I have bought an HCL ME V1 tablet
Which was delivered under very bad performance so i have given it in the authorized service center
It has been 43 days since the product has not been serviced
When i approached service center they just give hcl call center number and none will be responsible for it.

My name is parvez and i am from new delhi (south).i am a teacher in engineering college. My salary is not so handsome but still i bought a gift for my younger brother from HCL...it is HCL Tablet ME U1.

After 2 months i realised that neither it charge nor its wifi is working properly. so i visit HCL service centre at nehru place. they keep my tablet for a month..i waited too long to gt my tablet..when i recieved it i retured it to my brother...after a month later...he found the same problem again..its charging problem and wifi problem. then again i visited service centre.

Now this time they keep the tablet for 2 month and after that they were saying that they will issue me a DOA letter so that i can recieve the new tablet..so that time i was not having the bill and warrenty card so they said come with these things and they will issue..after a month later i visit the serive center with bill and waarenty card. they keep it and said , come after a week..so i visited after a week, but they didnt issue the DOA letter..so they were ignoring again and again and wasted my time...finally they didnt issue but they gave my tablet and fixed its problem unproperly... after 2 3 days the same problem occured...what should i do now..they are neither responding nor fixing the problem..the manager was so rude, he didnt talk properly.

my tablet has only a month warranty.

Its not fair sir.

please do something i am so tired from thier behavior and responce.

I had purchased a HCLme tablet(v1) from luxmi nagar delhi on 27th jan 2013. From day one this tablet not working properly. Its sim was not working,secondly USB Port is not working and whenever u r working it hang and not responding and u have to reboot it.I have submitted it at their service center at vikash marg on 10th may 2013.But until now apart of my calls at their service center and customer care they are not responding please tell me wht I can do my 8000Rs which I have spent for my kids are now lost . I think if their product is not working they have to stop it. this type of products are not expected from abrand like HCL. Now I want a new tablet or a credit note so i can use my money.

Avoid buying HCL Tablets they are worst nor reliable, always hanging and non functional, its a curse on tablets if its HCL.

Today (26-Apr-2013 i was get a call from Fortune Placement Consultancy from the number of [protected] at on 12:45 PM, for IT Job in HCL company. She was using very rough language. I can if i want to complain to the police (F.I.R), but I will not.
So i'm requesting to Fortune Placement CEO or Head firstly you have to provide a communication and talking behavioral training to your employee and after that call to your consumer.

I purchased a HCL ME TABLET from Ranchi on 8th March (Invoice No. CCPL/2012-13/13967) and soon after that I started facing hanging and software proble. Initailly I could not understand the actual problem an kept using the same. When I realised that it is not supporting many softwares.games etc, i sent a mail to customer care and I was told to get the software upodated from service center. I handedover TAB on 30th March at Service Cenetr at Ranchi. I was told a week time for software update and that there is some problem in motherborad.

After that I am regularly folowing up for status of the TAB but neither service center is giving any update nor cusormer service team. I am sending regular mail at [protected]@hcl.com and [protected]@hcl.com. But still not got and positive feedback.

service center has given 4 times wrong commitment regarding handover of the problem. But not yet got my repaired TABLET.

Most surprisingly, eevn after so many escalations, no one is trying to resolve and revert back or talk to me. Everytime I am contacing them.

This is a pathetic sevice and I seems to get folled after purchasing tghe tablet.

Kindly help.

Issue: Device hang. Not working anymore after starts/restarts it. It is major problem and my device is stopped working major times, not event it works 3 days continuously after purchasing. I need the DO latter from your end as i have already visited service center around 5 times. They repaired me every time but just after few hours it stopped working. Looks like OS problem or hardware problem. Kindly provide me the DO latter as soon as possible as i am android developer and loosing my business without device.. I have purchased this tablet pc on 08/03/13, and finds it to be cheap sbstandard faulty product the moment started using it, it has a white dot on its lcd screen a mfg. defect and the tablet heats up, shuts down and keeps on making and deleting thumbnail of media on its sd cards most the time making other apps non responsive and drain battery making tab unusable so I write a complaint to customer care and they respond after four days and adviced to visit the dealer to replace tab with new one as per companies policey if defect is identified in seven days of purchase, so i visited the dealer sahni communication, janakpuri, from where I have bought the tab who asked me to handover tab with all the accessories for replacement with new one then after two hours he returned the same tab saying distributor has refused to replace the tab despite of mail from their customer care to replace , I think HCL is cheating customer with faulty sub standard product and not providing after sales support

An employee named Sourabh Sharma had sent me a mail named with reference as HCL technologies India on 9th march,2013 stating that my profile had been selected from Monster and Timesjobs for Direct Recruitment's Offer in HCL.For that i had to visit Bangalore Corporate Office of HCL for the Interview on 16th march,2013 and for that i had to deposit a security deposit of Rs 6725/- in an account named Ankit Joshi MD a/c no[protected] in any of the Canara Bank in my city.I had deposited that amount in their account that day itself.They had stated that they would send the gate pass and the train tickets for the journey whenever i deposit cash and send them an acknowledgement regarding the same.As stated,i did those formalities.I had been told that i would receive that things through D.T.D.C courier within 2-3 days but i didn't receive anything tilll now i.e 14th march,2013.So for this,I had called up at Bangalore Corporate office of HCL , from where, i came to know that no such direct recruitment offer was existing and that mail were fake.I even tried calling up that guy named sourabh sharma on the contact number given but no-one answered my call.I even have that copy of the money deposited slip with me which is attached with this content.So i request you to please sort out this matter so that i would get mt deposit back as early as possible.

HCL Technologies has recruited 5000 candidates last year 2012. All of these candidates are going to loss their freshers tag in few months , since new batch is going to come . Still we candidates were not disclosed with their Date of joining . It has passed 7 months , still asking people to wait for joining date .For publicity they are recruiting people and conducting walkin and off campus . They are showing profit for every quarterly . Please help us to get joining date or provide some guidelines to face HCL Technologies in legal procedure . Looking for a solution .
