Hello sir/madam i had been purchased your hcl p3848 hcl me leaptops and when on purhasing it there was an offer of nokia set and smething reebook track suit and it wiil be sent within fifteen days of time it was said but today is the 31st day and till now i haven"t recieved any gift hampers from ull mt date of registration was on 14/12/2009 at 4:30 p.m so after waiting for an prolonged time now i am registrating my complaint so ull please verify it and send me the gift hampers

Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been four months since my purchase, that i am using the HCL
ME laptop. No wonder it is the best product one could possibly have. I am greatly satisfied with its performance and features. But i am really disappointed with the delay of receiving the gift hampers(a nokia handset and a reebok t-shirt). I was told that i would be receiving them latest by 20th jan (My purchase date being on 2nd Jan). But unfortunately that didn't happen.
I shall be very grateful if you kindly look into the matter and do something
about it immediately. My Serial number is - A094AX144591.

    Vikrant Electronics — False commitments made

    Hi,
    I recently bought a brand new Godrej room AC from Vikrant Electronics showroom situated at Old Delhi gurgaon road near Raj Cinema. The salesperson Mr. Vikrant himself was such a big liar, he told us that the AC has a 5 star BEE rating, and has a Hitachi compressor. Both of these things are actually not true. When I complained to him about the same, he said that rating is there and would be effective from May onwards only. And as far as the compressor is concerned he completely denied that he ever said that it has a hitachi compressor.

    He said that he will not take back the AC as it has been used.

    I have already complained to Godrej about the same and i am about to go to consumer court against the Dealer.

    I got a mail few days ago about the interview in "HCL infosystem limited" about the recruitment and my interview is on 21st oct and i suppose to submit Rs.5250 in the name Mr.SAHIL KUMAR.His account is in union bank and the account number is [protected].I went to bank and did the same as i ws told to do.The guy who sent me mail he told me he is HCL company "HR",i ws in regular contact with him with the phone no. provide that is "Contact HR No. – [protected]."

    On the final day on 21st and a day before sachin's phone was switched off i didn't understood what to do then somebody told me to search HCL COMPANY'S phone number on google.I did the same and when i spoke to them they said there is no interview overthere.I was shocked because Rs.5250 matters much to me please help me out...i attach here the mail that was sent to me......I'll vigourosly wait for ur reply.

    I too received the same mail today on 5th non, 2009. how can a reputed co. send me a common mail addressing "dear applicant" and not my name if they hav shortlisted. more over they hav specified the last date for security deposit money as 4th nov. i called up manish bansal. He said that the hr dept. has decided to extend the time to 1.00pm today. jst imagine i got the mail today morning and they r expecting me to drop 6800rs within 1.00pm. moreover the way he speaks ...u'll notice that it does not sound like a corporate.
    i m a student. First of all, i need sum time to get those 7000 bucks. and do u think hcl will ask for such a huge sum jst for an interview process?
    then, the mail...its full of grammatical mistakes..i am sure i write a better letter than that person.

    guys i think this is kind of a fraud.I[censored] hav 'money' then go for it. I[censored] hav 'hard earned' money then drop it...there r other opportunities.

    I also recieved the same mail. It is completely a fraud. Somebody is playing a big game in order to get money from us.
    Also their are lot of spelling mistakes in the mail. And any reputed company like HCL can't make such stupid mistakes in the offer letter.

    When called the above said number and asked whether they plan to take in +2 finished students, They said they surely take, and told to deposit in ICICI bank, but in the mail it is said SBI, Then I asked bout the salary and for it he said the above said salary+incents.. SURELY THIS IS A SPAM, not even any mail or web contact with HCL tech is provided in the email. Do take necessary actions before someone gets trapped in this.

