We received 5 HCL systems from Impulse Micro Electronics PVT. LTD. Aliganj, Lucknow via invoice no. - IMPL/SL/571/09-10 dated[protected] with the configuration Intel Core 2 Duo.
The Problem is this that one of the system is not working...

I already sent a complaint that plz change my HCL WIZ PACK CD as cd u sent with the desktop is not working and i need it very urgent .

I worked in HCL for 26-Dec-2005 to 31-Mar-2011 and my Employee Code was 40155688. I have served more than 5 year of tenure but when I requested for PF withdrawl they have deducted around 67000 Rs. as Tax amount. I know, there is no tax on PF if you serve more than 5 years in a company but people are directing to one another for responses.

I am frustrated with their responses and donot know how to get my money back....

i perched my hcl me laptop on 26 of jan 2011.After some time i am facing problam with there battery.i complan for it on 8th of july 2011.they told me an engg visit at my place in 48 hr but no one come.than contect them again and again them he come on 16 of july and pick my battery.he tolb me he give me a new battery on 18 th july but he did not come.than i contect to the service center the told me...

sir , i have submitted complaint 2 times on consumer compalint forum against HCL computer and tech. My RAM was malfunctioning so an engineer has taken it for replacement but from last two months they took no notice about this concern. i am unable to complete my urgent project.if they will not notice that complaint then i have to turn consumer court. this is last time when i m registering complaint.

I have registered for HCNP course in AUGUST 2008...The course got completed in DECEMBER 2010. But till now I haven't got my certificate.
I went around 50 times to their office from my busy schedule ...
I can't understand how can one certificate of only 2 year course in hclcdc agra . can take 6 - 7 months to reach to me..I feel...

i bought it from 2 month ago,but its problem still on , i gave it to service centre 2 times, product have over heat problem < when i chage i also over warmm, it have also software problame, application stpe in middle..... the problem stats in 20 days when i purchese,...

I've bought HCL EZEEBEE PC ( Product Code: AZ001088, M/C Sr. No.: 9087AZ066465 ) on 24.11.08. From 06.05.11, monitor picture was partially viewing and Image control was not working. I've lodged complaint to the company on May 9, 2011 about this.
But I've compelled to write that their customer service is worst among all other companies. I've lodge complaint a month ago, but they don't send any representative....

I received this mail on 6 June 2011 and was contacted on phone to deposite Rs 7825/- ,SBI A/c No. [protected],in the name of MD SHAMSHAD - HRD . Amount was deposited with SBI after that .So, called Mr. ARPIT CHATERJEE (Mob . No. - [protected]) informed that i will be getting confirmation mail
and interview letter lattest by Monday . After that this man is not picking up the phone.
Concerned authorities are requested to look...
