I tried many time to contact HCL HR Deptt to settle my EPF, pl. advised me, to whom & where I will contact.
as it is EPF trust neither I trf. my EPF a/c to my current EPF A./c nor I can withdraw it.

I worked with hcl technologies from 23-august-2013 to -8-dec-2016 with employee id as 51466892.

I have put my resignation on 15-october-2016. As per company policy my last date is 13-jan-2017.

But because of the un availability of the the project i was released early from the company on 08-dec-2017, which constitutes 54 days notice being served out of 90 days

I had submitted pf transfer request almost a year back with hcl and still my pf amount is not credited in the requested uan/pf account.

I have dropped many follow up emails with hcl. And from past 2 months they are saying it is completed from their end. But i have not received the amount in my pf account.

I had given interview in hcl sector 125 in, noida. I submitted required documents to them. I had given my first round of interview. They either selected them for the second round or rejected them but in my case they said me to wait as they will let me know. I waited half an hour and i continuously asking them what was the result. They were saying we will let you know. You just wait. One hour passed they said we are unable to find your documents...

Was working hcl infosystems from 16-jun-86 till sep-2003 and thereafter merged with hcltech by sep-2003. I resigned resigned by 13-dec-2013 from hcl technologies. Upon going through the pf settlement i found that pf transfer from hcl infosystems for the period 16-jun-86 till sep-2003 was not included. This was confirmed by pf section in chennai. Am relieved from hcl on jan15th,
Till now am not able to see my experience letter, today i got only january month salary that too not the correct amount (Got less amount for that 15days).
My collegue who is relieved on jan12th got her experience letter and complete full and final amount on jan25th.
But, i can't.
May i know the reason? What happened in my case?...

I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 16 jan 2018 that the amount has been transfer.

However when i content to epfo bangalore office they mentioned they can not process as they have not received annexure - k document from hcl tech

In spite of multiple follow ups neither the annexure - k was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.br...

I have joined hcl technologies, hyderabad in july 2015 and left after notice period during august 2016 and joined s&p capital iq india pvt ltd, hyderabad.
Hcl transferred my pf balances from ap/hyd/35604/6610 and deposited in their (Exempted establishment) trust acc. No. Gn/ggn/5572/329145.

These funds are required to be transferred to my present pf acc. Ap/hyd/35580/8892.