    Like all of you, I too had recieved this e-mail, that mentioned about job interview and the requirement of payment of RS 6800/- through HDFC Bank. I got suspicious and called up Customer Care no at HCL Technologies, Kolkata for confirmation. Thanks to the person who responded to my call immediately by stating that "HCL TECHNOLOGIES never accept money during INTERVIEW Process and never believe in any mail other than company's official email account like [protected]@company.co.in". I was wondering, how these fraud groups target the jobless Indian citizen by using the names of IT Giant like HCL TECHNOLOGIES. So, it's all about what I had stated. THINK ATLEAST TWICE BEFORE YOU ACT. Best of luck to everyone who are looking for the new job.

    Please inform me is this from HCL Technologies or it is a fake one.
    On HCL website i read about " Beware of Fraudulent Recruiters " that's why i have a confusion.

    i too got it. am sure its fake ... i called up the person and he spoke really fast. he said his employment id was 115311.
    1. the english is really bad in the mail ... which is not expected from an MNC.
    2. no use of generic mail ids.
    3. account is personal account and not the company's account .

    i think its not only the sole responsibility of hcl to look after them, because each and every time, they can change their ip addresses so no use of blocking them.its our responsibility to search for the reality before making any such payments.

    The best way to check authenticity of recruitment mails is via the ID from which it is sent. it should have domain "Company NAme", for e.g. [protected]@hcl.in

    In this case all mails have come from gmail.com which is purely fake.

    Mail received on 30.12.2009 to deposite security amount Rs. 6865- in SBI acoount on 31.12.2009 for interview on 16.01.2010 at Bangolore. I have deposited this amount in mentioned SBI account but till date no letter received by me.

    last night abt 1.30AM I got the same mail, here was given shortest time to diposite monney, since I was not enough money for deposite so I was thinking whole night abt this mail whether I ll sent money or not.If yes then to whom I ll ask such amount of money, so its made me restless, then I visited the google to know more detail about the company also about the senior HRD to whom I ll sent the cash in his A/c.but fortunately I got the detail infoamation abt this fake mail.Thanx a lot that I didn't send the money.

    Yes i accept it. I also get a sms to my cell. They give pressure to me to pay a deposit amount in bank. So pls dont believe all those things... Be careful and trust them as quickly as possible.

    I got this mail (below) for direct interview in Hcl through its HR (Executive) on 29th march who demanded Rs. 7,165/- as refundable amount. But, till today i didnt get any reply and even there is no reply to my call.
    I think they have cheated me. Please take severe action towards them.

    Fake mail on the name of PNB — Beware of fake mail from related to bank

    Hello Guys,

    Now days i am getting some fake mail related to bank. Always these mail will be asked our logging detail or our bank account details.
    Firstly, they will make one fake website layout (which will be same as particular bank), then they will ask to give your bank detail like login information or bank account details.

    i want to aware all of you that be careful about these kind of mails and never reply.
    For Example:

    Subject:Your Punjab National Bank e-mail adress was successfuly updated

    Dear Punjab National Bank member,

    I got a message in in my mobile, with a mail id. when i posted my resume to that id, i got the same response as above..i wonder how people are cheated like this. something has to be done against such fake mails. Moreover the common man should think for a while of any such unbelievable offerings.

    i have received a same mail recently... i think the company should do something about it... in turn it will also affect the company's reputation...
    and this is not the first time i have received mails like this..
    Before also i have received such mail from so called HCL tech.. why doesnt the company sue the person.. he has given an account no.. they can follow up that...

