I attended a walk-in at Hyderabad office of HCL Tech on 8-MAR-2015. I patiently waited till 5PM and finally I qualified all the rounds and even the HR round was a success. I would like to bring it to your notice that I got a call from HCL on 18-MAR-2015 and they told me that there are no openings in Hyderabad. I mentioned clearly to Richa Agarwal that my only preferred location is Hyderabad (as I'm the only care taker of my parents), when she called for interview. She told me that there are many openings in all the locations. I also mentioned the same in the HCL form and also to you during HR round. If there were no openings, why was I called for interview and why was I made to sit whole day. I even had shift that day (8th Mar 2015) and I was very late. HCL needs improvement at least in this area. I was not expecting this sort of behavior from HCL. I'm expecting a convincing reply from HR at the earliest. my email: [protected]@gmail.com

I bought a Hcl me tab which is in warranty. my tab was not working properly so I went to Hcl service center in VARANASI they told me that there was jack and charger problem in my tab so they received my charger and tab on 17/12/2014 and told me to come again nearby 15 days now when I visited again on 06/01/2015 there they again told me to come after 15 days. So I just want to know that what is your policy to solve any complaint and how much time you take to solve any problem. I have submitted my HCL tablet for repairing as it was not functioning proper, at Agrawal Computers in Gorakhpur on 1/09/2014. The service center has promised to deliver the tab after repairing in 15days time but they have not honored the due date. Even after 50days they are not giving any clear answer. Hi, On Friday 26th sept 2014, i found an job ad on Internet, saying that we have requirement for manual testing for hyderabad location. http://www.testingken.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7360 I travelled a long distance and reached there to attend the interview. After 3 hrs of wastage of my time, they said, the job posting was print mistake. We dont have requirement for manual testing now, we have some other requirement. Kindly go home. Though i was physically not feeling well, i travelled a lot of distance in train with out reservation. I want to take legal action on this. Thanks, Nikhil

I faced a very bad atmosphere at HCL Service support, Solo com service Bhubaneswar, also with odisha Area Manager Service (HCL). I have discussed with Area Manager MR Ashok Kumar (con no-[protected]) regarding spare pending he saying that I don’t know. And regarding call status of Complain No-[protected] date25.08.2014 they are told me her duty is complain id create not service provide.I think HCL is first company of my knowledge they are harassment her customer. This is Sumit Khanna from Rohtak, Haryana.This is to inform you that my hcl ME have PCB problem. then I am went to service center to meet Mr. GOURAV Manager of Service center he told me your tab have PCB problem and make a job sheet (copy attached) and call me after 15 days. when I went after 15 days he said submit your tab and come after 1 week.after 1 week he said your touch is break already when you submit, so first pay 3500/- rupees for touch after i will solve your problem. and make a new job sheet. Today when i called service station he says motherboard is faulty and he has raised request for the same. Call center says here is no request for new motherboard. Also service person says that it will take 8 to 10 days for resolution for the problem again.3 months left what should I do now. I am ready to pay again payment for touch screen but please solve my problem.here I am attached job sheet please check.finally call to you talk to MR.
