Dear sir,

It is regretted to inform you that a company of your reputation have such rude people/ technician who? Does not know how to behave with the customers. I am telling about the persons deployed at HCL customer care at GS Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati.

I therefore, will never opt for any HCL products to avoid such encounters.

Dear All Travel Agents & Tour Operators, This is to inform and aware you all regarding HCL technologies and Novartis (client of hcl) that do not arrange any tour without taking 100% payment. We had arranged a tour for hcl technologies, office is located in Noida. in last weekend of May 2014. They are known as undisciplined corporate client and many of you would be agree on this. We took them to Kanatal for 1N/2D stay with all arrangement including transport and accommodation at Kanatal. After commencement of the tour, the team leader mailed us and said that we are going to cut the payment of 10000/- from transportation cost. We have served them more than committed services during the trip. It seems that some of the HCL employees particularly at top management employee wants to take some money home from the budget passed by their HR/finance department for holiday trip. There is no limit of pretending by their end to cut or deduct the amount for services availed.

We asked for Standby till complaint resolved on Thursday but till this moment no body approached for Standby. We contacted Your Main Engineer, Mr. Rajneesh, [protected], Mr. Harshal [protected]. Mr. Pramod: [protected]. We as organization would not purchase HCL nor recommend anybody to purchase HCL by experienced of like this.

I have given lots of interviews in your company but what I discover is that your company employees professionally are not efficient. Employees those who interviewed me were not even able to talk in English properly and were judging me. Which is fair enough as English is the bilingual language. But when I went to your company for different profession and designation. They would ask me the question out of the topic and then judge, questions made no sense tho. For the post which I was already selected by your company but due to some reasons I couldn't join, for that same position your employees just rejected me because I was better than them in communication and professionally. Specially in this sector 60 people are highly illiterate who make us wait for no reason. I'm highly MSc graduate and such illiterate people judging us on the basis of that we are better than them. This is the first time because of your company I despicable myself being an Indian as here there is no respect for humans as well as literate candidates. If they say your company is the future and developing company for the country then I regret to say that it's a big lie. I would appreciate if you would recruit a bit literate employees because in the end in this country the highly literate people are not treated well and your company is loosing good candidates. Most Unprofessional company I am worked with...never ever join HCL BPO...noting is structured. The most pathetic part is that there is no respect for an individual...if the management does not like you or if you cant oil tem they will find excuses to throw you out...rubbish organization...all incapable people sitting in higher management for years and they don't even know how to speak. hi. i am working in hcl technologies bpo services @chennai. the company timings are really weird they are asking people to work for 10 hours a day which really sucks all the energy of a human and which is against the work law which tells to work only 8 hrs a day. And moreover the pay for the employees are also less for the working hours. The most sad thing is there is no national holiday and company holiday given to employees.Company holiday calendar is there but no holidays provided people are rostered for work on that day also. Even they are not allowed to cast their votes holiday is not given on those days also, they are closing the IN gate to show company is closed but allowing people to come through OUT gate which is a national sham and even on MAY 1 there is no holiday. By working 10 hrs a day which drains out all the energy we are not able to see our family members and spend time with them. This should be asked and an proper action should be taken against this work time schedule and holiday issues.IT SHOULD BE 8 HOURS A DAY AND PROPER NATIONAL AND COMPANY HOLIDAYS INCLUDING COMPANY OFFS.
NOTE:The green coloured box is a state holiday for elections and the timing shows that people are told to work for 10 hours a day.

I thought HCL product is best till when i buy HCL V2 tab. Within 2 days i received tab display problem. When i register my complaint in HCL Touch regard that on 27 mar 14 (service order no M[protected], that they promised they will replace that tab within 15 days. But till now i didn't get replacement. When i questioned regard that to TOUCH service center, they replied your order was placed but we didn't get till now. Is this the way you treated your customer ? Do you know customer value ? Now I need the status of my query. Dear Sir, I have purachased HCL ME Tablet[protected], and in just two months of purchase thats create problem in start, connecting with wi-fi. That tablet has visited 4-5 times to company service station but every time service manager take the responsibility that it will work properly, but the problem remain the same post every visit of service center. Finally i drop an request to replacement that to new one, and after a lot of discussion and mail Baazi they agree to replace that tablet with new one with the same model. But the problem had just not ended here, that new model showing display problem and start problem, and some time manually downloaded has automatically got uninstalled. Now again i have to visited to that service center by force.and now it is heights that the center manager is saying that now company is not liable to provide replacement or Refund for the same.I hardly used that Tablet, Tablet maximum time has kept at center then my place.I request you to please take a intervention in that and please do some action against it. I served HCL for the full tenor of the Appraisal Cycle and resigned a week after the appraisal cycle finishes. I worked very hard and smart throughout the year and also got lot of appreciation all along. I got 2 back to back employee of the quarter certificates from the senior management. I was sure that I would get either of the 2 top categories for the kind of accomplishments I had in the appraisal-cycle year. But to my surprise they rated me the lowest of the rating category. This is the height of cheating your own employee. This was done merely because I have resigned from the company and only way they can eat-up my Performance Bonus is by giving me the lowest rating of all. There is No policy in the company which says that 'no performance bonus be given to employees who resigned'. So this is all the way a tactic to cheat their employees on no good ground.