      Respected Sir,

      PLZ SIR HELP ME OTHER WISE HUM SOSIDE KAR LEGE OR USKE LEYE NIC OR HCL HI RESPONSE ABLE HOGE

      We need help because HCL managers (Ashit Sharma,V.Rohit,M.Bineesh,Avinash Tripathi,Sharad Nigam)(5 Super Power) sitting on the TOP is not solving our problem but creating problems for us day by day whenever we try to interact with them by telephone they will not receive our phones. If they receive then they talk very rudely to us. If we talk about salary they start abusing us. They treat us as an I.T. Labor or H.C.L. Labor. The situation is going to be more then worst day by day because they forget that behind any project or any organization the back bone is the manpower working in the Project / Organization.
      Now we have no hope from HCL INFOSYSTEMS because the Team Leaders working since last 2-3 Years are getting the same salaries they are getting at the time of joining and N.F.E. working in NICNET / UP-SWAN PROJECT are getting[protected].Why salaries are based on qualification when we have to perform the same work / Job. Engineers like T.L. /N.F.E working for HCL are O.J.T. (On Job Trainee) for the past 1-3 Years. We don’t know when we will complete our training.
      Every company is giving the bonus to their employees from the profit that company earns but in HCL bonus is deducted from N.F.E. salary and given at the end of the year without Interest.
      P.F. is deducted from N.F.E. Salary but there is no P.F. A/C opened by HCL Insofystems.No T.A. is give to N.F.E. working in Tehsil /Blocks for coming to NIC for different works. Phone Reimbursement is not given to N.F.E.
      Diesel Amount is Transffered to T.L. / N.F.E. Account to make the genset operational in District / Tehsil /Block after sending complete Diesel Bill/ Log Book verified by D.I.O the diesel amount is deducted from T.L. and N.F.E. Account in 2 months.Hcl is now treating T.L./N.F.E. as a Genset Operator who will take the Diesel container and go to the petrol pump and purchase the Diesel then put the Diesel in the Genset and make the Genset Operational and keep the site up but HCL forgot that petrol pump is 5-6 Kms away from Tehsil / Block and who will pay the convence amount.
      HCL INFOSYSTEMS is not giving salary on time to T.L.New Joinee.N.F.E. Posted in District / Tehsil / Block is getting his first salary after 4-6 months. If a N.F.E. goes to HCL OFFICE Lucknow then he has to wait for 4-6 Hours to open his salary account in ICICI / HDFC Bank.
      HCL INFOSYSTEM is also not returning the P.F. money deducted from salary of N.F.E. who resigned from his job for several reasons and also not giving experience letter on time. If a T.L. goes to collect his form 16 A then he has to stay in Lucknow for 2-3 days to collect his form 16A.
      SWAN/NICNET Project running is all over India Engineers are getting[protected] Salaries and they performing their duties very well but in Uttar Pradesh the situation is more than worst due to HCL Policies.
      Now HCL INSOSYSTEMS is making pressure on N.F.E. to put their signature on their Extension Letter and Annexure and send till 15/12/2009.
      We request all NIC higher officials (District/State Unit) to help us because we are working in NIC Projects (NICNET/UPSWAN) and convey our message of D.G. /S.I.O. Mr.S.B.Singh because now there is no hope left from HCL INFOSYSTEMS they are making situation more than worst day by day.

      Same problem in uttarakhand. Here all level of NIC and HCL are courpt. Because Everything going to under the NIC. and its well known NIC Supreemo. And in uttarakhand, there are also very bad condition because there are many remote location (Hill area) but if we say anything about it to HCL . its result HCL blackmail to SWAN FMS that if they do any in this topic then HCL will do black spot on his experience letter.

      So in this we can say that HCL or NIC treat us as a (BHADYUA ENG...)

        Sir,
        I am Chandrasekaran/Librarian CPT, Chennai-113. A desk top computer serial numbered C093AA200760 has been purchased from HCL a few months ago. It is sadaning to note that no one from hcl has visited after the purchase formalties are over. In the mean time the system has developed some complecation and the same has been intiamated to the hcl through phone number[protected]. A person named Ranganathan/Service engineer has visited only after "repeated complaint" from our end. Virus problems were deducted and he promised to remove them the following satarday. In spite of satardays being holoiday for govt departments, I kept my office open beliving that he would attend as promised. But till date he has not turnedup and not even bothered make an enquiry or asking for a excuse. This is the true nature of custemer service rendered by hcl.
        Now, this complint is posted with a hope that this dispute will be set right at the earilest.

