    I gave a order for HCL ME Tablet X1 Kit (with tata photon*, 16GB memory card,. (order no. 49369). BY Currier I have take only my tablet on dated 21 march 2012 ,but after one month you have not give my 16GB memory card to me .I have complaint many time for HCL costumer cell but they can’t take any action about this.Please solve my complain and give me my 16 gb memory card as soon as possible.

      I work with HCL for a period of six months and resigned because of some health and family issues on
      August 2006 , I was not in a position that time to serve the notice period or norms mentioned in offer letter if an employee wanted to leave, I was out of country for some time and received some court notice last day about recovery of advance payment and notice period, any one faced the same issue and please let me know on how I can settle this

          There was some Assured gifts (Free Reebok Track Suit+Reebok shoes+3 yr. Mcafee anti) which still i have not received yet.

          i have registered all the details on www.hclstore.in/claim_offer on 12 dec 2011. I have received the confermation mail, my all the documents are verified and i will get these gifts within 45 days but now more then 100 days has passed. i have called so many times on [protected]-65 and i always get the same response dispatching in on going. I have called on 16 feb 2012 on no [protected] the person was informed me your track suit and shoes size is not available, i have asked the date and time when i will get those gifts, than he replied if you cant wait that collect your gifts from head office noida....and banngged the phone down.


          I also went to the dealer shop SSDN infosolution nehru place but now those people are totally changed, they are not ready to entertain me any more...this is a clear fraud with thousands of people....please provide me the next course of action against SSDN infosolution nehru place.

            i am one of the contract employee in hcl technologies ltd. I am a B.E graduate they were taking me as a testing engineer . but they treat as a labour for packing and office boy. They providing salary only 4000/-. So be aware about that. they are not giving response for us.

              I had purchase HCL Me Tablet from Online. I received on 3rd or 4th March, now the thing is that the touch screen was sometimes working and sometimes it was not responding. I try for online complain but it is shown non hcl product due to it is not registered. 11th March I called to Costumer Care and I explain that calibration problem in my Tablet, he suggested me contact our Ahmedabad office.

              My wife went the HCL centre,Navrangpura as per suggested from customer care to shown the problem. They also admit that replacement required, but they are not providing new seal-pack Product. Then she talk regarding this problem to customer-care,they give her to Complain No: [protected].and asked to mail at customer care Id-hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com.

On 7th of march , I had registered the complain through on line service from hcl site , support portal, unfortunately i have not received any response for the same and complaint No. also.

              On 11th march yesterday I had made a complain again through your toll free No.[protected] and spoke with operator and from their also I had not received any complain request No. They suggested to approach HCL- Ahmedabad branch located at Navrangpura.

              Today, On 12th march Monday I carried the product to HCL centre, they also admit that replacement required, but they are not providing new pettipack Product, we need a new totally unused(brand new) product as we have made complete payment in advance and the product what we received is defective.

              Kindly let me know how fast I will receive the replacement.

              HCL — Screen and registering problem

              Sir,
              I have bought a HCL laptop model no. B-24 B-2419 in October 2008. But there is a problem in the screen. There are permanent dots on the screen. At starting there was only one but it had become three. I don't know what to do? Another problem is that it is not detecting the wireless adapter. Third problem is that I am unable to register it on the HCL support service. It is saying that the registration number is invalid. Please reply me about this. Because the local HCL service center is not responding well.

              H.C.L Computers — Non replacement of faulty speakers

              Dear Sir,
              Kindly refer to my complaint of 15.1.2008 attended by Mr. Amandeep on 16.01.2008 (call i.d. No.19698). The engineer attending the complaint had interalia recorded a note that "Spk-800 S/B need to be replaced as soon as possible."
              Then the warranty was extended for 2 years on 18.01.2008 vide invoice No.ACLNDSRV[protected] on 24.01.2008 by Aforeserve.com Ltd. On my complaint, same engineer again visited on 25.05.2008 (call i.d. No.34409). It was again reported that the Spkr. 800 not working and the speakers complaint is pending since 16/01/2008. Again a complaint was lodged on 14th Oct., 2008 about long pending complaint about the Speakers ( vide Complaint No.14AO80163 ) then some other engineer Mr. Sanju came but speakers were not changed even this time. I have now recorded a complaint with the customer care that HCL speakers 800 may be got replaced as this complaint has been pending since 16.01.2008.
              It is earnestly requested that needful action may be taken to get the faulty speakers replaced at the earliest I have once again lodged a complaint on 6th Dec., 2008 ( vide No.06C080067) and reminded on 23.12.08; 02.01.2009; 18.01.2009;10.02.2009 and on 13.02.2009 but my complaint has not been attended so far.

              i have buy a hcl desktop computer from the shop dynamics technologies, which is located in sector-3 rohini delhi 110085. And at the same time i buy the speakers ... and i never tried my head phones to do anything...With my computer i have got 1 year warranty.. but i have extended this warranty to 2 more years...and now the problem is when i tried my head phones to listen music they are not working properly...

              i have purchased a computer on 6/12/2010 it has warranty of 3 years from date of purchasing .               Now, i am facing a new issue with my HCL ME U1 tablet that sometime its hang and screen is black even battery is charged, not response anything. For this, i have to reset the tablet, after that its start.

