Hi Team, I hired a taxi for 4 hours on 1st July The details are as follows 750 for 4 hours . From south ext to select city = 8 km + from select city back to south ext = 8 km+ south ext to noida = 21 kms total is less than 40 kilometers + time approx 3 hours 45 minutes so it amounts to = 750 + 50 ( interstate )+ 25 ( DND ) + 25 ( parking ) = 850 However the driver charged me 970 rs stating that i have exceeded approx 9 kilometers which turned out to be fake. Even though i was aware about it however i was in a hurry at that time to argue I also called the taxi for sure to make a complain on Sunday when i wanted a taxi to select city however they told me that i will get a enquirey call in 24 hours, however i received no call which again turned out to be false being a reqular customer of taxi for sure, i want to lodge a complain againt that driver and also i want my 120 rs back I want to have actions taken and reimbursement of my money . We bought HCL ME Icon M 1034A Machine No. A111AE035960 vide Order No. 63363 dated 08.08.2012. It came with preloaded Antivirus mcafee for 3years and its accidental & handling warranty was extended for 3years. Ever Since we purchased laptop, it is not working properly with following defects like Blue screen, Non Working EC2 technology slow starting, never starting and windows encountering problem n shutdown. We got it checked also from sector 17 HCL service centre vide complaint no. [protected]. But problem remains unsolved. Now the condition is:- 1. Its very slow and when we type words, typed words can be seen on display screen after 10 seconds and same is condition of touch pad 2. It dont support any antivirus. Whenever any one is loaded, window don't starts. 3. Even Preloaded antivirus mcafee is not at all compatible and hardly reemoves any viruses. 4. When connected to wireless internet, It is the last one (Out of Present Other Devices in the Room) to connect with little or very slow speed. Since we have been delivered a defective machine, We request you to please either get the machine repaired onsight fully to our satisfaction or replace the said machine. it is regretted to inform you that hcl recruitment process is for bpo services.mr.nagesh who is hr of the company only created the cheap joke to the candidates during walk in.he judged the candidate only basis upon reading.he did not give the 5 seconds to the candidates to show their abilities.please do not do so again. and not hurt the employees to use mischief hr executives

After commencement of the tour, the team leader mailed us and said that we are going to cut the payment of 10000/- from transportation cost. We have served them more than committed services during the trip. It seems that some of the HCL employees particularly at top management employee wants to take some money home from the budget passed by their HR/finance department for holiday trip. There is no limit of pretending by their end to cut or deduct the amount for services availed.

I have given lots of interviews in your company but what I discover is that your company employees professionally are not efficient. Employees those who interviewed me were not even able to talk in English properly and were judging me. Which is fair enough as English is the bilingual language. But when I went to your company for different profession and designation. They would ask me the question out of the topic and then judge, questions made no sense tho. For the post which I was already selected by your company but due to some reasons I couldn't join, for that same position your employees just rejected me because I was better than them in communication and professionally. Most Unprofessional company I am worked with...never ever join HCL BPO...noting is structured. The most pathetic part is that there is no respect for an individual...if the management does not like you or if you cant oil tem they will find excuses to throw you out...rubbish organization...all incapable people sitting in higher management for years and they don't even know how to speak. hi. i am working in hcl technologies bpo services @chennai. the company timings are really weird they are asking people to work for 10 hours a day which really sucks all the energy of a human and which is against the work law which tells to work only 8 hrs a day. And moreover the pay for the employees are also less for the working hours. The most sad thing is there is no national holiday and company holiday given to employees.Company holiday calendar is there but no holidays provided people are rostered for work on that day also. Even they are not allowed to cast their votes holiday is not given on those days also, they are closing the IN gate to show company is closed but allowing people to come through OUT gate which is a national sham and even on MAY 1 there is no holiday. By working 10 hrs a day which drains out all the energy we are not able to see our family members and spend time with them. This should be asked and an proper action should be taken against this work time schedule and holiday issues.IT SHOULD BE 8 HOURS A DAY AND PROPER NATIONAL AND COMPANY HOLIDAYS INCLUDING COMPANY OFFS.
NOTE:The green coloured box is a state holiday for elections and the timing shows that people are told to work for 10 hours a day.

I thought HCL product is best till when i buy HCL V2 tab. Within 2 days i received tab display problem. When i register my complaint in HCL Touch regard that on 27 mar 14 (service order no M[protected], that they promised they will replace that tab within 15 days. But till now i didn't get replacement. When i questioned regard that to TOUCH service center, they replied your order was placed but we didn't get till now. Is this the way you treated your customer ? Do you know customer value ? Dear Sir, I have purachased HCL ME Tablet[protected], and in just two months of purchase thats create problem in start, connecting with wi-fi. That tablet has visited 4-5 times to company service station but every time service manager take the responsibility that it will work properly, but the problem remain the same post every visit of service center. Finally i drop an request to replacement that to new one, and after a lot of discussion and mail Baazi they agree to replace that tablet with new one with the same model. But the problem had just not ended here, that new model showing display problem and start problem, and some time manually downloaded has automatically got uninstalled. Now again i have to visited to that service center by force.and now it is heights that the center manager is saying that now company is not liable to provide replacement or Refund for the same.I hardly used that Tablet, Tablet maximum time has kept at center then my place.I request you to please take a intervention in that and please do some action against it. I served HCL for the full tenor of the Appraisal Cycle and resigned a week after the appraisal cycle finishes. I worked very hard and smart throughout the year and also got lot of appreciation all along. I got 2 back to back employee of the quarter certificates from the senior management. I was sure that I would get either of the 2 top categories for the kind of accomplishments I had in the appraisal-cycle year. But to my surprise they rated me the lowest of the rating category. This is the height of cheating your own employee. This was done merely because I have resigned from the company and only way they can eat-up my Performance Bonus is by giving me the lowest rating of all. There is No policy in the company which says that 'no performance bonus be given to employees who resigned'. So this is all the way a tactic to cheat their employees on no good ground.

sir, i purchased HCL Me Y2 tablet(S/N-512EDR000534), IMEI-[protected], trusting HCL brandname and after 4 days it started hanging . i went to the service centre situated at SEC15 noida, there installed the operating system again n again but it didnt work so they replaced my tablet with HCL Me Y2(S/N-512EDR032019), IMEI-[protected] but still the problem continues even after a number of times i visited the service centre. they keep on telling they are installing new image it would work. but it also didnt work. so i told them to replace it with another they assured me but after that they didnt communicate. i also told them my warranty is going to be over but they didnt bother. please sir help me to get my money refund . surya [protected]

I have purchesed HCl tablet online star cj alive so this tablate charge him 8 hours but Betty finish only 2 hours pl request you exchange my tablate @I hear not any one person what talk with me so speaker not good I have purchesed only 15days so pl my humble request pl receive my money back pl @customer care not responding good I call him but he says only half hour your complaine no send your pH but not send me pl pl pl pl request him back to my. i purchased HCL tab Y3 in month of September 2013. On the day of purchase there was some problem in display which when i complaint to sales point, replaced the set. just after one month the same problem occurred. i submitted my tab to the HCL service centre in kolkata. they diagnosed and found that display is broken and refused to give warranty.
i agreed to repair my tab on paid basis. but the same has not been repaired in last 42 days. i have been writing mails to there customer care and contacting them but no one is responding.

now i want compensation for the delay and all mental harrasment. i have completely lost faith on HCL as their service is pathetic and no gurantee in future such exprience will not occur.