              Hi
              I have some problem in the functioning of keyboard of my HCL Laptop. I contact the HCL persons and they kept my Laptop for almost 2 weeks. They told me that Keyboard need to be replaced but Stock of keyboards is not there. They assured me that they will contact me as soon as Keyboard will be there. Now almost a month has been passed and there is no call from their side. I am highly disaapointed by this attitude of HCL people.
              Is there anyone who will solve this issue ?

                HCL Desktop — Mouse not working

                I logged a complaint regarding mouse not working dated 27.05.09 by email but after 4days HCL closed the complaint without attand the complaint. when i call again regarding my complaint status they told me your complaint was closed. now we will logged a new complaint they give me new complaint id. after that they replaced a old non working mouse. still my complaint is pending since 27.05.09

                  Dear Sir,
                  I had purchased New HCL Desktop on 24th May from HCL store on Jail Road, Delhi.
                  Within few days of installation it started giving functional problems.
                  When I rejistered complaint, It was told to me that there were few cable related problems in system which were fixed.
                  Post attending & closing the call, the system again started giving same problem.
                  When different service enginier attended the call on 23rd Sep 09, he confirmed that there is Mother Board problem in system and it needs to be replaced.
                  Since that day I have been chasing people at HCL , but no none is willing to help. They have even stoped attending my calls now.

                  HCL — Defective computer

                  Dear Sir,
                  A New HCL Desktop was purchased by CPWD. The serial number of the computer is 7097a2001952. It is under warranty.
                  Within few months of installation it started giving functional problems.
                  The complaint is registered with HCL on 31/08/10. The complaint no is[protected].
                  The working of the office is badly affected and no service engineer has attened the call yet.
                  When different service enginieer attend the complait and he confirmed that there is Mother Board problem in system and it needs to be replaced.

                    uske bad fir june 2009 me wo kharab ho gaya aur out of waranty bhi, is bar bhi maine use Service Center me hi diya. Service Centeer walon ne yah kaha ki Hard Disk aur Motherboard Kharab Ho Gaya hai Replace karna pdega. maine hard dik khud kharidkar unhe diya aur Motherboard unhe replace karke dene k liye kah diya.
                    3 mahine bad unhone mujhse 7500/- Motherboard replace karne ka liya aur mujhe leaptop de diya. Lekin 2-3 din bad leaptop me same problem a gayi jiske liye maine unhe diya tha. maine fir se service center walon ko use de diya, is prakar unhone 3-4 bar mujhse laeptop liya aur bina kuchh kiye wapas kar diya ab wo kahte hai ki apke leaptop ki Problem ham Thik Nahi kar Skate Na hi Paise waps kar skte hai.

                      I bought an HCL me laptop SL no: 9094AX117600 on 25.12.2009 from Winsys, Pondicherry . They told that. I will be getting free gifts NOKIA 3500 mobile phone and REEBOK TRACK SUIT from HCL. They asked me to register in your website. I registered and got a mail from you. Again asked them, they told me to check in the website. There I am getting a message "registration verified, gifts shall be despatched soon". They told within one month I will get. But I am not received yet. I keep on asking them they are telling that "it will come" nothing than this. Will I get my free gifts or not? Kindly let me know.

                        there r 2 problems with my hcl notebook b28 c2d laptop.

                        one is :i have installed ubuntu os but when i starts it ,it displays me loading screen n after that it will get hanged every time.there is no movement ferther.

                        second is: while i m watching movie or song after some time it stops the all sounds n it gives me very bad
                        sound. it sounds like kkiiirrrrrrrrrr.but after restarting the laptop all works properly but after some time again it gives me the same problem.

Secondly, there are numerous grammatical and spelling errors in the text of the email. Thirdly and the most important is that these guys are asking for money to be directly deposited in an account. Thats for sure my dear friend looks like getting involved into a banking fraud. I would advice people to be aware of such kind of emails and warn people around them. These emails are just luring you to deposit money into an account so that later they can collect the same money from an ATM and get away with it.

