I have an account in HDFC BANK and I have transferred Rs 15000/- using IMPS on 3th Sep 2015 at 2AM to other account(union bank of india). The IMPS Ref Number[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my Netbanking as Transaction Initiated. My Account Information Account number : [protected] Benificiary Account Informa Benificiary account no. [protected] (Union Bank of India) IMPS Reference number[protected]

Respected sir/mam, Garments was purchased from Pantaloons, Sahara mall, Gurgaon on 27-Aug-2015 for amounting to Rs.1303/- and my Axis bank DEBIT card bearing no. Xxxxxxxx was placed for payment but after swipe the card, the cashier told me that card is declined. I gave my Axis bank credit card..He swiped that card two time and told that its been declined and showing the link problem. And finally i gave them cash to do the payment. I checked my debit account statement there was a deduction because of the swiping of card at pantaloons store. ANd the cashier told me that this amount will credit back within 24 hours. But its alomst 5 days, till now its not credited to my account .Kindly look in to this issue as soon as possible and please revert back. Hi, This is the incident of okhla industrial area service center. I asked them to bring me right side panel of white ignitor and I have said them 4 months back and they it is not available right now we will order it. Whenever I went and asked if part has come, they said " NO ITS FINISHED/ THESE PARTS DOES NOT COME". I told them OK I will come next time and please then keep one for me. Still the same answer: part is not available. I was shocked and surprised. I have purchased a HCL ME Connect 2G Tablet V1 (Metal Grey) through online from M/s. India time shopping is not a new product its refurbished product but you people cheated me.i went to the service center also but it is still having problem. So many mails i have return but issue not closed. please help me and take necessary action(detail enclosed)

I am Shruti, an ex-employee of HCL. I had worked in HCL for 4years 3months and had left hcl in March this year. I had applied for PF Transfer online on 26th June 2015 and since then it is pending with HCL for approval. If not approved by 11th July2015, it will be rejected. For past few days, I am continuously writing mails/ calling the concerned person but till now I had not received any update. It has been 2 weeks since the claim is pending with HCL for approval. PFA the snapshot of the claim request. This is not the first time I am experiencing this kind of behavior from them. Earlier also, when the details showing on EPFO portal for the PF account number given in payslip was wrong, I had to follow up with the concerned person but then also I didn't get the required information for more than month long daily remainder mails. There are many more cases like this when I was mentally harassed to get any information from HCL since I left HCL.

I am Shruti and was an employee of HCL Technologies for 4 years 3 months and had left the company in March. On joining another organization, i had applied for my PF Transfer claim online on EPFO portal. This claim is pending with HCL since 24July2015 and No action had been taken so far from HCL end. If this claim is not approved before 11July 2015 it will be rejected. I had been continuously following up with HCL to get this claim approved but i am not getting any response from their side. I am selected for HCL in the month of february. I have got some joining form and team discover links for documents uploading. I have uploaded all the documents and there is no update till now. I have left my previous job and I am in a dilemma now what to do. The contact number they gave was not responding. Whom should I contact regarding this. Please help. My Self Nitesh Sansare i receive a offer & Appoinment letter from HCL comnet then i left my previous job after 15 days of my Notice period.But now when i reached at a time of joining to the HCL HR told me that we are not taking you on the job. She also told me offer letter is conditional it is mention that this offer & Appoinment letter is valid till your pre-employment verification check.After one day she told me your degree certificate is not AICTE/UGC/DEC approved. I asked question to her if it is not AICTE/UGC/DEC approved then how you released the offer letter because without looking the education certificate no one released your offer & Appoinment letter. I tell her my certificate is recognized by gov of india & gov of delhi.Then i also tell her now you are telling me we are taking those candidates who is certified by AICTE/UGC/DEC.Then next time you tell to the another employee that we are taking only those candidates who complete his certification from Mumbai university. I asked you what should i do currently i left my previous & now i am a unemployeed.

I have purchased one HCL tablet (model no. TAB Y3, serial no. 1113YCC3G2EDT42098) through online medium from homeshop18.com in the month of December 2015. Since beginning, there is a very serious problem regarding charging and sound problem with my tablet. subsequently I deposited my tablet with HCL service center in Bokaro in the month of March 2015 for resolving the problems against the call i d [protected]. but it is very regretful to mention that my tablet issue has not yet been resolved after continuous followup and visit at the service center after passing of 3 months (since March 2015). I have also complained via email to HCL customer care representative.but every time I get a reply that my issue is being resolved. i attended interview on 26 may 2015 in hcl technologies. there interview process is a waste one.they will simply make sit for more than 4 hours.no one will properly guide.where to attend the rounds.also, they will simply make everyone to stand outside more than 1 hour to go inside the interview room. there is no one will properly tell when is next round? i attended in hcl technologies mount road near to casino theatre.in the interview one hr told me to wait for next round.another hr told me to leave.for that confirmation, i asked wheater i need to leave or stay her for next round.immediately that hr got mad and insult me in front me infront of 100 peoples that i should learn manners., first u learn manners and how to behave with others.if, u are a hr do u think i should be fear o[censored] for everything.please fired that hr.i dont know the name of him.this is my worst interview experience ever i had in my life.

I attended a walk-in at Hyderabad office of HCL Tech on 8-MAR-2015. I patiently waited till 5PM and finally I qualified all the rounds and even the HR round was a success. I would like to bring it to your notice that I got a call from HCL on 18-MAR-2015 and they told me that there are no openings in Hyderabad. I mentioned clearly to Richa Agarwal that my only preferred location is Hyderabad (as I'm the only care taker of my parents), when she called for interview. She told me that there are many openings in all the locations. I also mentioned the same in the HCL form and also to you during HR round. If there were no openings, why was I called for interview and why was I made to sit whole day. I even had shift that day (8th Mar 2015) and I was very late. HCL needs improvement at least in this area. I was not expecting this sort of behavior from HCL. I'm expecting a convincing reply from HR at the earliest. my email: [protected]@gmail.com
