd july and today is 11nth july and till now there is no email no phone call from Hcl, I have tried reaching the HR over phone and email and they don't respond back, neither they pick up the phone and nor they reply on emails, i sent the documents again in one email but still got no reply, sent follow up emails, i do understand the process takes time but an update from the HR is a must for a person waiting to the employment with a company, being an ex employee of hcl this is not the kind of response i was expecting as i mentioned in the irf form that i need an immediate joining. but so far no luck. atleast a reply positive or negative whatever it is was enough.

I'm Rajesh Kanna (Emp ID[protected] relieved from HCL on Nov'17, I have submitted Form 19 and Form 10C on Feb'18 and got my PF amount but EPS was rejected due to KYC details.

Then I have resubmitted Form 10C on May'18 as per PF Helpdesk comment, when I checked for my status with PF Helpdesk they said " Form has been sent to RPFC gurgaon on 23/5/2018" and asked me to rise grievance to know my status. EPF mention that they haven't receive my form yet (Refer below mail from EPF department), I have been following for my EPS from March'18. Kindly help me to claim my EPS.

Hi,

I have left HCL and as per policy I requested for PF withdrawal after 60 days of leaving HCL.

I registered through exit portal. And I have sent them all the required documents by post.

Even after multiple following ups. They are not ready to respond anything. They are not even telling me whether they have received documents or not.

I wish I could sue them. I believe in karma though. They will get back what they deserve.
