Sir, I bought 3 laptop from hcl in winter carniwal offer from ortech systems metupalayam, I bought all the 3 for my customers . in that there is no problem in getting the gift from hcl. For Remaining one laptop I cannot collect the gift from the hcl for more then 4 to 5 months.

I was supplied those 3 laptop to my corporate customer. On because of that gift pending for one laptop till date I am not able to collect the total payment arount 90000/R.S .. And the relationship between me and the customer gets spoiled and the customer think that I was stolen one that gift.

For this gift I follow from ortech to delhi hcl winter carniwal team head, but no reply and I am not able to collect it.

I send all the documents as they ask in an single cover and I send courier to them, they received the documents and send 2 gifts safely with out any problem,

But the 3rd one is giving me mega trouble . they told that they are not receive any documents. How it will happened . I send all the 3 laptop documents in an single cover and I got 2 gifts with out any problem, regarding this process of collecting that gift from hcl I spend nearly 1000 rupees for telephone and my valuable time for more then 4 to 5 months.

If you are not able to help in this then I cannot get payment from my customer,
I spoke with chandrasekar sir and jenifer madam about this more then 10 to 20 times. But they are also not able to arrange it.

The laptop serial number which I need the gift is

It was register in the name of amirtham.

I went to hcl online and find its status, its always showing that documents not received , what I do to in this issue.

Is it my mistake that I bought your hcl laptop or my customer mistake who trust me.
I become very hot and helpless and tension in this issue.

Just now I am start growing in my life. I lost 90000/.. in this on because of this gift.

I request you to help me in this, I am begging you sir,,,

I have an final option that I go to shop and buy that gift and I will give it to my customer and collect my amount,

I've submitted original bills along with computerised receipt for the hospitalisation. Our company is insisting for pre-numbered cash receipt mentioning that medi-assist needs this. I fail to understand why the health insurance company is not believing a signed computerised cash receipt which is sequentially numbered by the system but asking for a manully prepareped pre-numbered receipt.

Can any patient be relieved from hospital without settling the bills? If the verification is needed, the company as well as health insurance can very well verify with hospital. It has been becoming a pain claimining the hospitalisation or with medi-assist through HCL though we pay the premium from our CTC. I've even asked on why I should not opt out not to get covered with this sort of insurance so that employees can take care of their insurance independantly since company is not paying the insurance from their source. the answer was not positive. So it is a waste to pay premium and waste in using productive time for giving explanations for genuine hospitalisation expenses.

Hi,

This is regarding a CCNA course for which i enrolled in HCL CDC Noida. They took the complete amount from me and said that my classes will start from Monday. After that started to postpone it for around three months. i kept calling some times it was timing problem some time the trainer was ill. finally i joined somewhere else as certification was really important for me. and on contacting HCL CDC counsellors and managers. They say we cant refund the money as we are ISO company and we dont have a policy for Refund. i have the reciepts , but they just have one answer . Do what you want money cant be refunded. i dont know why such a big company like HCL is dying for some amount and i dont know know how to handle this and how to proceed to get the amount back. please hep and advise on the same.

I have an HCL laptop, i format it & used xp when motherboard softwares are all installed including realtek audio driver .when i played music on winamp it shows bad driver failure error & the same music is played in VLC, without any sound it plays completely.I checked on device manager it doesn't realtek in it
& I also checked on sound device it shows "no audio device", but in add or remove program it indicates realtek software is installed.

i have purchased a laptop from hcl. and it is totaly waste, i go to service center of hcl in gurgaon at udyog vihar and meet to Mr. Vijay andi gave them laptops and complaint that it is giving blue dump errors and its bluetooth is not working and we cant install windows on it easily due to blue screen errors. and he assured me that they will change its hard disk and will return it to me within 7 days and given me a receipt.
and after 7 days , i keep calling him and they did not respond to me some times and some times when he pick my call he said that it will take some time and approx. 15 days later , he returned my laptop by saying that they have replaced its hard disk and bluetooth is fine now. I replied ok. and then after 3-4 days it again start giving same errors and when i call him , he did not pick my call and one more thing that i will like to disclose that their delhi customer care/call center department never pick calls. i called them many times but they dont pick and phone no.s of service center of ludhiana, are not working. please help me. or contact me on [protected] thanks

i bought a HCL p38 leaptop 6 months back. Evrything is fine with that laptop but i did not got any drivers CD from the dealer. Now i am doing my master's in UK. Now my OS is corrupted and i dont have drivers with me. Even there is no access to download it from company's website. I dont have any other option except giving a complaint about the website. i have purchased one hcl notebook k21 pdc and also one accounting package "busy" with security dongle.

i am using xp/ with 4 nos o[censored]sb ports. but the dongle is not detected at any of the usb ports. however other usb accessories are well working fine.

i have trying to find out the exact problem - the same dongle is working in another compaq laptop. i have tried using another dongle of the same make but that to dose not work.

This letter is to bring into your notice that we have purchased a computer in the month of August from HCL Infosystems Ltd.. but After few days we found that the computer gets switched off automatically after continuous working duration of half to 1 hour.

We wrote complain & serviceman came from the company but the same problem existed after his visit. we have filed complaint again on 12th September with the complain no.[protected] . but no action has been made till now by the company.

I bought a HCL laptop named "HCL LEAPTOP U39 CTD" in july 2009. In october 2009 lines started to appear on the screen after which the service center repaired it after 1 month. After that the lines started to appear again in dec'09. I have reported again about it but no action has been taken till date. I am a b.tech student and a lot of project work needs to be done on the laptop.
I am not satisfied with the performance of the laptop at all as its "LCD" HAS dysfunctioned twice since purchase of laptop. I want my laptop to be replaced and not repaired as soon as possible or be given 2 years extended warranty.
If an action is not taken at the earliest I would have no option left but to give a petition in the consumer court.
