Hi all,

I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 16 jan 2018 that the amount has been transfer.

However when i content to epfo bangalore office they mentioned they can not process as they have not received annexure - k document from hcl tech

In spite of multiple follow ups neither the annexure - k was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

    Can you please let me know, when i would be getting my fnf settlement and if i had to submit any additional documents for the same?

        I want to withdraw my pf, i am facing issue with my pf account details, it is showing different on my salary slip and on showing different on hcl pf portal website with req no : req-12070. I have raise this concern through email with following details:

          Hi. I am ex-employee of hcl. My name is balaji and my employee id is 40193706. I am having horrible experience with hr team. Trying to correct my details in hcl database. Reason for that is due to wrong nationality updated in myhcl i am unable to withdraw my pf. I don't remember how many times i mailed but no go. Kindly let me know the process to correct nationality in myhcl. Thanks

          Why have you made this PF withdrawal or transfer process so hard? My id is 51574721. It’s been more than a month that my transfer request is pending and you are not approving it. Your PF team sends an automated email everytime I try to reach out for assistance. This is a worst company I have every worked with.

            But now if i try to mail pf team to the mail id as shown in the portal i get the error.

            Message not delivered
            Your message couldn't be delivered to pfhelpdesk. [protected]@hcl.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

            Please help me to get the exact contact details so that i can catch hold of the team and screw there happiness.

              I have joined hcl technologies, hyderabad in july 2015 and left after notice period during august 2016 and joined s&p capital iq india pvt ltd, hyderabad.
              Hcl transferred my pf balances from ap/hyd/35604/6610 and deposited in their (Exempted establishment) trust acc. No. Gn/ggn/5572/329145.

              These funds are required to be transferred to my present pf acc. Ap/hyd/35580/8892.

              Kindly advise the name and address...

              From last year i am following up with hcl to update my date of exit at uan portal but they never respond to this request.

              They are giving me an option to withdraw the pf amount but not co-operating on pf transfer.

              Please help me to get my pf amount transferred. I have already submitted the pf transfer application through my current employer.

                Hi all,

                I worked in hcl for 2.6 yrs and resigned on dec 24-2012 and transferred the pf to my current organization. But the transfer not happened and got update from current concern that no reply received from hcl pf trust. Its been 5 yrs now i have raised multiple complaints under exhclites portal and dropped mail to hclpf group but never received any response. Please find the below details of pf.

                      Yesterday i got a call from worlddelightjobs.com stating that there is an opening in hcl technologies for software development profile in chennai. Consultant name is alina from delhi. This is the number [protected] she called from. She asked me to pay 4000 for registration via paytm app and then she asked me to send scanned documents like degree certificate, id poof & passport size photo through mail. And then she asked me to attend the telephonic round with an hr named dhanajay shinde. This is the number [protected] i got call for telephonic round. After my telephonic round he asked me to deposit 20, 000 for document verification which is refundable during face to face interview. He promised me that once 20, 000 is deposited i will send you the appointment letter via mail. After getting the money he called and said that will send you the appointment letter tomorrow around 12'clock. Today morning i called him and asked to send the appointment letter via mail. He sent me letter of intent copy through mail in which hcl technologies logo has been printed in that letter pad. And then he said, once his meeting is over will send the appointment letter. Till now he didn't mention in which hcl branch they are going to allocate me. After that i got a call from him stating that, i have to deposit 45, 000 for the appointment letter which is refundable. Once the payment is done they will send all the hard copy through courier by next week. Previously he didn't mention that i have to deposit 45, 000. Yesterday alina asked me whether i have any of my friends who are seeking for it or airlines jobs so that she could refer them it seems. After seeing this review i came to know that "worlddelightjobs" consultancy is fraudulent. I called him and asked to cancel my appointment and debit my money back. He said that he will cancel my appointment once i send a cancellation mail and he will debit 20, 000 deposit money back to my account only after 2 weeks. I lost my hope. Nowadays there are many fraudulent consultancies have been emerged.

                          I have raised pf withdraw request 40 days back and received and confirmation email saying amount will transfer to your bank account with in next 2 days.

                          It's almost 40 days now. I have been writing so many emails to pf team and finance team. But no response.

                          This is really frustrating. I just need shiv nadar email id. I will drop an email to him directly on what exactly happening.

                              Hi. I was a former employee of hcl and my last working day is september 15, 2017 and was told that my final pay will be released after 60 days but didn't get any. I have been emailing our hr but no response received. Where is your employee first customer second??? Is this even acceptable not to receive any single response from you??? I have worked for you and all i ever got are disputes from my salary and even my final pay? Please! Have mercy...

                              I have submitted my pf transfer form to hcl pf team on 25 sep 2017. I am regularly following them but they are not responding properly. It is more than 2 month has been passed but still not final date till when my amount will be transferred.

                              This so much frustrating that we are following up for our money. Every time they said that it will be transferred withing 10-15 days.

                                I am a former employee of hcl technologies, bengaluru.

                                I joined in august 4, 2016, and i gave my notice on august 23, 2017, with september 25, 2017 being my last working day. (As per my contract i had a notice period of 30 days)

                                I was assured that my salary and experience letter will be sent within 45 days from my last working day.
                                I did all clearances from side (E. G. It, admin, etc.) as per the company rules and guidelines.

                                However, it has been 65 days since the last working day, and i got neither an experience/relieving letter nor my salary.

                                All my mails, complaints and requests to help with the issue fell on deaf ears. The hrs and fnf teams have done nothing to help solve this issue.

                                You would expect more from a company that is one of the biggest mncs in india (Well, at least on paper), but this is the sad reality of one of the most mismanaged company in india today.

                                I am left with no choice but to raise a consumer complaint as everything else failed.
