I have some problem in the functioning of keyboard of my HCL Laptop. I contact the HCL persons and they kept my Laptop for almost 2 weeks. They told me that Keyboard need to be replaced but Stock of keyboards is not there. They assured me that they will contact me as soon as Keyboard will be there. Now almost a month has been passed and there is no call from their side. I am highly disaapointed by this attitude of HCL people....

there r 2 problems with my hcl notebook b28 c2d laptop.

one is :i have installed ubuntu os but when i starts it ,it displays me loading screen n after that it will get hanged every time.there is no movement ferther.

Well, I'd bought the hcl leaptop model k 28 whose serial no. is A074AX175330 laptop around one and a half year before.there was some problem in laptop due to which the battery of the laptop was not getting charged. Moreover the light on the charger was also blinking.So i took the laptop to all the way to HCL Authorized Service Centre:

I was asked to resign from company on sudden without any official intimation or prior notice.

last time a send a laptop for service at jammu there was a minor fault the laptop on/off switch wasnt working properly i got that laptop after many rounds at service centre at logic computers jammu after 2 months same case is now running i send laptop at service centre jammu before 1 and a half month and they send it to chandigarh...