sir..i got a mail from HCL TECHNOLOGIES that my resume get selected ...they told me u have to deposite the security amount for interview then we send the interview letter and ur interview on 26 of october but till i dont get such letter ...and i also deposited the security amount...now what can i do...please do needful..

sir, i purchased HCL Me Y2 tablet(S/N-512EDR000534), IMEI-[protected], trusting HCL brandname and after 4 days it started hanging . i went to the service centre situated at SEC15 noida, there installed the operating system again n again but it didnt work so they replaced my tablet with HCL Me Y2(S/N-512EDR032019), IMEI-[protected] but still the problem continues even after a number of times i visited the service centre. they keep on telling they are installing new image it would work. but it also didnt work. so i told them to replace it with another they assured me but after that they didnt communicate. i also told them my warranty is going to be over but they didnt bother. please sir help me to get my money refund . surya [protected]

I have purchesed HCl tablet online star cj alive so this tablate charge him 8 hours but Betty finish only 2 hours pl request you exchange my tablate @I hear not any one person what talk with me so speaker not good I have purchesed only 15days so pl my humble request pl receive my money back pl @customer care not responding good I call him but he says only half hour your complaine no send your pH but not send me pl pl pl pl request him back to my. i purchased HCL tab Y3 in month of September 2013. On the day of purchase there was some problem in display which when i complaint to sales point, replaced the set. just after one month the same problem occurred. i submitted my tab to the HCL service centre in kolkata. they diagnosed and found that display is broken and refused to give warranty.
i agreed to repair my tab on paid basis. but the same has not been repaired in last 42 days. i have been writing mails to there customer care and contacting them but no one is responding.

now i want compensation for the delay and all mental harrasment. i have completely lost faith on HCL as their service is pathetic and no gurantee in future such exprience will not occur.

Product Detail- HCL Tablet, Serial No- C12YCD005487. I have given this tablet to the service center and they kept it for 22 days and after that they delivered me. After 3 days again the same problem happened and I have again given it to the service center on 28th Aug 2013. But till now no solution has been made and I am not getting proper response. Please look into the matter and consider my suffering.

Dear sir, I surajmal balodiya s/o of Mr. nanagram balodiya purchased one computer from your HCL outlet whose serial number is 6133AA668399. Sir from the very second day of purchase i got the problem in the computer and I registered the complain through customer care (complain no. [protected]). The engineers from your company came and take the cpu with them and not responding it from the last 25 days. I called them regularly but not getting any proper response. My computer is in 3 years warranty period. Kindly do the needful Im really get upset. Take a proper action and execute as soon as posssible. Thanking you

Dear sir, I bought a hcl me y2 tablet from supreme the it mall of kolkata. On 12/1/2013 it's s/l number was 512edr034707.after some days it was not booted. It hanged on me logo. I went to hcl survice centre of 20 parkstreat There they upgraded the software. Next day it again hanged on me logo. Again I gone survice centre and they upgraded the software. After 6-7 times They upgraded the software then they replace it. After 27 days they gived me a new tablet and the s/l number is (512edr03079 ) . But after only 5 days it again hanged on me logo. 7-12 times I gone and they upgraded. Then they told me that we have to change the mother bord. I get this aftet 19 days. But after some days it again hanged on me logo. I gone and they upgraded it 7-8 times then they told that you have to replace it again so you mail our (hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com) sir I am verry sad please replace it. Thank you.

Dear sir- my name is Ranjit Sing I bought hcl me tablet on 12/1/2013 from kolkata. After some days I was happy to buy it but one day when I want to on , it hanged on me logo and not starting. So I went to hcl survice centre there they upgraded the upgraded the software of it. But after one day it again hanged on me logo. After 5-6 times I gone to the survice centre and upgraded the software of it. Then they desided to replace it. After 26 days I got the new one. After some days it again hanged on me logo. After 7-11 times I upgraded the software. Then they changed the mother bord of the tablet. But after two days it again hanged on me logo and now 17 th time they sugest me that you want to replace it again so you mail our (hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com) sir please replace it. THANK YOU.