              Now, what is the new problem i am facing.

              I was told you earlier that I have able to download the whatsapp application in my tablet but after installation, when I click on "Agree and Continue" it’s showing me error message that it is not supportable to this tablet"



              You were also advising me to visit HCL service centre and they will update the software however how it help to run the application.

              I have better solution for this that your representative collects the HCL tablet from me and give by money back. I am really frustrated with this table. I have purchase on 10 Feb 2013, almost 20 days before and you are advising me to visit the service center, this is a service provided by HCL company that after purchase a thing from HCL, YOU HAVE TO VISIT SEVIRCE CENTRE. I have heard this thing first time.

              Please if you have a better solution then call or email me, not for your experiments. This is my request to solve my issue or I have to take some action that HCL company is cheat me. “Tell something and sell something” to me.

              Thanks for the update, but i have also try to download Whats app application from www.Slideme.org, site. The good thing, its download and bad thing, after download when i have clicked on :Agree and Continue" its shows a error that " its is not supportable to this tablet"



              Really i feel that i have take a wrong decision to purchase HCL U1 model, and HCL salesman also cheat to sell and told its a best and their features. There are many application which is not supportable on this.



              HCL has provide Android operating system and android application is not supportable and HCL Me has their different HCL ME market which is also not supportable.



              I have not only concern with what app application, there is skype also and some many...



              Please suggest me what will i do with this tablet which is not useful for me. I feel that i have cheated by HCL company.

              Dear,
              I had given a HCL Y2 Tablet at your station 'BIX Computers' in ahmedabad on 20/03/2013 and till today they have not repaired it. And in the mean while when ever I called them up for the status they always say that they have sent it for DAO process. Then after I have called your customer service center twice, on the first instant they told me that they have talked to Mr Jagathnath and he promised me to get the issue resolved in 1week but it has been more than 2weeks now from that talk but yet the issue is still pending at your end.
              On the second instance the customer care guy asked me to write this email. So I am writing this email with the attachment of Invoice copy and Service station Job Card copy.

              To further enlighten you people I purchased this Tablet on 15/02/2013 only and this problem of not getting started from a month of the purchase. I had already given this for service at Bix Computers on 17/03/2013 and the returned me it on 19/03/2013 but same problem of starting happened again on the same night of 19th.

              After this I have called Mr Jagathnath 15 times but he had never picked up my call.

              The below mail clearly states your response time to be one day but I think that for HCL and people working there its more than 312 hours till now i.e HCL's 24 Hours = more than 312 hours of mine. Even your service head Mr Jagathnath as told by Ankita from customer care, does'nt pick up the phone even after 15 calls in this course of the event. And same is the case with Mr Kishore too.

              And there is more than 12 emails from my end but not a single response from HCL. I presume thats probaly unprofessionality is yours professionality.

              So, there is a serious problem of quality and service and people hireing at your end and I request HCL to refund my money for the same as per the Invoice with interest component of the invoice value till the date of resolution.

              Attachment of Invoice and Service Centre Job card contains all the detail you will require for refund.

              After making four visit to store for recovery of faulty product, they always said the parts are not available with us, it will be arranged and will inform you accordingly.

              last time when i have visit to Touch Service Centre, they said they will take another 7 days to deliver the product.

              It's seems the HCL not taking care of after sales services to their products.

              In future I am not buying or recommending to buy HCL products.

              You are requested to kindly instruct to your service centre to rectify the defects in my product at earliest.

              my hcl me tablet is giving problem i.e. earphone is not working, charging pin also not working. At the time of purchase the tablet is having complaint. I approached IVEL Technologies, Yousufguda (authorised service centre), they told that it is having problem, it needs to change the mother board. They kept the tablet for nearly 2 months for getting repair. On receipt of the spare part from M/s HCL technologies they replaced and handedover to me. Again it is getting problems i.e. earphone is not working, charging pin also not working. I visited IVEL Technologies, but the service centre has been changed to another place, where they shifted nobody is telling nearby shops, they did not display board also. I searched in internet for IVEL Technologies address but my efforts are proved to be futile. Please inform where is the service centre of HCL me tablets in Hyderabad.

