I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 30th april that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

Hi Team,
I am an Ex- employee of HCL Technologies and had applied to transfer my PF to my Organization Accenture, but they have transferred the PF amount but pension amount has not yet transferred. When I applied to withdrawn my PF, got my PF amount but pension amount is still pending, when I contacted Accenture, they said that your previous organization HCL has not yet transferred the pension amount. when I contacted HCL they said to raise a grievance against EPFO, Gurgaon, they will transfer your pension amount to Accenture, after that you can apply and can get your pension amount. I raised grievance against EPFO office, they said your EPS no is not correct, provide the correct EPS no for further processing. After that I contacted HCL to provide the correct EPS no, but not getting any response even after couple of follow up. Request you please help me on this.

"The payment has already been uploaded at bank site but due to some technical glitch the bank is unable to disburse funds into individual bank a/c.

We are following up with the bank and hopefully the issue would get resolved by EOD tomorrow."

I am having hcl me tablet (Model u1). I have requested for withdrawal of my PF amount for my marriage purpose by may 2016 and for the last 4 months they keep on coming with inappropriate replies and dragging time from there(Within 2 weeks you will receive the amount) months passed and still there is no proper response and they also informed that amount is credited on your account, but I haven't received any amount and again they said bank has miscredited so you will be receiving it by cheque, from there another still haven't received any cheque, Such carelessness and no proper department or staff allocation has lead to this many irregularities, truly feels very broken in this situation with HCL PF department, request HCL to have proper and standard employees and please take stringent action on the chennai PF team for their carelessness .

Hcl did not provide me any job opprunities and job assistant.
After two years when i went to hcl office sherwood engineering college indira nagar.
For recruitment then they talked me very rudely and abuse me.
These employees are deepti and their coulege.
Please take action against these employees.

I joined hcl in july 2015. I worked there approx 18 to 20 days. Because of some personal reason i did not continue after that.

I have not receive single rupee salary from hcl tecnologies but they generated form16 as well as and submit tds to income tax department. That is also reflated in as26.

Without income how they generated form16. This is faulty form16. I want to hcl revise form 16 with zero amount.

HCL Technologies Bserv Sector-59 having India's best process SFDC but handling by worst managers who take revenge from employees working over there, threaten them time to time, use unprofane language with employees and embarrase them infront of other employes and always have incooperative behaviour and shows casteism over there.

I had exited from HCL on last year August 2015, but still i am facing problem in transferring PF to my present organisation due to human error was done by HCL in PF portal. I have written too may mail on this to get this done but nothing works till now. HCL PF department asked for hardcopies of my date of birth proof which i have sent to them to correct in PF portal; now they are saying documents are forwarded to Government PF office and they have to do changes.

What can i do here?
I don't know whom to contact in Government office?
HCL should make necessary changes and notify me but they left me in a nowhere road.

Its HCL who made a mistake and i am suffering now. Please intervene and get this resolved.