                            I got the mail regarding interview call from HRD HCL technologies hyderabad.But for getting the call letter i am asked to pay Rs.6500 to some account number.

                            P/s let me know whether it is a spam mail.

                            If anyone has any information, p/s share.

                              Well, I'd bought the hcl leaptop model k 28 whose serial no. is A074AX175330 laptop around one and a half year before.there was some problem in laptop due to which the battery of the laptop was not getting charged. Moreover the light on the charger was also blinking.So i took the laptop to all the way to HCL Authorized Service Centre:
                              SCO[protected],Sector 22 C, Chandigarh.
                              which is around 300 kms away from my place. The employees of that service centre took the laptop, and asked me to come the next day. As i went there, they returned my laptop and told me that the issue has been resolved.They charged me Rs. 1655-/ as the service charges. Later that day i was again having some problems in starting the laptop and as iwas staying in chd only for that day i again went to the service centre and asked them about the problem, which they readily said was only due to the virus. But after formatting my whole laptop i am still having the same problem, which the dealer from whom i'd bought the laptop is saying is the hardware problem. You guys are asked to resolve this matter as soon as possible or otherwise i'll be left with no other option thn going to the consumer forum court.

                              I taken AMC service of my desktop serial no.3064AZ033238, Model B56V, in[protected] to[protected]
                              only for one year paying a cash amount of Rs. 3, 000.
                              I got problem in its Motherboard, complained about it on 31-08-09.carry it to Service center of Patna
                              named "Kavy Infosystems Pvt. Ltd." Harinivas complex, near Dakbangla chouraha.
                              waited for two months while they assured that your computer will get repaired within one month.
                              but, faulty assurance. I phoned there again but in vain. being a student preparing for competitive exame I running with shortage of time to visit there time and again and after visiting only neglegence.
                              the office attandant do say that please come tomorrow, come after one week. I got irritated to it.
                              kindly help me.

                                main ne hcl ka laptop liya tha varansi se lene ke dusre din se hi laptop me problem hone laga.hum vapas shop le kar gaye change karne ko lekin unhone change nahi kiya.laptop liye hue 1 saal se jayada ho gaya hai jab se liya laptop hamesha service center hi raha.ab jab warrnaty khatam ho gaya hai to main kya karu unhone laptop sahi nahi kiya abhi bhi work nahi kar raha laptop.
                                plz help me main kya karu.

                                  I also faced a similar situation after buying a leaptop. One can understand that the piece may develop trouble or be defective, but calling the numbers given on the Jobsheet is really a big harrassment to the customers.I have tried 3 printed numbers on the Jobsheet issued by :HCL Touch Green Park, New Delhi.

                                  1). [protected] - This number I kept constantly re-dailling for a week
                                  (as early as 8:30am and as late as 6pm). It everytime responded me with "Number Busy" message, as if the receiver has been put down.
                                  2).[protected] Keeps ringing no one picks up. Once picked up and I was told to dial [protected]
                                  3). [protected] - says "Please check the number you have dialled"

                                  HCL Touch should touch the customer's faith by being responsive. It's not the name or the brand that sells for longer, but the aftersale support that matters a lot..

                                    I was asked to resign from company on sudden without any official intimation or prior notice.
                                    I refused to resign still on Hr's compulsion i had no other way except to sign.
                                    My idcard,email id was immediately blocked.
                                    After complaining to head Hr i got relieving letter till then i was denied even relieving letter.
                                    i did not recieve any compensation.

                                    But it affected my career as a fresher as i could not get any other good job offers mentioning it as i was sent off after i near a year but i cant show it.

                                    For past 1year am not getting any jobs.

                                    I feel bad about such a major organisation should keep in mind so that future of emloyee is not getting spoiled by their actions!!!!