                Dear Sir,

                I bought this HCL Tablet AM7-A1 , code- 311dev000592 on the 1/2/12 but since then not a single day did I use my tablet properly.I have already been to the service centre thrice for getting it repaired but of no avail and moreover the service centre is far away from our place so again it takes half my day to do this job.The model shows that we can use it as a phone also but neither does it detect any sim card inserted nor does it gets connected to the wifi network.
                We have spent Rs 15500 for this device but it seems that all my money has been drained. The HCL company is generating illegal revenue from selling such faulty products without any proper technical service center.I think we should put a stop to this kind of business making companies whose only idea is to fool their customers.
                Please help me to resolve this problem and instruct HCL to either replace my product or return my money.

                  Beware of HCL Technologies.Excecise great caution before joining HCL.
                  They may CHEAT job seekers!!!. In the offer letter they specifiy that Notice period in case of Resignation is 2 months.But when you put paper they will only release you after 3 months.They will say that policy Changed

                  So take informed decision before joining.The HR management of HCL is very unehical and they will cheat people Once you Join the company.

                    Hi i have bought kodak mini 200 from E-Zone Pune , photos come with a dark spot on screen from the first day o[censored]se. E-zone directed me to go HCL infosystem Pune to report the problem as they are authorized service center for Kodak.

                    At HCL infosystems pune Viman Nagar customer service is a harassment as he asked me for a ID proof photo copy if I am the authentic buyer of that product. Once he gave check to camera he said camera has been damaged and no warranty applies to it , and now it is a chargeable repair.

                    There is whatsoever so marks on the camera which suggest that its damaged, and hardly been used for single day. When I told them that I not going to pay for anything and I am going to report it to Kodak , the reply was that we are HCL and we have nothing to do with Kodak. HCL infosystem only registers complain for HCL products. So i have no escalation matrix online , and dont want to run around every office of HCL for escalation like 1960s.

                        this is regarding the HCL computer which i bought and i service which i got is really frustrating from last 2years even its under extended warrenty till 2505/2012 i never got a good
                        service even once this computer is only for home use so its been use very rarely then also its not working properly i am going to dump this computer and will never go for HCL even will not suggest any one in my network to use HCL products
                        i[censored] people can do something then get this issue fix for me its my 14 or 15 time that i am complaining for issue

                            I'am Bhawna currently working with on of the reputed company seeking another job.On 14.Dec.2011 I got a call from [protected]. He introduced himself as HR of HCL Technologies Noida, and ask me weather I'am interested in working with HCL Technologies and had all the details of mine.I do not know whether he get all the details.

                            . Mr. Karan Thakur is the person who is conducting all the recruitment and ask me to pay 10000 Rs. as a recruitment security fund. The account number on which ask me to send money is[protected].

                            The profile very lucrative, that any one in my field get trapped into it and as a result I have transfered 10000 Rs. on 14.Dec.2010. after that he stop picking up phone..

                            I had even complain in HCL Technologies and had a word with Mr.Urmandeep Singh who is territory manager but i do not know whether they will take action or not.
                            At that time, every thing got cleared to me. And I understood that it is noting but only a scam.

                            I got very much disappointed.

                            Please look into the matter and suggest me how to get 10000 Rs. back and send this type of bloody peoples like Karan Thakur behind bar.

                              a problem occurred in my hcl me laptop and i complain about it to the customer care of Hcl ,respect of it an engineer came to visit my home on 11th of November,2011...and he found my hard disk was malfunctioned.He took my hard disk for replacement as my hard disk is in warranty period .my complain id is [protected].
                              generally if a hard disk damaged with in Warranty period it will totally replaced by a new one instantly,but i called them and they gave me information that they need a period of 15 days to replace any part and they told me that is their rule.
                              but after 15 days i called many times to their customer care and also technical department section for inquiry, they always assure me that they will give my hard disk with in 3 days.
                              but still now i am not receive my hard disk ...it hampers my work and also my time...it irritate me totally.This is the first time that i m face such a worst service with this HCL .

                              So,i m request you to please take proper steps against them so that i received my hard disk as soon as possible.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My HCL monitor still in warrantry period was not functioning properly for quite sometime. I had made a complaint over telephone on 15th October, 2011. Problem with the monitor was that two vertical lines were constantly appearing on the display. In response to the complaint, one of company's representatives Mr. Ravi Sain came on 17th October, 2011 and took the monitor with him for servicing vide receipt no. 63843 and call ID [protected]. He assured that the needful will be done and monitor will be returned within ten days. Now nearly two months have passed but I have still not received my monitor. Whenever I enquire on company's customer care, the response I get is, my call is kept on hold for long time and the customer care representatives look for one excuse or another. They never give firm reply that the monitor would be ready by a particular date.
