Hello, I got Annexure-K from your company after multiple mails and follow-ups. I have asked my current Employer (CTS) with this Annexure-K and they said that they haven't received money and hence they asked me to contact EPFO office.
I have registered grievance in the portal https://epfigms.gov.in/. They replied like below and closed the case “Sir, it is informed that GN/GGN/5572 is an Exempted establishment and you had worked with an Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization). Hence you are advised to contact your establishment Trust to get the confirmation of transfer of the PF amount.“
Please let me know when the previous PF amount will get merged with current PF account.

    My name is Varun Sharma I am an ex employee of HCL with sap id 51526830,
    I appeared for an interview with Hcl on 30th june 2018, on 2nd july 2018 i got two emails one for cab policy and uploading documents, other from the recruiter mentioning that I am selected for the profile.
    I submitted my documents on 2nd july and today is 11nth july and till now there is no email no phone call from Hcl, I have tried reaching the HR over phone and email and they don't respond back, neither they pick up the phone and nor they reply on emails, i sent the documents again in one email but still got no reply, sent follow up emails, i do understand the process takes time but an update from the HR is a must for a person waiting to the employment with a company, being an ex employee of hcl this is not the kind of response i was expecting as i mentioned in the irf form that i need an immediate joining. but so far no luck. atleast a reply positive or negative whatever it is was enough.

      Hi,

      I'm Rajesh Kanna (Emp ID[protected] relieved from HCL on Nov'17, I have submitted Form 19 and Form 10C on Feb'18 and got my PF amount but EPS was rejected due to KYC details.

      Then I have resubmitted Form 10C on May'18 as per PF Helpdesk comment, when I checked for my status with PF Helpdesk they said " Form has been sent to RPFC gurgaon on 23/5/2018" and asked me to rise grievance to know my status. EPF mention that they haven't receive my form yet (Refer below mail from EPF department), I have been following for my EPS from March'18. Kindly help me to claim my EPS.

      This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number HRGGN/E/2018/15264.
      It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action(s) has been taken:

        get pf transferred from hcl to current employer pf account

        I left HCL ISD (Infrastructure Services Division) in October 2013. In order to get my PF transferred to my PF account with the current employer, I am required to fill in the following details in Form 13 Part B:

        1.Name and address of previous establishment (Point 2 in Part B)
        2. (PF Account is held by: (Name of EPF Office/ PF Trust) (Point 3 in Part B)

        From my salary slip, I am able to locate the following...

        Hi,

        I have left HCL and as per policy I requested for PF withdrawal after 60 days of leaving HCL.

        I registered through exit portal. And I have sent them all the required documents by post.

        Even after multiple following ups. They are not ready to respond anything. They are not even telling me whether they have received documents or not.

        I wish I could sue them. I believe in karma though. They will get back what they deserve.

          no response from hcl pf helpdesk

          Hi,

          My Employee id was 51346330.

          I have raised PF transfer last year April Month. However the PF amount was not credited to my new PF A/C. After multiple follow ups, my new PF office replied that they have asked the payment invoice and Annexure-K from HIL. But still I didn't know whether HCL got the letter from PF office or they have sent back to PF office or not.

          To know that, I have e-mailed...

          I have tried multiple ways of contacting hcl pf helpdesk but no luck. Absolutely no responses from them.
          And emails sent to hcl_pf. Withdrawal (Hcl_pf. [protected]@hcl.com) are bouncing since the mail box is full. Apart from this i have sent to pf helpdesk, for which there is no response.
          I have raised a ticket in smart service desk which is meant for ex-employees. No response yet. My ticket id is 231817.
          And there is no contact number to contact them either.

            I have been trying to reach out to pf help desk team in hcl for my issue related to pf transfer however i am not able to get a justified answer from them.

            Rather than addressing the issue and understanding what it is.. The help desk team simply sends me an email regarding the process of pf transfer everytime if i send them an email. I already know what is the process of pf transfer.

            I have already emailed them annexure k as requested by them, involved the concerned hr however the hcl pf team is not replying at all from past 1 week. It has been almost 8 months since i have been tracking my pf transfer.

            Can you guide me to the correct person who may address the issue help me in this regards asap.

            Hi Team,

            I have initiated the PF withdrawal and the request was raised by HCL PF team. On 4th Mar'18 I got the credit of 9956 Rs, however the amount of 77000 Rs, which I have transferred from my past company IGATE to HCL not got credited to my account.

            The ongoing mail chain is getting worked upon case id 930994 by HCL PF team

            -> On 10th Mar'18 HCL requested to share me Annex K and same has been provided by me on 2nd Apr'18.
            -> On 5th Apr'18 HCL PF team confirmed that the amount is successfully transferred to HCL PF account.
            -> On 9th Apr'18 HCL PF team asked to share a confirmation over the email including my bank account details, and same has been shared.
            -> On 10th Apr'18 HCL PF team confirmed that amount will get transfer but it will take some time due end of financial year.
            -> On 14th May'18 HCL PF team confirmed that amount will get credited by end of the week(ie. 19th May'18), but no amount got credited.

            After all these till date I drafted 20 email, but no one responded me now its 4 month and I am still waiting for my earned money.

            Kindly reply, I begging HCL PF team now.

            Please.

              I have received the pf amount on sep, 2017 but pension amount is not yet received.
              Whenever i send a mail to [protected]@hcl.com to ask about pension status. They are saying like we have sent a request but when i raise a compliant to epfigms, they are saying we didn't receive a request.

                  Hi i am muthulakshmi ms relieved from hcl on june 2014. Submitted by pf transfer form. Hcl gave 1 document with cheque details and told lie as my pf is transferred.

                  But it is not transferred, when i enquire in pf office it is pending with hil trust for approval. It is being pending for four years. I am in need of pf money. I am very much disappointed with hcl pf services.

                    I have sent so many emails to pf helpdesk regarding my pf transfer and i have requested for the utr number and neft date when the funds has been transferred to rpfc because pf office require these details to complete my transfer request. But i haven't received any response from last 20 days, i believe this is really pathetic that you do not entertain your employee's request and ignoring emails from so long.

                      pf transfer and incorrect father's name

                      Hi hcl team,

                      I have sent many emails to pfhelpdesk regarding my pf transfer and incorrect father's name. But i didn't received any reply. I am trying to transfer this from last 1 and half years. Kindly give me a ph number. So that i can know the process. My current employer is not able to transfer the fund, as it gets rejected every time. As per them my adhara number and incorrect father name is the reasons of this rejections....
