I have been trying to reach out to pf help desk team in hcl for my issue related to pf transfer however i am not able to get a justified answer from them.

Rather than addressing the issue and understanding what it is.. The help desk team simply sends me an email regarding the process of pf transfer everytime if i send them an email. I already know what is the process...

Hi,

I have submitted my pf and pension withdrawal on jul, 2017.
I have received the pf amount on sep, 2017 but pension amount is not yet received.
Whenever i send a mail to [protected]@hcl.com to ask about pension status. They are saying like we have sent a request but when i raise a compliant to epfigms, they are saying we didn't receive a request.

Hi i am muthulakshmi ms relieved from hcl on june 2014. Submitted by pf transfer form. Hcl gave 1 document with cheque details and told lie as my pf is transferred.

The PF transfer from HCL is not getting credited to by current Employer (NXP India). As per the Transfer procedure I have submitted and followed all the necessary procedures.
