The PF transfer from HCL is not getting credited to by current Employer (NXP India). As per the Transfer procedure I have submitted and followed all the necessary procedures. An email confirmation was also sent by HCL saying the transfer request is received successfully and they have assigned an request number. I have mailed the person mentioned in the request number also to generic PFHelpDesk of HCL but no one is replying. Below I have added the required details

Your PF was transferred to RPFC, KR Puram, Bangalore vide UTR no. N[protected] dated 21.2.2018. Copy of mandated Annexure K was also provided to PF office.

Nothing is pending at HCLT PF Trust.

    I have submitted my pf submission form on 5th of april and not a confirmation email from hcl that the amount will be credited to my bank account with in 20 working days, now is has taken more than 1 month and still i have not received the amount.
    When i ask for status the concerned team always respond saying it takes 15 more days like that and even there is no proper place where we can track the actual status.

      I want to transfer my hcl pf account to current employer pf account,
      I have submitted form13 to current employer last december 2017 and got reply from current employer's pf office kandivali mumbai —

      "it is informed that the claim form is received and sent to ro gurgaon to enable them to effect transfer from gnggn/0005572/000/0294789. However till date no transfer is received from ro gurgaon. Ro gurgaon is requested to furnish the transfer details i. E amaount cheque no date and annexure k."

      You had sent PF transfer request to Regional PF Office, Gurgaon, whereas PF is internally managed by HCL's PF Trust. Do approach your current employer, fill, sign and submit FOrm-13 to them for onwards submission to PF desk of HCLT at A-9, Sector-3, D wing, 1st Floor, Noida 201 301 for closing your PF transfer.

      During the service tenure of employees, monthly PF statement is circulated to all employees in Employee Self Service portal, the portal itself has FAQ's which clarify how to claim PF on separation. We expect all employees to read through the FAQ's before raising PF transfer request.

              I am an ex employee of hcl technologies. I am not getting any update from hcl regarding the pf transfer. As advised by the pf department, i had submitted the form 13 along with other required documents. Also, after multiple follow up email hcl acknowledged the receipt of forms. After another round of email follow ups, finally on 17th march 2018, hcl informed me that the forms had been processed and the pf amount will be transferred within the next week. Its around more than a month now but still haven't received any update from them. Also they are not at all responding to my emails. I would really appreciate if i can get an update on this at the earliest possible.

                  PF withdrawal portal is automatically opened to employees after 60 days from separation from HCLT. An auto mail is send to employees on last available email ID. You may check your mail box and raise PF withdrawal request on PF portal.
                  If you are serving in an establishment where PF Act is applicable then approach them for initiating PF Transfer.

                    I worked with hcl technologies from 23-august-2013 to -8-dec-2016 with employee id as 51466892.

                    I have put my resignation on 15-october-2016. As per company policy my last date is 13-jan-2017.

                    But because of the un availability of the the project i was released early from the company on 08-dec-2017, which constitutes 54 days notice being served out of 90 days
                    As per company policy if the company gives early release then the basic amount of the notice period has to be served which in my case is 36 days has to be paid to the employee by the employer which has not been paid.

                    Despite repeated mails and call there is no response from hr on the same

                        I had given interview in hcl sector 125 in, noida. I submitted required documents to them. I had given my first round of interview. They either selected them for the second round or rejected them but in my case they said me to wait as they will let me know. I waited half an hour and i continuously asking them what was the result. They were saying we will let you know. You just wait. One hour passed they said we are unable to find your documents you will leave as if now. This is the way to treat a candidate who is coming for interview. Hope you will show your concern.

                          Was working hcl infosystems from 16-jun-86 till sep-2003 and thereafter merged with hcltech by sep-2003. I resigned resigned by 13-dec-2013 from hcl technologies. Upon going through the pf settlement i found that pf transfer from hcl infosystems for the period 16-jun-86 till sep-2003 was not included. This was confirmed by pf section in chennai. I have been following up since my resignation but till date i haven't heard anything from anyone, i have provided the cheque details, number amount and other details regarding this pf transfer from hcl infosystems to the concerned person. They accepted this issue but thareafter this amount is not settled yet. Please get this resolved to settle my pending balance transfer, you can call me for further information.

                                I requested for pf transfer (Uan[protected] to my current account. But the pf balance is not available from hcl technologies ltd (Gnggn[protected], being my previous employer till apr 2017. Could you please let me understand:

                                1. Where is the gap and how should i be able to view my balances. As i'm unable to see/transfer pf from my account. I've also sent an email to [protected]@hcl.com, but got no reply een after multiple follow ups.

                                2. Could you please help me know my current employee partner, as i'm unable to see it in my separation portal

Credited the amount "0" into my pf account in the month of nov 2016.. Not sure why "0" amount is credited to my account. Could you please share the annexure k from hcl company to know the status.

                                        I joined my current organization on june 2016 (Subsequent to my change of job) and i had requested hcl to transfer my pf balance to my current account with baci (Bank of america continuum india ltd). I had requested my current employer to forward the form-13 towards the pf transfer (After duly filling in the required information and attesting).

                                        Inspite of sending repeated reminders, my previous employer is not responding / acknowledging to have received my application and i have not got any updates from the epf office as to whether my transfer request has been received/initiated.
